Very satisfied with the service and price. The mechanic also went above and beyond remounting the temperature control dial that I hadn’t even considered. It wasn’t an issue for me since the vehicle dropped off was a spare but because two mechanics called off work after dropping the vehicle off, repairs were delayed until the next day.

Brought my car in for a vibration when you get past 45 miles an hour. The lady at the counter instantly had an attitude with me. They drove my car around the block said it’s the alignment. They do the life time alignment and drive it around the block again and say the vibration is gone. I drive my car home and instantly still feel the vibration. The guy who drove my car drove it like he stole it in the parking lot and pulling out of the parking lot. When he pulled out all I heard was my tires squealing. When I got in my car to leave it smelled horrible like cigarette smoke. Called them after leaving and I was hung up on. For spending almost $300 I would expect my issue to be fixed and a little more respect. I will not be returning.

I took my car in because it had a mildew smell and there was water sloshing. While I was on the phone r they suggested a new cabin air filter. I told them I just replaced it myself. When I picked up my car after service they replaced the air filter. No one mentioned that when they called me. Jacked up the bill and unnecessary. Very disappointed

Nick was prompt. I had to call to say I was running late due to an excessive traffic and he eased my mind and was very understanding. He remembered me from the Oregon pike location and was friendly and professional. Nick then showed me on the screen what was recommended the last time I was seen and asked if I would like to have these services done today along with my oil change. He told me the time it would take and asked if I were going to use my Firestone card. He was patient when I arrived at 6:45pm to pick up my car and explained my bill and having a diagnostic test done at a later time if I chose to. He was friendly and approachable while maintaining his professionalism which I greatly appreciated.

Do not go to this place for service. They are cheerful and happy to convince you to get their credit card and the more expensive service but when they don't cumply they treat you aggressive and disrespectful, especially Oquendo.

Noticed I had a flat in the same shopping center as Lancaster Firestone. They initially quoted me a possible 2-3 hour wait, which I happily accepted because I had no other options and needed to be at work within 2 hours. I don’t know how they did it, but these guys had me in and out with a new tire in 1 hour, even though it was busy. Thanks guys for top level work and saving my day!

I got new tires and an alignment. Brian was very informative and courteous. It was a nice lounge with a TV and snack machine. I wish the wait were a bit shorter since I made an appointment but they also found my car needed an alignment and took care of that for me immediately.
