My daughter is living in Ann Arbor. Chris absolutely came to the rescue when a strut blew out on the Prius and another business was trying to charge her double. I was able to coordinate everything with Chris over the phone from South Carolina so my daughter did not have to experience any additional trauma. Absolutely an A class shop.

Adam and the team at North Side Auto are great! I visited recently due to low tire pressure, and he quickly identified a large nail in the tire. They patched it efficiently without any issues and kept me informed throughout the process, explaining everything clearly. They serviced my car for free since it was my first time there and you can tell they care about building relationships with their customers. Their service was professional and reliable and I will be back with any/all future car needs!

Chris and his team in North Side Auto are amazing! I was there 2 times so far, and they were really helpful. once for low tire pressure and the other time for my car battery. They told me everything in detail and even showed me how to add air to my tires, very kindly and patiently. I am so bad about leaving reviews on just about anything, but this review is long overdue, so here goes. I have to hand it to the crew at North Side Auto, they are awesome. Chris is always great with customer service and Adam has been able to keep my 23 year old Honda on the road and running great. I know Honda models have a reputation for long life, but that is only possible with good maintenance and upkeep. My old Honda has certainly had its share of issues, but every time something acts up, these guys get it back on the road and running fine again, and at a fair price nonetheless. Times are certainly tight, if you have an older car you are trying to keep running to push off the huge financial burden of purchasing a newer vehicle, you can't go wrong taking it in to North Side Auto for its checkups. Thanks for the great service North Side team!

The guys there fail to detect leakage in fuel system, instead, they just told me to pay them 400$ dollars so that they can change MAP sensor and Mass air flow sensor. For each sensor, it took $160 to replace, which I just use 10 minutes to change myself. EVERY TIME THEY TOLD YOU TO CHANGE SENSOR, don’t pay the money, the problem is 99% can’t solved by giving them 160$ to change the sensor!

Update: Quickly resolved my issue no questions asked, offered a refund for the service as well. I really appreciate the customer service and quick response to the situation, and I will be back for future work. Positives: Friendly and responsive customer service. Quick and easy drop off. Negatives: Dropped my car off 9am for tire rotation & alignment. Car was ready around 6:45pm (not a huge bother but be prepared to wait if its a busy day). Signed the paperwork and drove home to discover the same wear on the left front tire as when I had left it to be serviced. My dashcam was also left unplugged. Called the shop, going back in for them to assess (apparently they may have "forgotten to do the rotation"). Also never informed me that they would be driving the car to a Belle Tire 5 miles away to do the work, but that's a small gripe i guess.
