My experience at the millwood rd location was less than satisfactory. We came in for an alignment and after service the vehicle continued to pull to the right. The vehicle was test driven before and after by the tech. The problem is that NO explanation was given as to why the issue was not corrected. An explanation was given only after we drove away and returned after a short while. Rick was very dismissive and condescending. We work hard for our money and are simply asking to get what we pay for or at the very least to be given and explanation BEFORE leaving the facility as to why the vehicle is not operable based on the concerns that where expressed prior to service.

Good at appointment times. You can set one online,phone, and in person. They check almost everything they service to let you know where you car stands for examples oils transmission brake etc. brake changes tires alignments rotating tires free water for your wait. a great view of servicing of your vehicle. Restroom area as well.

Rick attempted to charge me $1,142 for 2 separate services that I did NOT need. I know this because one of the services was completed at another shop less than 2 HOURS prior to me going to this shop. When I told him that his response was “oh.” I had 2 other shops verify that I did not need the second service that he quoted me as needing. The other shops even walked me outside and showed me the parts while explaining to me why they did not need to be replaced- something Rick never offered to do. It’s very disappointing that he was so quick to try to charge me for services that weren’t needed and had a big smile on his face while he did it. He even tried to have me open a credit card. Definitely was my first and last visit here.

I got a wheel alignment done and waited for the service. I had an appointment, waiting time was reasonable. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The mechanic who worked on my car came and explained exactly what he did and where the damage may came from. I paid $121 with a coupon of $20. That is my third time I get service from this place and I will in the future go back for oil changes and other services. I'm very satisfied with the staff and their prices.

Matt, Isaac, (and also other Matt!) are all genuinely great dudes who communicate clearly + honestly in a way that never feels like they’re up-selling or pushing un-needed add-ons etc. They also have offered excellent, local knowledgeable referrals for muffler work, detailing services, etc. when I have needed assistance for work beyond basic maintenance. Combine that with their convenient courtesy transportation when Reba McEntires (my 2014 Subaru Outback) is in the shop, and it becomes clear why these folks remain my go-to for regular service—as well as my first call when things go awry!
