So my husband and I took the car in for a scratching noise we were hearing when braking. We specifically told them that we were driving cross country (back home to California) and kindly ask them to make sure the car is ready to make that drive. We got the car back and it made the same noise. We took it back and they blamed it on us for not getting the axles done because it was above our budget. (we have already paid 1,300 previously and then 1,000 the second time we took it). But they ASSURED us the car was good to drive. Our car broke down halfway through the trip. Once we did get home my bother who is a mechanic checked it out and said. “They did a messed up brake job. They left one of the bolts of the caliper completely off. The caliper pivoted forward and was rubbing up against the rim you guys could have been in serious trouble or could have gotten seriously hurt”. During our road trip we could have died or killed somebody else. Thankfully, our car broke down mid trip. This isn’t the first time they have been careless. The first time we took our car for a brand new set of tires and full car care package but had to take it back because we got a flat tire two days after due to a missing piece. Costumer service is alright but their negligence is seriously concerning.

Picked up a screw in the tread of my tire on Friday night.. stopped at this location at 8am on Saturday.. lex was amazing, friendly and efficient. She was able to get me right in for repair and Chris, the technician had me back on the road in 15 minutes. I would recommend this location to others!!

I brought my vehicle in due to a clicking noise when turning, a symptom commonly associated with a failing CV axle. During a test drive conducted by Firestone staff, the clicking noise was clearly audible and was even captured on my dash camera. Despite this, I was told that: The CV axle was “stuck”, and It was allegedly causing transmission issues This diagnosis was incorrect. At no point was my transmission malfunctioning. The vehicle shifted smoothly and operated normally aside from the clicking noise during turns. Later that same day, I took my vehicle to another independent repair shop, where the CV axle was replaced. Immediately after the repair: The clicking noise was gone The vehicle drove perfectly No transmission issues were found or present This confirms that Firestone’s diagnosis was false and that the needed repair was unnecessarily refused.

Take your business literally anywhere else. Had an appointment for an oil change at 12 pm and was told it would be $70. My car didn’t move from its spot for an hour and I sat there waiting for my car until 2:30 pm. Then was charged $85 and my student discount was rejected because they “already gave me $35 off”. In what world does an oil change take 2.5 hours AND charged me $15 more than quoted.

I brought my car in for an oil change and vehicle inspection at 9am. I had an appointment. Upon inspection they noticed a nail in my new rear tire. Of course I asked the m to repair it. It is now 2:25pm and I still have not gotten my vehicle back. I always bring my car to this location because it is close to my office but lately the service has been subpar to include management. I have been a loyal Firestone customer and card holder for many years but this is the last straw. I will no longer use this establishment.

I walked from coming from two different firestone and I told Lex that I am doing uber and I need this alignment on my car so I could do a trip going to Charlotte. That made my money back and she told me she only had one technician and she was booked. So I just asked her if can I kindly just have another place to could possibly take me on today. And then I was on the phone calling and she said, are you know what I'll do? I'll ask him to stop everything he was doing to do this for you. It took less than an hour for me to get out of here. Firestone on Gervais is genuinely the best place I have ever been to. I will continue to bring my car here because they always get the job done! As someone with little to no knowledge about cars, they always tell me the truth about what’s going on with my vehicle. Excellent customer service as well- every time I walk in here I am always greeted with a smile and someone willing to help me out. I’ve had 3/4 of my tires replaced from bad luck in the past two years and they are always here to help me out when accidents happen! They are very communicative and know their stuff! It’s also super easy to book appointments. 10/10 from me!!

Brought van in to get a flat fixed, however it couldn't be fixed so I got a new tire. After I left, I realized the flat repair was still charged. I've tried 3 times in the store and now called once to get a refund with no luck. Store manager is the only one who can do it and he's never there apparently. 4th time was the charm, got it resolved. I suspect this is a Firestone corporate issue only having one person able to handle refunds. Spend less time hassling people to get a Firestone credit card and more time on customer service.

My daughter's car (older, high mileage) had the engine light come on so she took it there for diagnostics. The issue ended up being complex and took two trips to this location and one trip to another Firestone location (she was out of town when the light came on again) but they got to the bottom of it and were very reasonable to deal with. They were honest and upfront with everything and did their best to make things right. We'll definitely take the car back there in the future.

I came in for an 11:30am appointment to check a slow leak in my tire. By 3:00pm I was told both front tires needed replacing and that I’d be back on the road by 3:30. It’s now 3:15 and I’m still waiting. I’ve been waiting for hours and hours! The staff themselves were kind, but clearly overworked and understaffed. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very unprofessional. The facility was filthy—the bathrooms especially, with sinks covered in hair and grime. I took videos before and after I cleaned the nasty bathroom! While the people tried their best, the conditions and service fell far below what I’d expect. I cannot recommend this place. And now I’m going to be late for work.

DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE.!!! i came in to get a tie realignment done, and I don't know what type of staff training or what type of people they hire. It's a crying shame. Since I got my realignment, my traction control keeps cutting on and causing me to be jerked to the right, almost causing me to get into several accidents. Just to make things worse, when I return back for them to try and correct their mistakes.They try to charge me for a part that I didn't need and still did not correct Their mistake in fact cause another casualty . My uncle, who is a certified master mechanic, broke all five of my studs trying to get the lugs off. Turns out they was cross threaded.
