★★☆☆☆ I'm disappointed in the guys at Zippy Chip. Brendan worked on a chip on my car last summer. He failed to move the cinder block he stood on while working on my car so that when I pulled off, I ran over it. We both acknowledge that this was a mistake and agreed that if I found anything wrong with the car later, I'd let them know. I didn't find anything immediately, at least nothing I noticed until this year when my AC stopped working on the car. I took it to the shop and learned that the condenser was damaged. When the repairman asked if I'd run over any debris on the road, I immediately thought of my experience with Brenden. I called Jason the owner, while the car was still at the shop and asked him to come over and take a look. I also asked if he would be willing to pay for the nearly $600 in damage that was caused. He went to the shop, seemed to be open to rectifying the situation and I thought we'd get it resolved quickly. The next thing I know, I get an email denying responsibility simply because Brenden now was saying he didn't "think" he'd caused that kind of damage. I won't trouble you with all the gory details. The long story short is that Jason will not return my calls and has completely disappointed me as a customer. For this reason I give Zippy Chip a BIG, FAT THUMBS DOWN. Not for the mistake but for the absolutely POOR customer service and follow through. Tread cautiously if you do decide to do business with them. Yodit -- Ann Arbor
