I have been going to Firestone ever since the dealer tried to replace my 1 year old tires, telling me they were “too old”. I have found ALL of the Firestone staff at Simi to be Honest, professional, kind, informative and timely. They are the best. My mother and sister now drive from the SF Valley to get their trustworthy and expert service as well! A BIG thank you to Elan and Rafael and all the mechanics.

Got my tire in fast, didn’t try to tell me a center nail hole on the tread couldn’t be fixed (like pep boys did!). They got it done within a couple hours on a Sunday and they were all great to work with. Thanks guys! Anytime we have a tire issue on a Sunday we will bring it here. Side note to make it perfect: watch the tools on the rims as there are some light scratches on my rim. Or if unavailable get some rubbing compound. Thanks

Came into store with issues with my vehicle and the crew found issues that needed resolving, got the important stuff resolved but only to be left with my transmission leaking which was not occurring before inspection and repair with a couple of other issues on the vehicle that were not present prior to arriving. To which they did not want to resolve. This isn't the first time I've had issues with firestone and their shady business practices, I can no longer support this company

Wonderful soul Elon (pardon any spelling errors) really took care of me, on a day of unexpected chaos. First was a windstorm and flat tire, then an unexpected dead battery— which the tow truck driver warned me to get help with. I called ahead and was directed to come over right away. It was a Saturday with full bays, yet I was greeted warmly abd calmly. I was given a ballpark wait time, which removed stress and enabled me to notify work colleagues. Then my battery was tested twice, to a “good” result. Although Elon could have easily charged me to buy a battery, he didn’t do that. Just advised me how to proceed accordingly, given my limited time and possible causes earlier. Impressed with his integrity and the overall customer service, I wish I lived nearby to be a regular. HIGHLY recommend Firestone for real care. Thank you!

I cannot say enough good things about Firestone Auto Care. We were in a stressful situation when my brakes started grinding and became an urgent safety issue. We called late Sunday morning, fully expecting to be told there was no availability, but Manny immediately reassured us that he could get the job done. From that first phone call on, Manny was professional, kind, and incredibly communicative. He kept us updated every step of the way and somehow managed to work my car in between scheduled appointments, even though we reached out so last minute. That alone was impressive. Jay deserves huge recognition as well. He worked tirelessly on my difficult and admittedly neglected car, never once cutting corners. It was clear he took pride in his work and genuinely cared about making my vehicle safe again. Knowing that only Manny and Jay were working that day makes what they accomplished even more remarkable. The quality of service far exceeded expectations, and the pricing was extremely reasonable. Honestly, it felt undervalued for the level of care, effort, and expertise they provided. Because of them, my car is safe, and a massive amount of stress was lifted off both my husband’s shoulders and mine. Jay and Manny, thank you for going above and beyond when we needed it most.
