Got a appointment just a day in an advance, man was very polite and helpful. Went to the game store across the street to wait, and got a call that they had found my issue. I really appreciate them because he made clear what was a necessary fix and what was something preventative, and they were not playing games. Got my control arms fixed and she drives much better. Can't speak for price but I don't think it was expensive for what it was. Very quick and convenient.

I wanted to have the exhaust system on my truck inspected to identify where an unusual noise was coming from. The Midas on Jackson and W Stadium was able to get me in the same day I called them. They inspected the truck within an hour of my arrival and identified the hole in the exhaust system. I was very satisfied with my experience and the employees there.

Thank goodness for Mike and the rest of the team at Midas - I had car issues bc of a rogue squirrel, and got towed to the dealership initially who didn't have anyone to take a look at my car. I called Midas and they were able to fit me in, fix up my belt, and identified a big issue with my tires that the dealership hadn't let me know about, all before close of a holiday weekend so I can successfully move out of Michigan. So grateful for these folks and the great work they did.

Found that Mike recently moved to this location from Goodyear Ann Arbor. I had previously only went to Goodyear since that was the only place I trusted in Ann Arbor and now that he's at this Midas location I'll be coming here for all future related work. As for this service, fixed my wheel bearing super fast and the grinding issue that was there is completely gone. Recommend Mike 100%.

I was very pleased that Midas was able to replace the exhaust flanges and gaskets on my 1998 Honda Odyssey. However, I was disappointed that my rear brake pads were dangerously worn and needed replacement, along with the rotors. I then took the car to Firestone, who had just checked over my brakes, and declared the brakes ‘ not in need of replacement’.

The previous owners and mechanic of this place were wonderful and we worked with them for years. We have given the new owners several chances and have again and again been caught off guard by up selling and seemingly inability to honor warranties for different car parts. This has been a pattern. Most recently, we took our car in which had a warranty on the brakes. Midas said they'd honor the warranty and would take a look. Upon inspection, they said while they would replace the brakes "free of charge" we also needed new calipers (a $1700 quote). We took our car to two other mechanics and were told the calipers were absolutely fine and generally rarely need to be replaced on vehicles. While they were technically honoring their warranty this round, it seems to again be wrapped up in work on the car that other places are saying we don't need. We ended up getting our brakes replaced elsewhere at cost because it ended up being the more affordable option over having Midas "honor a warranty" with unneeded additional carwork.

Good price for a car battery installation. Other places were charging double and would have taken twice as long to have the work done. This Midas on Jackson Ave. had it done in less than 20 minutes with a fair price. Ryan at the desk was great to work with. Ryan was helpful and true to his word.
