Amazing!! We are traveling with a travel trailer and had gotten a flat on the highway. We were able to change it, but needed the flat fixed so as to not drive around without a spare. They were just wonderful with letting us park our trailer and fix the flat! It was as if a guardian angel was watching over us! Thank you so so very much. I came here with my moped, needing both tires seated in an emergency situation. Jerry didn’t hesitate to help, he came to the rescue and spent half an hour with me extremely kindly helping me to seat both tires and fill them to the proper pressure. Without his help I couldn’t have gone to work that day, and wouldn’t have had any other way to fix my only mode of transport. He was extremely professional, and I recommend anyone else to come to this shop for the excellent service offered by great people like Jerry.

Great service. Polite and professional staff were easy to work with for my wheel alignment. They instilled a sense of confidence for this usually skeptical consumer. Was going to take off one star since I was rescheduled twice because of a staffing shortage. But since it’s not due to the quality of service or the staff, and was a systems issue, it’s staying a 5.

I told the service advisor to change the right tire as it was a dangerous tire, it could blow out soon or cause me to hydroplane on water. That tire was not Leagal to drive on anymore. I assure you that I correctly told him the bald tire was on the right side. I needed an alignment as well. The technician informed me about an hour later they had installed a new tire. They couldn’t align it as the right outer tire rod needed to be replaced. I declined to not have it done because it’s a 10 min job to replace it my self with a new Autozone part for $40 bucks with a lifetime warranty. I’m not going to pay $220 for that job, the one tire and the alignment was already $356. The driver side tire was still Leagal to drive on. Once the car came out of the bay, I said I would reschedule the alignment the next day after I replaced then tie rod. I noticed he left the unsafe bald tire on the right side. He replaced the legally safe left tire with a new tire, he left a bald tire unsafe tire on right side. Why the tech installed a new tire on my car on a car that could not be aligned blows my mind? Now I’m burning up the new $140 tire. The Service advisor told me I needed a new right tire once I paid for my vehicle. I was like did you really say that as I told you the right side was unsafe to drive. The technician replaced the good safe left tire. I had to come back a few hours later after I noticed the issue to get the good tire from the disposal area in the shop. They didn’t seen cool about me wanting it back! I’m going somewhere else to get my cars tires replaced next time!

My first experience with the Firestone on E. Huron was so great that I decided to continue meeting with them for service. The first time I ever came to this firestone I had a flat tire after being at the vet's office on my day off. I was stressed with a dog and cat in the car and a flat tire cameing with no appointment.They got me in within a 1/2 hour, took care of my services. They didn't have the exact tire I needed, so they encourage me to go home and come back the next day. The completed services and did not charge me until the services were completed on day two. Because of that , and the kindness they showed me on a very stressful day , I decided to come back. I received the same kindness, same level of respect, and they talked to me like a real customer , not dumbing anything down or trying to oversell me just because I'm a woman. I recommend them for any services they provide.

I had very good experiences with this Firestone over the years. I appreciate their transparency about pricing and quality of parts when making recommendations. It allowed for apples-to-apples comparisons with other shops. I also appreciated a recent conversation with them where they disclosed that the 2025 tariffs are impacting their prices and sourcing, as it it's probably affecting all shops. Update: Shout-out to Cliff for great customer service.
