This is second time, I went, I had best experience first time and reviewed. This time story is different. I went to check brake pads if they need new ones. they recommended to replace rear pads and I did oil change which includes many activities. I scheduled slot in two days from inspection day. my wife took vehicle and they led her waited for 2+ hours by saying technician went for lunch , the car was in garage(repair area) after certain time my wife was told technician is left for day and unable to reach him. Rescheduled for another day. I took the car for brakes replacement. They did well and gave discount in invoice for inconvenience caused previous day. Now, new problem raised during these period. car wheel is vibrating if I go over 60 on hwy. The problem wasn't there. Not sure what has happened. when they inspected again, I was given with estimation of $450+ to replace additional parts and fix. That's it, I will never go this place and need to think twice even another monro center.

My experience at Monro was great, I had got a flat tire on my trailer and was stranded an hour from my shop without my spare or jack, Aaron who works at Monro went above and beyond what people do nowadays to help me get back on the road , if it wasn't for him, his great attitude and his concern for my situation, my bad day would have gotten much worse, thankful for him and his willingness to help me in a tough situation.

Needed a new tire ASAP at the end of the day, I was able to make an appointment right before closing time. Bryan was able to get me in quickly without wait and John the technician was super fast and efficient. Overall, it was a great and affordable experience. Called at 11, was told to come in at 1 for a 30 minute fix. Waited an hour and a half before being told it would take 30-40 minutes again. Didn't get my keys back until 4. Charged me 25 dollars for throwing away a lightbulb on top of everything.

I was regular in this shop for years. The service is getting worse. Technicians are not doing all job requested and telling that they did it (tire rotation) on couple of occasions. Also they are not paying attention (did not put back the oil cup which resulted in oil spill all over the engine). I am not going back.

I took my 2013 Ford Edge here for a water pump replacement back in February. The repair requires a timing chain replacement. Was told the car was repaired received it back and the check engine light was on, car idling roughly, trouble with acceleration. Left it with them for a week, called again to pick it up same problem. Manager told me that they didn't replace all the parts in the timing chain kit and it would cost me and additional $1500 after I just paid $2300 to have it repaired. I wasn't able to pay that so I took my car home. Went back recently to try and get a solution and it was a completely different staff who informed me they no longer work on engines. Update. I called the number listed by the person who responded. I spoke with someone, and they opened a case and gave me a file number. I submitted documentation to the email provided as requested. I haven't heard back from anyone and it's been almost a month.

I've been coming here since they opened as Monro. I've always received the best and most honest service. Cliff, the manager, goes the extra mile to take care of customers. Thanks to Cliff and Monro, a dangerous issue was discovered with my former vehicle and that saved me a lot of headache and potential injury. I can't imagine taking my vehicle anywhere other then here. Update: recently worked with them on a brake issue. They were incredibly helpful, and the new manager, Sarah, is awesome! Update #2: New manager Ken is good and the service done by Hector on my oil change was exemplary.

Highly disappointed in their customer service. I've been here before to have a tire put on and figured I would give them a try with my winter tire swap and a wheel alignment. The morning of my 10am appt I get a call from Aaron saying they have an illness and they will not be open for my appt. He left his cell for me to text back to reschedule. I texted him and we setup my service at 4pm later that day. I show up and after my 40min drive get told that they can't help me. The guy that was there said they are closed and unsure why Aaron would try to get me to come in later. So wasted my entire day waiting to get my tires swapped when I could have just looked elsewhere. Will never return and don't recommend them because of their unprofessionalism.

We went to get a new tire and the lady was rude on the phone. We called multiple times to get a hold of someone and she kept putting us on hold and then said she couldn’t help because the manager was the one who would help. I offered to drive there to get a tire. When we got there they were open till 7. They closed 2 hours early and there were still people waiting in the lobby.
