Great experience with LaFontaine Buick GMC Ann Arbor, got me in and fixed my vehicle promptly and were great with communication and letting me know what was going on. I love the feature of the video inspection that shows what is going on. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle.

We worked with Shawn but the whole team felt like they were involved. They all made the shopping around work I did useless and got me a great deal on a new sierra. The facility was clean and had a great selection of vehicles to chose from. 10/10 recommend this dealership just ask for Shawn!

I highly do not recommend going to the dealership , here are pictures of a brand new 2023 GMC sierra 2500 HD Denali ultimate package that they had me drive 13 hours each direction to come purchase , I get there and immediately noticed all of the rust on the frame , Asked to take the truck for a test drive. They did not have any dealer plates so the best I could do was drive the truck in the parking lot, granted I’m here to buy a $90,000 truck that I’m already approved by GM financial to purchase. The truck was not cleaned. It was absolutely disgusting. All they did was wipe down the body and scratch it terribly. The wheels were covered in a thick, nasty tire shine, and a mixture of dirt. There was multiple dings on the body of the truck damage on the roof, the roof had never been cleaned or even touched. When I was promised, this truck was absolutely perfect condition when we couldn’t come to an agreement I left and Nick the manager, followed me back to my vehicle, telling me that he was going to assault me until I took out my phone and started recording him then him and his Coworker, then proceeded to call and yell things across the parking lot as I proceeded back to my truck and drove 13 hours back home I highly do not recommend ever going to the dealership. They are the Dealer that gives other dealerships, a bad name. Thank you for wasting 26 hours of my time and 2000 miles of driving on my trade-in !

My car experience at this dealership was very bad the car I choose I only drove it one day and it was back at the dealership it has been there now 3 days no news but if u say ur cars r inspected with a hundred and so inspection no way it should stop working n a day ,the salesman was very nice,cars look good not good.

This was my second truck purchase here. Gagik was excellent to do business with!! Professional, accommodating, available. He made the buying process feel good and was in my corner the whole way. So much so that my wife is looking for a new car soon, he WILL be our pro. Also Andy, the sales manager, good dude! Both of my purchases have left me feeling like I truly added value to my life instead of regret. I love the truck!!! Thanks fellas, see you again! I highly recommend Gagik if your in the market. As a matter of fact, I would go to wherever he is working to buy another car/truck!

The first day my family and I went in, our salesperson was pleasant and fine. As we left we noticed some irate customer yelling at someone and thought “what was his deal”, but never thought anything else about it. When we went back the next week we decided to buy/lease the car we wanted. They paired us with another sales rep that was absolutely terrible. He was pressuring us into some deal that was just absolutely ridiculous (I knew this because I recently went through the process with another car). I pointed out how incredibly high the numbers were and he got offended. Then he tried to confuse us with big words like “amortization”, which really had nothing to do with what we were talking about. When he wasn’t able to explain the incredibly high cost of the deal we were trying to do, he became irate and said I guess we weren’t selling a car today and asked us to leave, and he walked off, steaming. I’m guessing they take advantage of people who don’t know math, or anything about how loans work, and expect people to pay high prices. If that’s you, don’t go here as they will probably take advantage of you. We ended up going somewhere else that was transparent and understood car buying from the customers perspective. I’m guessing that’s why the guy that we saw the prior week was so mad… maybe his experience was similar to ours. I like Buicks, but I would never buy one if I had to go here.

I went to this Buick dealer last week while comparing a few SUVs, and the experience was actually pretty smooth. The staff wasn’t pushy at all, which I really appreciated, and they answered my random questions without rushing me. The showroom was clean and the test drive process was quick—no long waiting around. 2022 Chevy 2500 LTZ diesel E.J was my salesman. he was great to me all the way through the process. He jumped through many hoops back and forth with my credit union to get the deal done. I was happy with the service that I received. After taking delivery of the truck I realized the incorrect Load rating tires were installed. This created safety concerns for me since it was a heavy truck. EJ and the team at LaFontaine did what needed to be done to make this right for me. i would recommend them.

Everyone in this building was very nice and helpful. Alexander Firu helped me with everything even though I filed chapter 7 bankruptcy. He got me in a 2021 nissian kick and the payments monthly is very acceptable where it will help my credit due to the bankruptcy. He gave me ALL the options whether and helped me decide what was the best offer. Was helpful so I wouldn't have a high interest rate. Absolute best I'm sending everyone his way. Thank you once again Alex I really appreciate it. I don't see the option to show my car but I absolutely love it.

My Mom's 2004 Rainier was her baby and she thought it would be the last car she purchased. When it gave up the ghosts after 22 years, she was pretty heartbroken. She would only consider a new vehicle IF it was as big as the Rainier, had a second row bench (for my son's car seat ❤️), fit into a very specific price range AND was pretty. Initially we thought Mom would need to lease or buy a used car. We had trouble while searching on our own to not only finding the size she wanted with a bench second row, but the price points were matching her needs either. So, we broke down and went to the nearest dealer, LaFontaine, dragging my aunties for moral support. Cue Gavin Hosler, Salesman. Not only was he friendly and welcoming, he matched the personalities of our gaggle so well that our whole herd hasn't been able to stop talking about him. He paid attention to everyone's input, ran the numbers on more vehicles than I can think of, and even went as far as checking ALL the vehicles on the lot to see which ones matched our qualifications!! No joke, he emailed us 2 pages of hand written notes on all the vehicles that matched what we wanted. He took so much of the burden off of us, that alone I can't thank him enough. When we identified exactly what vehicle Mom wanted, we realized that with the various discounts running right now, that it was more cost effective for Mom to get a new vehicle. Then Gavin was on the hunt! He left no dealership unturned. With the help of his co-worker Brendan (not sure which is Batman and which is Robin 😄), we finally have Mom a car with all the requirements and a few extras that we didn't even know were options. Gavin is great. He is genuine and he cares. When Mom's car was ready, he brought it to her house and even brought a birthday present for my son (who had a birthday during the course of our car hunt). Through witnessing our experience I have 2 relatives that not only are thinking of getting new vehicles, they want to work specifically with Gavin. Hold on to him LaFontaine, Gavin is the real deal!
