Took my car here per request of the dealer I bought it from because my check engine light came on, again. My car was there for a week and when I picked it back up from the dealer I had to call AAA to jump it 45 minutes after I picked it up. Then I had the intake hose come off on my way home. Later that evening, the check engine light came on again. So I ran the obd2 and the same code plus a new code was showing. Needlees to say, my cars still not fixed. I see the other reviews are all good but for me, not good. I did give them 2 stars because they did fix my AC which is still working and they installed my headlight housing which seems to be fine. I will update my review once I know if my car will be really repaired by them.

Wife's car started making noise from the engine last night and I brought it over to Cedars this morning. They spent a good amount of time using deduction to figure out that it was a failing alternator and belt causing the issue. It wasn't some educated guess with the typical "Well I think it's this", these guys were 100% certain that was the problem after their inspection and they didn't charge me for looking at it. Now I was expecting they we would need it for a couple days because they had a few cars in their lot but I was surprised again when they told me they could get it done same day in about three hours. They also gave me fair price that had to be $400 to $600 less than what big name shops would have charged me. Picked it about 3-4 hours later and it runs like a dream. I will definitely be coming to these guys for all my car needs in the future. Thank you Cedar Auto for taking care of us.
