They came recommended by the local Ford dealer. David worked with us to order the parts that the insurance company had estimated we needed BEFORE they started working. This let us drive the truck for a month while other shops would have had the vehicle sit on their lot while the 'supply chain' did its thing. As expected, we needed a few more parts once they took it apart. David was very communicative and even ordered the parts prior to insurance approval so that they would come a few days earlier. I won't hesitate to recommend Pacific Collision Center to anyone in the future and will return if we need collision repair again.

I had the best experience with Pacific Collision Center! I met with Art and Ed who were friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the industry they are in. Not only are they passionate but they are perfectionist and it shows in the work they complete. I brought my 2016 Honda Accord in and the quality of work was better than I could have ever imagined. It looks like the day I drove it off the dealership lot. They immediately started the process for me and contacted my insurance company. They, not only fixed my car but made the entire experience as easy as possible for me. I was very fortunate to find this shop and would highly recommend them to everyone. Went to Pacific Collision for a hood latch that was jammed closed and that the dealership couldn’t fix. Made the appointment dropped off the car and was given a time for completion. The repair was finished on time. The staff was very outgoing and very competent in diagnosing the problem. The cost was less than the estimate because not all the parts that were estimated were needed, once the actual repair was completed. I would definitely use Pacific Collision again and would recommend them to my friends.

I recently purchased a 2025 Honda Pilot..had it all of 3 weeks and was rear-ended in it. I took my vehicle to Pacific Collision for the repair work. Except for the delays on parts (because the vehicle was so new), I couldn't beleive the excellent customer service I received during the repair process. Javier was my point of contact at Pacific Collision, and provided constant updates regarding the repair process. On the day of pickup, Javier walked me through the photos used to document the repair process, answering all the questions I had. The end result is my vehicle is back on the road, and you can't even tell there was any damage to the vehicle. This is a family owned business that is extremely professional, clean, and welcoming. Hopefully I won't need a car repair facility again but if I do...I'll give Pacific Collision my business again as well as highly recommend them.

We recently took one of our work trucks that was involved in an accident over to PCC. We were extremely pleased with the work done and the people at PCC. They kept us informed on the progress and dealt with our insurance in a timely manner. Our truck came back looking like new and considering the damage, the work was done quicker than we expected. We were able to get our truck back out in the field sooner then we thought. The employees and owner of PCC were professional, friendly and very easy to work with and the work that was done was 5 stars. We've used other shops in the past and this is by far the best one. A+ Service I appreciated the transparency provided to me from the initial consultation when I was told the part my car required was on back order from the manufacturer. As soon as the part came in, Pacific Collision Center reached out to me to let me know it had arrived. I am grateful for this follow-through. The day of the repair I was planning on dropping off car, taking an Uber home, and returning to get it later. Once I arrived I was told they were expecting me and could have me out in less than an hour. Thirty minutes later the repair was done and I was on my way. The repair came out seamless. I was t-boned in a car accident and wanted my car to be done right the first time. For me, actions speak louder than words. David reviewed my insurance estimate and quickly identified a used door as a replacement part. Instead, he requested for a new door. My car was promised on time and I was shocked at how well the repair came out. The pictures show no justice of how superb the repair was. I am a perfectionist and I could not find any fault with the repair. I made the right decision having my car repaired at Pacific Collison Center. So I was at Home Depot buying materials for a job I was going to start the next day , and went in the store I came out and noticed my truck was damaged. Since I have Allstate there app allowed me to take pictures and give info on the accident , so they can start there estimate right away. I browsed around for autobody shops and came across pacific collision and noticed they have great reviews. So I made the trip from national city to El Cajon and was the best decision I made. I called to set up a day to bring in my truck, German answered my call and told me I can bring it in the next day. Which was great that they accepted my truck in quick. When I drop off my truck it was near the entrance but before leaving after signing paperwork I noticed they moved up my truck which was a good sign in starting the process 😎 . I got to meet David and Arturo which they had a smile and made you feel welcomed. They also have Courtesy shuttle to take you back home. Process was great and there timeline they promise is great, I got my truck back few days before my time promised. The bodywork and paint job is a A+ for me as you see in the pictures. They also give a carwash and detail which makes it ready to drive anywhere. I recommend for anyone looking for a good professional body shop.

I’m a returning customer and feels great that they still have the great customer service and the work they do is speechless no matter how bad the damage was they leave the car like nothing happened to . David Luquin Communication was great from the beginning giving me a specific finish date. Calling to give me updates on the car. Their turnaround time was great, I got my car a few days earlier from the promised date. If you’re looking for a great quality collision shop this is the place.
