I experienced 5 star service in just how capable the technicians were that worked on my car. I not only got an efficient and quick oil change. But I got a tire rotation quickly done and when they found my the inner filter in my dashboard was quite dirty and the chamber was full of leaves. They got a vacuum and took additional unexpected time to vacuum it out and make sure the fan was able to run smoothly. They were servicing another customer at the same time and still got me done very quickly. I will definitely keep using them.

Honestly the guys who work here are great. I bring my 260k+ piece of crap in all the time, and they check everything on it every single time. They are not pushy, and as someone who works in auto service I have never felt like they try to take advantage in anyway. Pay these guys more because it's hard to find good people like this these days. Efficient, quick, thorough.

These people really know their stuff and went out of their way to give me great service! They got my oil changed quickly and courteously and gave me other free services besides, including a tire inflation checkup and other maintenance checks. The young lady who did my maintenance checks was very honest, she showed me each part of my car that she was servicing and worked with total transparency. I'd like to give a special shoutout to Tray and Tessa, both of them were very helpful and personable. Would definitely get my oil changed here again!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I came in for a simple oil change, and by the end, they were trying to reinstall a part inside my car that they had just ripped off. When I pointed it out, I was met with a condescending attitude. Women, if you don’t want to be talked down to or made to feel like you know nothing about cars, do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Gordon and the guys were super nice and very thorough, didn’t take long either. I brought them a vehicle that I had just purchased for an oil change. They checked everything, changed a dirty air filter and replaced a reverse light that I would never have know was out, if they hadn’t been so thorough. I will always take my vehicles to them for an oil change etc. They do good, honest work! That’s hard to come by these days!

Kind and attentive care. Yet, I was disappointed at the end of the service when the new sticker indicated I should return in 3000 miles despite the technician’s eventual acknowledgment that the manufacturer of my vehicle recommends oil changes at 7000 miles. I would’ve appreciated them telling me that before I spent an unnecessary $100 on this oil change. Seems like a deceptive practice of the company.

The visit was pleasant, but at the end I was asked for my personal information as part of checkout. I asked if it would be used for any marketing purposes, and I was told no, and that it’s only used in case of warranty issues and that they need to reach out to me. Within 30 minutes of me coming home, I was both emailed and texted for marketing purposes. Really disappointed that this company has my personal information now for who knows what purposes.

Go someplace else to get your oil changed. Unless you want to be robbed!! I was charged $91.40 for an oil change! All I wanted was a simple regular oil change. This was my first time there and I will never go back!! I live in Illinois but travel for work. I’m in the area regularly. I needed an oil change and figured before I drove all the way back I would get the oil changed since it was due. Back home I go to a place that charges me $29.00 with tax it comes to like $35.00. I knew a full service oil change was $46.99 and I was fine with that. When I questioned the additional charges they just told me there was nothing that could be done since it was already added. Really!!! They added some additive without my permission for an additional $30 They charged me $5.00 for a technology fee. WHAT IS THAT? $2.00 for washer solvent? I did not ask for that I just filled up myself and did not need plus should be included in the full service charge. $3.00 for an oil filter. Should that not be part of the oil change? I tried calling the number to discuss but you are only able to leave a message and no one returns your call.

Not impressed at all. Slow, distracted. Three people worked on my car. Tried to sell me too many things. Never filled the wiper fluid reservoir which really pissed me off as I drove into a snow storm immediately after!!!! NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE! Nope! Not at all! It was like I was not heard or seen. Just oversold and let go!
