Not going back. Pick up date was pushed out a couple of times. The second time, they offered a loaner so I would not be without a car during the weekend. When I picked up the car, the tank was not full, so I thought "maybe they are not controlling this since my car was EV". When returned, they wanted to charge me half tank (there was more than half tank of gas left) even though I said they gave me the vehicle with less than a full tank. The lady at the front (which always behaved as she hated her life) was very rude showing me a blurred picture of a not full tank, stating it was full. Anyway, I appreciate kindness from places I go to, specially the ones you spend thousands. Again do not recommend, just because of the person at the front desk. Edit: Dominic called me and apologized. He was actually very nice since the beginning on this service and provided updates and arrangements for the loaner. I changed my review to 4 stars because of him and the promise that my feedback will result in positive changes in the business.

I recently had some minor repairs done here. The workmanship was very sloppy. The paint job is full of bubbles and pits, and they trashed the interior of my car. I regret having any work done. I should have just lived with the chips in the paint. I thought going to an official Ford dealership would guarantee a high standard and quality of work. I was wrong.

Overall quality of work was good for the minor repair on my F-150. There were a few small issues after the fact, including a missing fastener from the drivers side mirror and a loose piece of exterior trim, but no major concerns. The repair was booked with my insurance (State Farm) and I was expecting an interior vacuum and exterior wash (State Farm promised this for all their authorized partner repair shops) but that wasn’t completed. Not major issues, but enough to be annoying.

Had them repair my minor front end collision. Extremely sloppy work. Scratches everywhere including brand new parts. They also somehow dented the side of my door during the repair. They did agree to fix it but even after the fix the dent is still not completely gone. They also delayed the repair process 4 separate times and the dent repair was supposed to be done the same week but it took over 2 weeks to complete. The worst part is now every warning light is on less than 24 hours after the repair. They completely messed up the electrical system. Who knows how long it will take now for them to fix it. Extremely disappointed with their work. Do not bring your car here.

I had damage to the rear of my Explorer after backing into a tree during a snowstorm. They did a great job in repairing the damage within a reasonable time frame and provided me with a loaner car since I did not have the coverage for a rental car as part of my insurance. I was very happy with the service Varsity Ford provided.
