I go in last week to get a quote on two tires for my Kia Niro and then schedule an appointment for noon the next day. I arrived about 10 minutes early and decide to go shopping in the strip mall that Firestone is attached to; when I get back about 1245 I noticed my vehicle hasn't been moved, so I continue to sit for another 15 minutes and finally ask why my car hasn't been looked at yet, she says she's sorry and will drive it into a stall on the backside of the building. Finally my vehicle is completed by 220pm after having a noon appointment. The following day I'm on my way to work and I noticed my tire light was on and it says my left front new passenger tire says it has 7lbs of pressure. I stop at the nearest gas station and fill up the tire and noticed that the stem is leaking air. I drive back to Firestone and they take care of the issue in like 45 minutes. I'm a reasonable guy and understand that some things are just bad luck. But basically the thing I'm most upset about is that i was never offered any compensation as in a gift certificate or a free oil change. This just isn't right

Wasted my time!!! I BOOKED an appointment with this guy named Jonah for noon for 2 maybe ALL 4 tire replacements. I got there at 11:30 they told me that I would have to drop off the car or best bet is to get it done tomorrow… what’s the point of booking an appointment if you’re gonna prioritize the walk in… which is what they told me the reason they are busy - I walked right out of that place

Staff is great here . Fast and caring of your needs. I have a credit card with them as well But bought tires from a shop in Tampa I had a tire blow out . 3 months later my rear wheel came loose driving down alt 19 . Stop here and they took it pulled the wheel off checked the studs and check the other wheels as well. Sometimes cheaper way is not always the best way to go lesson learned. Will be back again here for next tire rotation.. thanks again to the staff here

Jonah at Firestone is amazing. We came in with a nail in the tire and it was fixed promptly at a reasonable cost. Firestone also does an open hood inspection. I can’t begin to tell you how amazing Riley is at the Firestone dealer America’s home for car services and Dunedin Florida. I had been on a plane all day flying from my home up north and snowbird and I got my car to go to the grocery store and it died in the middle of the highway. It was police had to come and get off the road and I had to have it towed and it was just a very anxious filled day. I’m a senior citizen And Riley was absolutely incredible. Amazing. I walked in she from the get go was empathetic, attentive to my needs articulate, conscientious. She thoroughly Explain everything easily. She made me feel so much better leaving my car there when & she called back with the diagnosis She was very descriptive & informative. . You could tell she knew everything about cars & what she was talking about. She’s an asset to this company and I am very thankful that she works here because my car is fixed. It’s purring like a kitten. She even came out and opened up my hood and talk to me about certain things about my car and it was amazing so y’all if you have a recognition program make sure you recognize Riley cause she’s amazing and if you ever need anything by the way of battery oil change alternator Or you need your car fixed, I highly recommend you going to Firestine in Dunedin ! pretty incredible 925 Patricia Ave.

After six years of loyalty and routine maintenance at this Firestone location, I'm deeply disappointed by my most recent experience. I brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change. During the service, they reported my battery was at 50% capacity— I tested it that day at an independent auto parts store, 100% (it is only four months old). I declined their recommendation. What happened next was alarming. When my wife picked up the car, a check engine light that was absolutely not on when we arrived had suddenly illuminated. We immediately returned. The mechanic claimed the light had been on when we dropped it off, which is false—I checked the dash the day before. They ran diagnostics and claimed the oil pressure sensor was bad, requiring a $1,300 repair. Here's what troubles me: the check engine light was not on before service, there's no evidence it was (their own inspection report didn't flag it), and something clearly happened during the oil change—whether a loose wire, bumped sensor, or something else. What's worse is the complete lack of accountability from the dealership. Management showed no interest in investigating what went wrong or helping resolve the issue. Instead, they simply pushed for the expensive repair. After six years of trust and multiple vehicles serviced there, this experience has left me looking elsewhere. I'm posting this in case this is a pattern others should know about. I expected better.

Above and Beyond Doesn’t Even Cover It – Incredible Team! I cannot give enough stars to the team at the Dunedin Firestone. What started as a stressful blown-out tire from a pothole turned into a masterclass in customer service and problem-solving. The Financial All-Stars: I first spoke with Riley (Service Manager), who was incredibly pleasant and knowledgeable. She saved me a massive amount of money by finding a "Buy 3, Get 1 Free" deal, getting me $50 off just for applying for a Firestone account, and securing special pricing on the Road Hazard warranty (normally $40, she got it for me for $13.99!). The Problem Solvers: When my two-party insurance check was declined multiple times, the team didn't give up. Jonah (Store Manager) stepped in the next morning and went the extra mile by coordinating with Omar (Branch Manager at Wells Fargo). Between Jonah, Omar, and Riley at Firestone, they navigated the red tape and finally got the check cleared and deposited. The Extra Mile: To top it all off, as I was leaving at closing time, my TPMS (tire pressure) light came on. Despite it being the end of the day, Corey, the Mechanic in Charge didn't hesitate. He grabbed the meter, checked every tire, and fixed the issue immediately so I could drive home safely. This level of dedication is rare. I was so impressed by Jonah, Riley, and the entire crew that I brought them several dozen donuts to say thank you. If you want a shop that actually has your back, go to this Firestone. They’ve earned a customer for life!
