I have had 2 experiences with this location and John the store manager. He was able to squeeze me in 1 hour before they closed on the 4th of July weekend. I called 5 different places that day and no was able to get me in. I do understand that with such a short lead time I couldn't expect anything other then that. The second time there were some computer glitches that caused our scheduled tire change times to be different, we rescheduled and then I forgot my wallet the next time and John was able to get me in the very next day same time. He threw in a free wheel balancing to make up for initial schedule mix up even though it wasn't his fault. John's personal and professional attitude is top notch. He seems to have many return customers which speaks clearly for his work. Per my personal experience I would highly recommend John and his team. Make sure you call in early they are usually booked full.

Called Friday they got me in on Saturday morning. Job was done by noon. They replaced all four tires. Reset the TPS sensors, great work highly recommend John and Thomis phenomenal great communication. Been coming here for years. Very trustworthy.

I had an appointment and they said they had an issue with getting the proper paperwork from Goodyear. They said they would get the proper email. Called me back the next day and asked for Order number. Never heard back from them again. After two weeks I canceled the order and reordered using a different installer. The other installer was outstanding. They were ready for me and completed my install without any concerns. I understand having labor issues in today's environment and having to work through issues but not to call people back is a major problem.

We are from out of town and were driving home on a holiday weekend. We had a nail in the tire and they took us in even though it was close to close. They did excellent work, were extremely reasonably priced, and sent us on our way. So thankful for them!

never bring your car here. i brought my car in twice for the same issue. first time I was told my check engine light should shut off in a couple miles...never shut off. I bring it back and they "fix" the issue again but was told the dealership has to shut the light off. $1600 later and a better mechanic fixed the real issue for $300 and poof the light shuts off

I give this location an employee's five stars for their service! All I needed was a tire plugged and two auto shops turn me down and told me to find a tire shop. They took my Jeep right in, fixed the tire and got my 8-month-old baby boy and myself on our way! Hospitality was nice and they went an extra mile to help me out in the end! Thank you!!

The owner called me to ask about the weight of my F250, telling me that they had a limit of 9k lbs for their lifts. Me, being somewhat car illiterate, looked at the loading sticker and not the vehicle sticker. I showed up, ready for service, but alas, I was overweight. I don't blame the shop. I blame myself for not knowing the weight of my truck. I know the weight of my RV, but I never thought about the vehicle weight. It's not something I've been asked. Anyway... I wanted to say that they were professional and helpful. I felt bad when I left because it seemed like I blamed them. I don't - I just wish they had the up to date equipment because I trust them 100% now. They could have ripped me off, used for jacks, and told me it was the same as any other place. But they didn't. Totally stand up. I hope I can do business with them in the future. They'd have my business if they could lift my darn truck.

Very interesting service. I just wanted them to check a few things out since they’re down the road. They diagnosed my problem and then I told them I’ll get it repaired elsewhere since I have a warranty. They ended up proceeding without any paperwork or even a verbal ok. The guy at the front desk had to abruptly run over to the tech to tell them to stop. Don’t even know what they did as they just quickly got my car out (got the hint). They didn’t even check out my other concern. The feeling was mutual though — I was happy to get out of there especially since the mood quickly changed after I said I didn’t want them to fix it. Don’t offer to check something out and then try to get me to pay for a service without getting consent.
