Mixed feelings about the location. Great location and the staff is always nice and helpful regardless of your car knowledge they don't make you feel dumb for being dumb about your car. They find you affordable deals and really help you out on maintaining your car. The bad part is critical understaffed for multiple years now. They are always behind schedule due to short staffed. Seems like a corporate issue needing to offer more pay or something because an appointment cn often get pushed back a whole day due to only 1 guy availible and it's been that way off and on for about 3 years. The lobby waiting area is also just 2 chairs. No TV, fan, water, coffee not even a magazine and the bathroom has been out-of order for about a year. Sure you can walk to nearby shops but with the high homeless literally outside the shop you kind don't want to leave for the sometimes several hours while you wait. Corporate should also budget for a better front office and waiting area to improve the customer experiences.

My family has been coming to Firestone all my life, but I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and working with Mr. Mark the past five years. Every time I call or enter the office, he brings exuberant energy that helps get me excited about my service and he feels happy to help me! Mark always goes above and beyond to make sure my experience is the best. He tailors the work to my financial and current needs and helps me decide what might be best based on my current situation. Mark and all of the guys at the front desk were exceptional. Mark was patient with me and helped me determine which tires I wanted for my vehicle even though at the time he was the only one there and was obviously busy; none of that stress was conveyed in our conversation. I came in twice, once to pay for the tires and then to have them installed. Everyone there is friendly, helpful and pleasant to be around. Services were quick and efficient. I stayed while they installed and witnessed that their exceptional treatment to customers goes across the board from phone calls to walk ins. They have many returning customers and treat them like family. I really had a great experience with these guys and will be back!

I would like to let you know that I am disabled From a head injury many years ago, I want to let you know what exceptional service and help Mark and Josh have given me at this location… I am on a fixed budget in low income, but I still come back to Firestone rather than going to places that might be a little bit more inexpensive because of the way Marc and Josh have taken care of me. They have gone out of their way to help me Feel secure with my vehicle and they have gone above and beyond, I would also like to know to notate that my mom passed recently and both Marc and Josh were very kind and empathetic to my situation, offering support and help. I would not recommend this Firestone location because my vehicle was released in an unsafe condition after being diagnosed with a “System Failure – Required” water pump issue. I originally came in only for an oil change, oil pan repair, and tire pressure sensor fix. During their diagnostic, they identified a water pump problem, but told me it was safe to drive and that I could come back later for the repair. Within days, my car lost power on the freeway — the belt came off, the engine overheated, and the shop later confirmed the engine could not even be rotated by hand. This situation could have been catastrophic. Someone could have been seriously hurt because the vehicle was returned to me in a dangerous condition without proper warning. The lack of clear communication and professional judgment resulted in severe engine damage and unnecessary risk to my safety and others on the road.

They sent me an email with results of the inspection with photos. Very informative. They communicated well with me and clearly explained my options and gave good recommendations. Sunday night, 5:55 p.m. I caught a gnarly bolt in my tire. It went from 65 lbs to 33 lbs in less than 3 miles. That's when i pulled into Marks driveway at Firestone. I was greeted with the biggest smile and professional handshake. Mark and his Team jumped into action and even though they were slammed with multiple vehicles and a lobby full of customers, he made me feel reassured. My tired was fixed promptly and we finished the experience almost as long lifetime friends.
