If I was able to rate them negative 5 stars I would the worst place I been to and possibly cost me a whole car ever since I went to them for an oil change I haven’t had nothing but problems with car. I went for an oil change they never put the oil in the car after I left the shop my car started driving bad when it was in good condition and then 2 days after I almost got stuck on the road the car was shaking I had the engine light steering light and another light I forgot the car was not drivable I pulled into a gas station to check because the last time I went for service was the oil change and I checked the oil twice it was nearly dry barely any oil in the car I called them and told them they never put oil in here they told me to bring the car after an hour later they told me look we did put oil in the car it’s computer error and shows me the oil lying straight to my face when I checked an hour before there was nothing there. Now I have a car that’s messed up and got stuck in the highway car wasn’t going and the engine light came back well after the damage was done it did no good for them to add the oil after because I have nothing but problem with the car now and the engine messed up damage is already done. They are very bad scammers if I didn’t check that they didn’t put oil I would’ve prob believed them but I saw it with my own eyes and then when I took it back they added the oil just to cover themselves up worst service possible. They owe me a new car I paid 25K for this car and now I got stuck on the road 2 times I had to tow my car to Honda. I paid way more money and possibly my car is as good as trash now if the engine goes out. I would RECOMMEND TO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Worst service ever. I seen it with own eyes I took care of this car all my life and they messed it up by not doing a simple job put the oil in.

Miguel, the manager, got me in right away even though they were about to close in 30 min. I needed them to get a nail out of my tire and everyone else didn't give me the time of day. When I got there, they pulled my car in right away started working on it and got me out a little after closing. He stayed late just to finish the job and make sure I left with my car. He was very thorough and explained everything and I didn't feel pressured or rushed about anything. Thank you so much again Miguel. It's hard to find good, honest customer service nowadays. I really appreciate it!

I had to make an appointment because one of my tires kept losing pressure every few days. I had just bought the set from another location about a month ago, so it was frustrating to already be dealing with an issue. Thankfully, this shop is on my route to work, and Benny was always super helpful, he made sure my tire was filled up so I could get to the office without a problem. When I finally had the chance to bring my car in for an appointment, both Mike and Benny took great care of me and got the tire replaced with a brand new one. Pro tip: always add road hazard protection and make sure you have your lug nut key handy, lesson learned, lol! Big thanks to the team for the help!

Worst Firestone I've ever been too. If you are woman bring a guy with you because they will try to get over on you. I understand having to make a sale but where is the integrity?? The salesman was very unprofessional with his offers. I only came for an oil change & left with nothing. I will never spend my money on deception!

Came by on a random Sunday after my husband noticed that my right rear tire was losing pressure because of a screw. Was glad to see that they were open on a Sunday as I didn't want to have to stress over it during the workweek. Went right into the shop and Miguel was super helpful and answered my questions. So funny too that the woman in front of me came in for the same exact issue and for the same tire too. They were a bit busy and being that I had one person in front of me, I was quoted about a 2 hour wait. Longer than I thought that it would be, but no issue for me I was happy to wait. Miguel said that he'd try to push out the hole patch for my tire as soon as he could since I had said I was okay to wait. It was done in less than 45 minutes! So I was definitely happy about that and impressed too, very much appreciated. I had received a doc on the other checks that they performed on my car while it was in the shop and all was well. Appreciated that too, always good to know that my car is good to go. Highly recommend this location for your auto needs, they were friendly, professional, and so helpful.

It was a great experience from the start. I had to reschedule the first time I came in because of a unforeseen call out, and the service advisor was extremely apologetic and courteous. I went back over the weekend and was helped by Jim. Everyone was very polite and informative. Because of the particular kind of breaks on my Tesla, they were unable to service them, but they were very honest, didn't charge me for the breaks, did my tire rotation for an incredible price, and took the time to bring me into the garage to show me my breaks to better explain what my car would need in the future and where I could get it done. I am really impressed with the honesty, professionalism, and value of the services provided. I will be going back for any service my car needs that can be done at this location including tires when I am due. Thanks again!
