If I could give them 6 stars I would. They aren't cheap, but they do excellent work, and they go above and beyond for their customers. We had a car that was in a severe wreck and the airbag had gone off. Getting a safe replacement took 5 months, and after about two months of failing to secure a replacement they rented a car for me out of their own pocket!

Hands down, one of the most reliable and kind teams I've ever dealt with. I first came here for a bumper repair that was done quickly, expertly, and at a fair price. Every person I interacted with was helpful and professional. But what really stood out was what happened most recently: my car was mistakenly towed to their lot. It had a dead battery and a failed alternator--completely undriveable. I needed to tow it again. Instead, though, Ken went above and beyond. He recharged the battery himself and personally delivered the car where it needed to go. I was floored. That level of integrity and initiative is rare. You can tell Ken genuinely gives a damn--and that makes all the difference. Grateful doesn't even begin to cover it.

I requested to have bumper cover replaced on my dodge charger. This was self pay, no insurance and so aftermarket parts were fine with me. I met with Joe to obtain an estimate. From that moment forward the service was excellent. They answered all my question and the price was very reasonable. The car was delivered on time and the work was exceptional. I called the next day with a small question and again Joe was pleasant and answered the question. I would definitely recommend this shop.

This place has top-notch exceptional service with quality work. If you want to be taken care of after an accident and not have to stress about anything, this is the place. They did a temp fix on my car so I could drive it while I wait for the parts to come in. There is a part shortage and it’s a Pontiac, which they don’t make anymore, so it took a little bit to get the parts. The repair was quick, they did such a great job, and everyone is super nice and helpful.

I’m extremely particular about who works on my Mustang GT, and Ross Beakes exceeded every expectation. After a rock struck the front edge of the roof dead center, it took the paint clean off down to the metal, left a dent, and spider cracks around the edges. It was a mess. Ross not only answered all my questions with patience and expertise, but they also restored the car so flawlessly that you’d never know there was any damage. The paint finish is immaculate—less orange peel than the factory paint—and the repair was completed in just four days. Their talent and attention to detail are second to none. If you care about your car, Ross is the one to trust. Absolutely amazing work.

Great repair job! In early November, I hit a big buck at dusk. The car was drivable, but the grill was smashed. I also couldn't open the driver's door. I guess that threw a lot of things out of whack. Many repairs were necessary. It seems everything nowadays is electronically connected to something else. Ross Beakes Collision did a great job of putting my 2024 Honda CR-V back into good running condition. There's no visible evidence of my meeting a deer. Altogether, a good experience; it took a bit longer because of the Thanksgiving holiday.

I cannot recommend this place more. I took my vehicle in after it getting some damage on the bumper. Ken took the time in giving me two quotes one for a touch up and one for a repair. I went with the touch up and dropped the car off assuming I would pay the quote. When I got back they notified me it looked better but not as good as they hoped so only charged me 1/3 of the quote they gave me. Most honest auto shop I have been to. They also washed the whole car inside and out and did tire shine.

Exceeded my expectations! 40 years ago I took my car here and remembered the great service and perfect damage repair, so when the right bumper and passenger door was hit twice while parked, I returned to Ross-Beakes for repair and painting. They helped me organize the 2 insurance companies and returned my car, beautifully repaired, painted, detailed and looking new! They even painted a small wheel rim scrap that wasn't part of the insurance covered damage and added rim protectors. Great service, reasonable price and gorgeous finished repair. Highly recommended!
