I had service completed here many months ago and had booked using a coupon on their site. This was never applied when I checked out and I followed up promptly a few days later, when I was told a manager would follow up with me. There was never any follow up, although I reached out about three more times. Eventually I gave up. Months later, I get an email from Annie Swift, asking how she could help me, as she somehow through I had come into the dealership the day before. I had not come in, but was excited to make contact so I replied and asked for support in my matter. I never got any replies, although I followed up a few times. I’m honestly not even upset about the money at this point, but the terrible customer service across the board. I would not recommend this place to anyone, as you cannot trust they will support you when needed.

I called because I have a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I needed my uconnect gps navigator updated since its an older car and I know it’s out dated. Took me 5 calls and 2 transfers for no one to answer. When I finally got ahold of some one in service after calling an hour later I told them what I needed.. I figured they might already have one with the up to date software. I was told I had to schedule an appointment a week out and pay atleast $150 for them to plug a usb drive in and wait. There’s no way something like that should cost $150.

This was a very disappointing experience. I just needed a turn signal blinker fixed, but unfortunately here I am, dishing out one of my only 1-star reviews. The Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Service will be joining Spirit Airlines, MattressFirm, & Ethiopian Airlines in this select 1-star group! First: the website & online experience was very poor. It was confusing & several things just didn’t work. For example, when I tried to check in, it just said “Sorry, we can’t check you in”. They also said on the website that the bulb repair was going to be included as a Jeep owner (spoiler: it wasn’t!). I probably spent an hour trying to navigate the website & online scheduling setup. I initially tried to call but the wait times were so long that I never got through to anyone. Second: when I arrived for my appointment, the service-people were quite cold (Figuratively. Despite the 20 degree temperatures it was actually quite hot in the building). They took my keys without telling me what was going on, then tried to get me to sign an agreement for a full on $219 diagnostic repair. I’m no car expert, but wasn’t sure why they would need to do a diagnosis for a simple bulb replacement. It seemed like charging someone for a brain MRI when they just need a flu shot? I asked for more details, & I mentioned that I saw on the website that a bulb would be covered with our warranty, to which he replied “We don’t give out free bulbs, buddy”. I know I’m a young dude, but “buddy” seemed a bit extra. To put hand sanitizer on the wound, he added “I don’t know why you would ever think that, we’re not just gonna give you free bulbs”. Of course I sincerely apologized since I’m too afraid of confrontation, but as Drake said I knew I just had to “turn to twitter fingers”. I’ll also just add that I was hoping to be able to borrow a rental car as their website gave me the option to check that (which I did) and when I asked about it, he snapped back once again. So to top things off, I waited patiently in the lounge area, where the hot chocolate machine was broken, and listened to the same looping TV ads while I tried to study flashcards for school on my phone for an hour & a half when they said it would take 30 minutes. Overall, I do NOT recommend!!! There are plenty of much better car repair shops nearby. Convenience Auto is just down the street & does an excellent job!

Absolutely the worst dealership experience I’ve ever encountered. I purchased a vehicle from Dodge of Ann Arbor, and for the past 6–7 months the vehicle has been sitting at their shop, still not repaired to this day — despite the fact that I’ve been making payments on it throughout this entire period. This is not just poor service — it’s complete negligence, and in my opinion, borders on fraudulent business practices. They’ve failed to provide the product I paid for, failed to deliver proper repairs in a reasonable time frame, and left me without the vehicle I legally own while still collecting payments. I have fully documented every part of this case and my legal representation is actively reviewing all available options. No customer should have to deal with this level of irresponsibility, lack of accountability, and disregard for contractual obligations. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this dealership to proceed with extreme caution. What happened to me can happen to anyone — and the financial damage and frustration they’ve caused are unacceptable.

This was my first visit to this dealership and it could not have gone better! The service writer, Joe, was attentive and he had me in the waiting room promptly. The appointment was for an oil change and it was completed in 45 minutes.

The reality in most / any dealership service departments is that customer experience is directly related to the competency / dedication of the service tech who works on your vehicle - often the luck of the draw. My most recent experiences with Suburban Jeep have been near perfect... an improvement since some "rocky" experiences several years ago.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They Broke my exhaust hanger off during their oil change. I brought it back in to get it fixed. They uncharged me 500 dollars to improperly install a new part with next to no communication that it couldn’t be done correctly. The technician was rude and dismissive acting like it’s no big deal to not actually fix it.

Absolute joke of a dealership. Their sales people are literally the worst. How are you snotty and not one single person was selling a car. Made an appointment at 3:30 we are still here at 5:23. Trash is everywhere I have literally watched countless employees walk back and forth in front of trash. For the diamond of Ann Arbor not one person greeted me not one person communicated anything at all. Take the extra drive to Brighton because this place is straight up trash. I would be embarrassed if this was my establishment. I will give a shout out to the poor service manager who from what I saw was the only one working or communicating with anyone. I didn’t have to pay for the old change but 2 hrs for an appointment is unacceptable. Sorry to the service manager your team sucks

I am always treated with the utmost respect when I get my oil changes and inspections done. I always get in, no wait time, in and out quickly! The staff is very personable and very friendly! I would recommend Thomas L'Huillier in the service write up center if he isn't busy, what a joy.

Does not work with Endurance. 3rd party warranty company, which is a very good warranty company btw. Hadn't had this issue coming from 3 other dodge service departments, nor various random service and collision facilities I've used in the past. I had only been turned down service once with Endurance and it was a hole in the wall mechanic. Been with endurance for almost 4 years now. To be specific, they told me I would have to pay for all work done upfront, then submit my own claims and followup for reimbursement with endurance on my own. I know this has nothing to do with service I received, but it more reflective of the service I needed but could not receive. The dodge in ypsi took my vehicle in with no problem within that same hour, accommodating my impromptu arrival n all.

I’ve been using this Chrysler service center for 5 years. In that time, the service staff has been short staffed every time I’ve been in. The service staff has confided (on two separate visits) that the owner never has the service center fully staffed. One recall & repair I scheduled took FOUR working days longer than quoted at drop off due to staffing shortages. The employees were kind but that didn’t help me get my car any faster. I just phoned the service center this morning to get my car towed and shop for a new vehicle. The call rang for 6 minutes before I gave up. Guess I’ll be buying a new car elsewhere.

I made an appointment to get a rear window looked at. I went in for that appointment on date and time scheduled. The man at the desk told me "We are backed up for 2-3 days, we may not even get to your vehicle until Friday. You can walk next door and get a rental." I asked him. Why does your site say there appointments available when there is not an appointment actually available? He said "Those appointments are really more like reservations." Very disappointed. Im fortunate to have a second vehicle but not everybody does.
