Love this place. My uncle recommended A2 Auto a few years ago when I was having issues with my car and I’ve been going here ever since. They have worked on 3 cars of mine so far and it’s the only place I can confidently trust. Exceptional service and affordable prices. They know what they’re doing and they’re honest, can’t beat that. 6-7-2025 💯 I cannot say enough about the wonderful work that was done on my car. We all get in a fender bender. But I was going to go to another collision center that would take a month to fix. Majed at A2 Auto Center (off of Carpenter Road fixed mine in 3 days!!!!!!!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing communication, and expertise, with Majed and the team of auto workers. My wife’s car broke down while we were visiting Ann Arbor for my birthday weekend. I called A2 at 7pm on a Saturday night when my car wouldn’t start, they immediately came out to tow the car to their shop. My vehicle was repaired on back on the road by Monday afternoon for a very honest price. If I lived in this area, I would take my vehicle to them exclusively! I highly recommend A2 Auto. Majed and AJ provide fantastic service and incredibly fair pricing. They also show instead of tell, taking us to look at our vehicle so they can explain exactly what needs replaced. They’ve helped us choose and maintain 2 different vehicles over the past four years. One of them is a high roof van. They are one of the only mechanics in the area willing to service such a large vehicle. I am so glad they could continue to provide us services as our needs grew, because I can’t imagine going to someone else. We were first time car owners when we started coming to them, and they’ve made the process of car ownership so much easier. If you are looking for a mechanic who will develop a relationship with you and your vehicle to keep you on the road for years, this is the right place! (They also have a shop on Carpenter so by “place” I mean either location. The A2 Auto Group shop on Carpenter is where you should go if you have a high roof van.) I can’t recommend them enough!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent experience with A2 Auto Center! This is the second time we came here, the first time they helped identified the problem immediately and helped change 3 tires and 1 wheel, and finish the second day, the price of both parts and labor fee are fair reasonable and the service is quick. The second time we had a small accident at the front door, and this time was a Saturday, they again immediately checked the condition and gave the quote, again, fair price, great service after only two days, now the car looks like new. Thanks for the professional and quick service! I highly recommend this place for auto repair!

Majed has been my mechanic since I moved to the state, and he continues to be kind, honest, fair, and, most importantly, attentive. Him and all of the gentlemen at the shop, including Pete, always take care of whatever I have going on. Today, they went above and beyond to fix an unexpected strut failure on my vehicle (if you’ve ever had to replace your struts, you KNOW how expensive that is!!). Their service was nothing short of exceptional and more importantly, they were very understanding of my financial situation as a college student that I finally had to give them a review for such attentive care and service. Simply put, A2 Auto Center is the best mechanic shop in Ann Arbor. You literally won’t regret coming here.

Majed is a true professional — he takes the time to explain what’s going on with the car, gives fair pricing, and never tries to push unnecessary repairs. You can tell he really cares about doing the job right. The service here is fast, reliable, and top-quality. Majed diagnosed my car’s issue quickly, fixed it perfectly, and made the whole process stress-free. My vehicle runs better than ever now. The shop is clean, organized, and every person I interacted with was friendly and helpful. PLEASE BE AWARE. I am writing on behalf of my mother. My mother has been a loyal customer of A2 auto since we have moved to Ann Arbor. Within 2025, she began having coolant issues and in July, she took it to A2 auto. Since then, it has been SEVEN (7) times since we have taken it back and gotten it back with no fixes. They have consistently given incorrect diagnoses of the car making the repairs completely useless. It has been clamps, hoses, radiator, fans, and now, it is the head gasket. When we first took the car to A2 auto in July, Pete, one of the mechanics worked on the car, and ever since then there has been a significant decrease in ability to drive the car without any leaks. When Pete worked on the car, he explained that it was the water pump, however this is not true. She also asked for all of the old parts be put in the car on MULTIPLE occasions, and never got the pump (assuming because they never fixed that). We were told on many occasions that Majed (the owner) worked on the car and did not see any leaks. The first week in November, we sent it to another shop and were told that parts were cross threaded within one another and that the issue was the radiator. Not knowing the rivalry between the two shops, A2 auto prompted that we bring the car back, and they fix the radiator. Once that was completed, and the car was given back, about one week later, coolant began leaking once again. We took it BACK to A2 auto and they replaced clamps which we have. After that, a few days after thanksgiving, coolant would not even stay in the car. We recorded a video and sent it over to Majed, and he told us to bring it in. It’s now January 2nd, 2026 and we are being told that the head gasket is the issue. They have been experimenting with the car, and not fixing it. Majed explains that the head gasket being an issue comes from overheating, however that should not be true if 1. The coolant problems were adequately addressed, and 2. The car does not overheat. Not one time when the car was in our possession for a total of 4 weeks in the span of July to now, has the car ever overheated. Every time, the car is sitting for days and days. We consistently drive by the shop to get to work and school, however the car is always collecting dust. Knowing that the head gasket has something to do with coolant, in JULY, it should have been adequately looked and repaired, however it was not. It is extremely irresponsible, and is unfair. We have tried for many months to be cordial, polite, and understanding however, it feels as if my mother is being taken advantage of consistently, and talked to as if she does not know about her own vehicle. I do not trust the shop, nor the mechanics who speak very low of the owner to customers when he is not around. PLEASE BE AWARE OF A2 AUTO.

I originally left a negative review after getting the tint removed from my windows, as there was a decent amount of glue and bits of tint left behind. However shortly thereafter, they called to apologize and fix the remaining issues, which they did with great care and attention. I appreciate their quick response and thorough work and I think it's commendable that they stay on top of things. No hard feelings on my end.

I wish I could leave 10 stars!!! I brought my car to A2 Auto Center with a very winding power steering system. I was worried I’d have to replace the pump but Majed took a look at it and had me in and out in less than an hour! He assured me it was simply a loose connection in the pump causing the fluid to drip and was able to tighten it to put an end to the leak altogether. I’ve had my fair share of unnecessary repairs that were unbeknownst to me at that time. This could have EASILY been another case of that. But Majed was very honest about my needs. I’m so grateful he was able to put my vehicle back on the road and made my entire visit hassle free…at a fair price at that! Now I am able to go to work tomorrow thanks to him. He was very knowledgeable, patient about my concern, and just overall awesome! The entire team is awesome - he is running a great crew! I will be back and plan to send my friends and parents here!

Majed earned himself a loyal customer! I went after reversing into a tree & busting my side mirror 😭 i’m usually terrified of car mechanics & being overcharged but once I met Majed I knew he was my guy :) I could tell that he was being honest and wanted to help me the best he could at the best price possible. not only did he fix the mirror I busted, he offered a paint job for the other mirror just as a nice little extra touch because it was not the same color/texture as the body! No one I’ve been to previously has offered anything like that - after all, it’s extra time & effort. Will definitely be going back for other repairs in the future. Enjoy the pics of before and after and how different they are ahaha
