I’ve bought 5 Teslas and always have had great experiences with Tesla but today was not at all something I would have expected to have experienced from Tesla. I literally came in to get a tire replaced with insurance and they say we don’t work with insurance that’s too much work to take all those pictures and stuff. There exact words. What the heck is going on here. I told them all they had to do was take photos of my wheel and document what they did I’ll do the rest. But with how they were acting I just said I’ll cancel and go to a different Tesla. Go to Tesla in Southfield over this place they will treat you right if you want your car truly taken care of.

Honestly, do not buy a Tesla, and it’s not because of the car, it’s because of the abysmal service experience that comes with it. The car may be innovative, but none of that matters when the support behind it is so shockingly bad. I’ve been to this location multiple times now, and each visit has been worse than the last. It's astonishing how low the bar is for quality and customer care here. The first “fix” they did on my car was so poorly executed it’s almost laughable that someone signed off on it. Parts were not properly secured, and it was blatantly obvious to anyone looking at it. On top of that, they left dirt marks all over the doors and seats, completely unprofessional and careless. When I tried to get the rework scheduled, they pushed me to another service center an hour away with an appointment a month out. I made the drive, again only to be turned away when I got there. They didn’t even pretend to be helpful. Just straight-up disinterest in resolving the problem they created. That’s what stands out the most about Tesla’s service: the indifference. They don’t care about you as a person. You’re not a customer to them, you’re just another task to get rid of. Smiles on the outside, total apathy underneath. It’s actually insulting. This post keeps diapering from the reviews.

It all started with a loud whistle after I picked up my brand new MYP, from there on it’s been rattles and loose parts thanks to this service center. After multiple visits they have not been able to fix the issues.

Ann arbor store you get an A+!! Kevin in Sales is top notch!! He was very patient and super efficient. Derek in the Service Dept is literally one of the most polite and helpful service advisors I've ever dealt with! I'm blown away by my new Model 3!! To say I love the car is an understatement. It hasn’t been a great trip. But working in the customer service field all of my life, it isn’t always about the problems you have but how you deal with them. And these guys stood up when it mattered. This service center is 1.5 hours from my house. I had an 8:30am appointment for an upgrade. Fast forward to 5:00pm and it still isn’t done. Most likely not their fault but software implementation. Now, a person can be mad about that. But the guys here have arranged not only to give me a loaner, but to deliver my car 100 miles away and pick up the loaner. That is customer service and making a tough situation into a good one. I’ll remember this. It’s easy to focus on the problems but nobody ever talks about how they made it right. Great job guys! It is very appreciated!

Absolutely top notch experience here. I stopped in around closing time with a minor trim issue on my car and they gave me a quick free fix that was very helpful. If it had been earlier in the day they could have done a full service right then and there. Alex helped me out and was super kind to me in my unexpected time of need. They even have a Cybertruck on display now. :)

Tesla Service Center Ann Arbor has pretty cool employees. They granted me a few "overnight" test drives with a few Tesla models. This test drive is what ultimately convinced me to purchase a Model Y Performance. The sales employees are not pushy and frankly don't really care if you buy or not. They just want you to experience what Tesla offers.

Update: they have an Optimus check it out If you’re in the area stop in and it’s just inside the door! They’re open Saturday too As a 1st time Tesla owner and this being my 1st time visiting the service center the experience was very different. On one hand I really liked it. It was simple. Drop the car off. Pick it up, easy flawless. But on the other hand. There are things that I thought I was getting that I did not. Such as a quote for future work. Thankfully I spoke with someone who said to just schedule another visit for the above mentioned issues and get a quote that way. And if I don’t want it done just cancel, supper easy I like it just different. They also charged my car for free which was unexpected.

The people at the service center here have been absolutely wonderful! They have addressed every issue we’ve ever had promptly. My husband‘s model X battery failed with 100,000 miles on it and they replaced it for free. When the computer went out to my model Y they replaced it under warranty. And when my window on my model Y spontaneously busted in the cold a few days ago the mobile technician was at my house less than two days later and worked tirelessly for an hour in the cold to fix it. I really appreciate everything they have done for us! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

As the manager, he stepped in when a paperwork issue arose and resolved it quickly and professionally, bringing everything to a very satisfactory conclusion. He handled the behind-the-scenes logistics and problem-solving so the process stayed on track. Full credit to the sales team for walking me through the paperwork, explaining each step, and making sure I was comfortable before signing. Their clear, friendly communication made the handoff smooth. I absolutely LOVE my 2026 Tesla Model Y (Juniper). The car is beautiful, the condition and handoff exceeded my expectations, and driving it has been a thrill. I highly recommend Tesla and the Ann Arbor Tesla team for a seamless pickup experience. Note: I am very happy with Wissam and Tesla Ann Arbor will be my go to Tesla shop for all my needs for both of my Teslas. Solid 5 out of 5 stars. Rob saved the day after I had an unfortunate mishap at another Tesla store, where my VIN was taken away and my order was even canceled. Rob stepped in, listened carefully to what happened, and went the extra mile to find me a solution. Instead of pushing me toward a demo vehicle or cancelation, Rob checked available inventory and found me a brand-new Cybertruck newer than the one I had originally been assigned. He coordinated everything quickly and got my order reinstated without any hassle. Thanks to Rob, I’m back on track, my pricing and tax credit timing are secure, and I’ll be taking delivery of a newer Cybertruck soon. This is how customer service should be done, honest, professional, and proactive. I assumed all Tesla shops were the same, clearly they are not. There are not enough words of affirmation to indicate how happy we were with Tesla. We went into this with only 1 of us being onboard with purchasing a Tesla. Guess who that was? Right, my husband. This vehicle was the last thing I ever expected owning. Our first stop at the dealership we met Cash. Extremely knowledgeable and very kind. We test drove the Model X. I was very impressed with the vehicle, but still not willing to commit to a purchase. We came back again and had the pleasure of meeting Rob. What a game changer. He was so personable and friendly. We felt as if we were talking with our son! I’m going to speed up this review as we went back and forth numerous times. We met Adrian as well through this process. Again very friendly and knowledgeable. We love that all of them seemed to be working towards the same goal of satisfying any questions we had and encouraging us to drive whatever vehicle we needed to make our final decision. I’m not sure we would’ve bought this vehicle without Rob’s patience with my relentless questions and need to test drive over and over, but he did and we are now proud owners of a 2026 Model Y! World class experience. My buddy needed to get his low voltage battery replaced. Literally couldn't be any easier. We show up drive through a garage door get out of a vehicle and then wait until it's done. The sales people there were excellent they recommended a great place for lunch and they also let me test drive a few cars. No pressure no hassles or anything like that. It was just such a very good experience and I would highly recommend going here. I would highly recommend looking into purchasing a Tesla in general. Their cars are excellent and their software and hardware works seamlessly together for a very good experience. Don't forget to enable insane mode.
