★★★★☆ Not going back. Pick up date was pushed out a couple of times. The second time, they offered a loaner so I would not be without a car during the weekend. When I picked up the car, the tank was not full, so I thought "maybe they are not controlling this since my car was EV". When returned, they wanted to charge me half tank (there was more than half tank of gas left) even though I said they gave me the vehicle with less than a full tank. The lady at the front (which always behaved as she hated her life) was very rude showing me a blurred picture of a not full tank, stating it was full. Anyway, I appreciate kindness from places I go to, specially the ones you spend thousands. Again do not recommend, just because of the person at the front desk. Edit: Dominic called me and apologized. He was actually very nice since the beginning on this service and provided updates and arrangements for the loaner. I changed my review to 4 stars because of him and the promise that my feedback will result in positive changes in the business.
