These guys give you the advice you need to hear. They will save you money if they think a repair or replacement is not absolutely necessary. They will do what the customer wants after the best advice. The repair work they do keeps you running as best as you would want. Can’t express how grateful I am that my 2008 SAAB 9 3 2.0t is in there highly qualified hands.

Not sure what to think, took my Volkswagen Passat in for a second opinion on an engine. Without authorization he fixed $800 worth of work that I didn't know needed, picked it up drove down the road no heat. Took it back he said another $500 to fix the heat issue, the heat worked when I dropped it off. Now I get home car's been sitting in the driveway for a week and there's a puddle of oil underneath it. Looks like the culprit is the oil plug, I changed it myself four different times still drips not sure what the hell they did. Not sure what to think of this place. K&N came with a high reference.

I have been getting my Saab serviced here for a while, they are the best, Sky and Nikki have always answered my questions and accommodated my last minute service requests. They do extensive repairs and are the Saab experts, they fixed my convertible’s roof leak issue and replaced the front under body. Recently they worked on a broken ECU issue, much happy with their work and customer interaction. I highly recommend them. Great job guys!

The owner, Jaris is one if the nicest guys you will probably ever meet! Nikki, the service advisor is very sweet and kind every time we speak. Jaris and his techs are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to Saabs, so if you have one I highly suggest you take it here before any other shop. Although, I'm pretty sure they can fix a majority of any car brands. When I got my car back, I was more than impressed by how it drove. Thanks K & N team! EDIT: I am so blessed to have found this shop to work on my Saab! I'm pretty sure that no other mechanic Shop can compare to K&N in terms of the quality of work they do and the friendliness the owner and other staff. I refuse to take my car anywhere else! Last time I took it to a corporate type shop in Toledo Ohio, they tried telling me I needed other parts replaced when in all reality, I didn't! Then, the one thing they did fix ended up breaking again 8 months later.

I had a great experience with K & N Automotive. They replaced the rear brake pads on my 2018 Mercedes GLC and did an excellent job from start to finish. The team was professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It was not easy for me to find a trustworthy independent shop for European vehicles, but these guys absolutely delivered. Highly recommend!
