Nobody called me about the completion of my service for over 24 hours. I called the service department. The gentleman that I dealt with originally was not available so they said he would call me back. I waited an hour and 40 minutes. The guy never called back. I drove from Ypsilanti to Jackson Rd., Ann Arbor walked into the service area waited another 20 minutes for somebody to attend to me. When he finally got to me, he said yeah the service was performed. Nobody called you? It was just bad communication on your part. I can't say that I look forward to bringing my vehicle into you again, but if I do, I would like to deal with a guy with the last name, Beardsley. I cannot remember his first name, but his last name is very memorable Beardsley. You have a special employee in this gentleman.

I was here for a recall. Everybody at Toyota is always so nice. Very accommodating. Marlon took good care of me. My only regret is I didn't buy my car at Ann Arbor Toyota. Only because they didn't have one available or I would have. Customer service is always top notch

Marlon did a great job of reviewing what I needed and checking my tires as requested. He let me know that I was not due for an oil change yet and told me when it was due. T ge only thing that didn't happen was I had mentioned that I didn't know how to get my light inside the car to come on when I opened the car door. We were going to take care if it when the car was finished being serviced and we both forgot. Not a big deal. I will figure it out.

The service we had at the time from Lamont was very good however Iwas told in picking up the car that one part to resolve one of the two recall issues was not in and had to be ordered. I will have to go back. Since I scheduled an appointment solely because of the two recall issues why was my time scheduled when one part would not be there. Seems there is a disconnect between appointment scheduling and the service that is needed.

I have been there 3 times and have been helped by 3 different people, each has been exceptional. Marlon was the last to help me and he followed suit. I highly recommend the Toyota service department. When I purchased my car I also received 4 free service appointments with it

The service manager was rude and slammed my door. Let me share my experience. I made an appointment for 9am to have my trunk looked at. I get there a few minutes before and there was a line of cars to the parking lot. I got in line and shortly after, 5 cars pulled up behind me. I even called to make sure I wasn't going to be late for an appointment. The lady I talked to said that they don't accept walk-ins. When I pulled into the bay, I told the tire guy not to inspect them because I have another place taking care of my tires. (Just FYI...Some tire companies take care of tires for the life of the tire, so shop around.) When the service manager came over, he told me to pop my hood. I told him I didn't want anything done with my fluids. He said the multi point check (or whatever they call it) was standard. I told him I was there for my trunk and that was it. He then proceeded to get upset about that and told me that I'd have to check in with an advisor and they would get me answers this afternoon. First of all, not everyone has the luxury of clearing out their whole day to sit in a lobby just to be told one thing or another. Second, slamming my door after telling me that I can go somewhere else is UNACCEPTABLE. Thank goodness I wasn't hurt. Third, if you want to yell at me, you're not representing your owner/operator's business well. After all, you do work in the SERVICE department and your customer service needs training. I ended up calling and driving to the Toyota in Dundee and they were able to look at it on the spot, which was really kind of them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION, and I recommend that the service manager go through customer service training to learn how to keep cool under pressure, how to handle challenging situations, and customer communication. What a jerk.

I had a very positive experience overall during my service visit on December 22, 2025. The staff was professional, respectful, and made me feel valued as a customer. I especially appreciated being provided with a Camry similar to my own vehicle due to the extended repair time, which allowed me to attend my scheduled physical therapy appointment. There are two points I would like to note. First, the issue with the right rear window was still present at pickup. Although I was reassured that it was not a concern and would be addressed if it worsens, the noise and looseness were noticeable compared to the loaner vehicle. Second, regarding my original purchase experience, I later realized that additional trim levels and options were not fully explained to me. Had I been aware of these features at the time, I would likely have made a different choice. Overall, I appreciate the courteous service and professionalism of the team, and I hope this feedback helps improve future customer experiences. Sincerely yours Khodayar Moradian

I would leave four and a half Stars if I could but I can't. My service writer Lamont was fantastic and that's who gets the stars. I was in for a simple oil change not that big of a deal. However going into my glove box later which is where my cabin air filter needed to be inspected, I declined the service but when I opened up my glove box I found that everything had been taken out and then shoved back in there. I was not too happy to find that the paperwork that I had in there was all crumpled and disordered. Might seem petty to some, but this still speaks to respecting a customer's vehicle. It's not like it was full or junked up. It was neat and orderly and now it all looks like crap. Last time, they did not put my wheel lock back, and when I complained, it somehow magically appeared right where it should've been and was told that I just didn't look hard enough. It wasn't even my original wheel lock, but a brand new one.

I’m always pleased with my experience at Toyota of Ann Arbor. I purchased my vehicle at their dealership in 2019 and always take it there to have my car serviced. Their service department from the advisors to the mechanics to those in the parts department and in the accounting department are excellent. I am always treated with courtesy, respect, and patience. Their waiting area has a lot of comfortable armchair style seats with plenty of outlets to plug in cords for electronic devices. And there’s free coffee too !

Service was okay considering I went during rush hour so I had to wait a bit. Thorough and insightful inspection but will be going elsewhere to get the work done at a more reasonable rate. Price at checkout was also over $100 more than at check-in. Plus they forgot the oil change sticker. Vehicle seems to run a bit better after the maintenance package though.

I was able to get an appt for the next day and a loaner arranged ahead of time when I called. Even though the Service Dept was very busy I was processed promptly. Eric did a preliminary assessment of my concern w/my 2025 Rav4 hybrid and while we were both hoping it was nothing he thought it still needed a more thorough review. Marlon was my Service Advisor and he was great. I also met Daniel (?) who managed the loaners/rentals. Everyone as professional yet friendly and I never felt rushed despite how busy it was. M car was ready the next day and luckily nothing serious was found. I would definitely recommend Toyota of Ann Arbor Service and would absolutely return for any needed service.

Alex took great cre of me as usual. It always goes above and beyond to make all customers feel like family. It took a little longer cause. I had to have a recall done. The takes about 2 hours and I. Walked in because I'd been gone for 3.5and weeks and my warning came on while I was ice in Fishing Canada, so I couldn't 2 make an appointment. It still was a great day. even Chandler came over and talked to me. Which makes you feel good when a guy takes the time of day just to say hi and make sure everything's going good. It's always good to catch up with all your crew. They are 100% on the job taken great care of your customers. I will be back:):):) Lamont is just a wonderful service person to work with he is a joy to be around. I love when a service representative goes the extra yard. For me to make my experience at Toyota wonderful. The way he presents himself you know, he truly loves his job and cares about Toyota customers at the same time. I appreciate his honesty when explaining the programs and the details of the service that will be rendered.. He is definitely a professional and one of the best employees, the Toyota has at the Ann Arbor dealership. Please think about giving him a raise. Because employees like him often get offers from the competitors and I would love to see him stay in that career for many years to come.. If I were his boss, I would promote him to the highest level available to make sure You keep a top notch employee like him.

Couldn’t recommend going somewhere else more. In November of 24’ they installed an oil filter with no o-ring and all my oil leaked out. A year later a mechanic heard a knock and recommend going back to them to see if they would handle it under warranty. They claimed it was a different issue unrelated to that oil change and quoted me 2200. I picked it up, took it down the street to complete auto care and in 5 mins he diagnosed the problem and let me know it wasn’t a concern unless the sound changed/got worse. Please avoid this place at all costs.
