Friendly staff and very competent. I have a noise in the front end, had some steering components replaced. It still makes the noise which concerns me a little. If the noise turns into an issue I am sure they will back their service and correct it. They could have just continued to add on parts and services, but they feel confident the vehicle is good, and this is why I trust to take me vehicle here.

Made an appointment to have my oil changed. I’m a woman so I’m always a little leary because places always try to upsell you on things you don’t need. Not the case here. The price was exactly as quoted and the service done quickly. Never tried to sell me anything else. A wonderful experience. Owner and staff were very professional. Will definitely have all of my services done here in the future.

Went here for the first time to get some rotors, pads, oil change and fluid check because we are going on a road trip soon. To start the honesty from the managing parter for the company Bryan Reiman being truthful about how my brake pads weren't that bad and had plenty of life left and Carlos the mechanic being so thorough in his process and explaining every step of the way. I still insisted on new pads but it's been a long time since I've been to an honest mechanic shop that wasn't just trying to sell me extra things rather than helping you out! Clean shop, great work ethics and honest!!! If you need work done try these guys out no matter how for you are, we came from Weeki Wachee for excellent service. It definitely a great experience.

I went in for my a/c not cooling after 2 trips for having it recharged w/dye Bryan found a leak in the system and also found a leaking valve cover gasket. They fixed both problems. Bryan was very informative and professional. Their pricing was also very reasonable. I will definitely be using them again if I need any repairs done. I am one happy person.

I had a great experience with Dunedin Total Car Care. They replaced two radiator hoses and the serpentine belt, exchanged coolant, and charged my A/C. I made the appointment early for dropoff and by later that morning Clint had called me to verify something, advised me of another and assured me everything was on track. By early afternoon all items were finished and I was on my way home. Great service from a nice staff at a reasonable price, especially when compared to the dealer. I will be calling them my auto shop going forward.

After I experienced a break light out I took my car to the mechanic’s my mom suggested. $500 later an “electrical issue” and we’re supposedly good. 2 weeks later my neighbor tells me my back left lights aren’t working at all. Bring it back. They spent 5 minutes on my car and said it was fixed. Another 2 weeks down the road my mom sees my back lights not working again. Brought it in again even though I didn’t want to come back and they say it’s the light bulb! Please. So many issues with the back break lights, what was the $500 for? This is in a matter of about 2 months. I will not recommend. I’ll update if I go to another mechanic for this same issue in a few weeks because I’m sure it’s not fixed!

They missed diagnosed my car. I ordered the part online took it to another place and they said that's not even what's wrong with it. They wanted to charge me $1600 to put an ABS module in it and that's not what was wrong with my car, I'll never go back again and I've told everyone I know do not go there. They're overpriced and they have no idea what they're doing bad service all around. !!!

Very good experience, from start to finish. Consistent and confidence building. I got the referral from the Yelp estimater. The price was as quoted. I was able to then schedule through the Total Care website. I even stopped in 48 hours before the service date to talk with Bryan, the service manager. They gave me a lift back home when I dropped off my car.The shop and the waiting area was very clean. I will definitely be taking my Mazda back when it needs service again Thank you!

I came in with a problem about a gasket leaking oil didn't know which one but I got there and in the span of 20 mins counting that they where busy they told me what was up (value cover gasket was bad.) Told me to come back in a few hours and everything came back well and pretty fast I was called 3 hours after I left plus they had a busy day . So all things considered great service quick and affordable coming back next week to see if gasket still holding up per techs recommendation. Good stuff.
