I went in because I needed to replace two of my tires. I really didn’t know anything about it and Missi helped me out with which tires to get for my car and did my tire alignment all on the same day. Had an appointment at 3 for alignment today which you would think would have some weight to it Apparently not. Also they only had one tech that could do alignments. Wanted me to leave my car there because there was "two ahead of me". Didn't try to call or anything before I wasted my time going to the store. Not happy at all

I had to schedule an appointment for 3pm to have an oil change. The lady acted like she was annoyed because I didn’t have an appointment. She was not friendly. I come back at 3pm just to be told I have to wait because there is only two technician. Now let’s talk about her professionalism a little more. She had her daughter running around the lobby with no shoes on, and to make matters worst she two was running around being playful. I took my car someplace else.

Came in to get a tire replaced that was worn out, got a great price and all the staff was incredibly friendly and quick. We came in on a Saturday at noon and were out within the hour. Melissa greeted us in the lobby and took care of everything we needed, she was professional and very friendly. We will definitely be back!

Brought my car in for an alignment recheck due to uneven wear along with a tire rotation. I booked an appointment the night before for 9am. Alan the service advisor was great from the moment I walked in. The tech who’d be working on the car was waiting as well. He asked a bunch of relevant questions about the alignment to help better understand what was going on. They both gave me a great feeling that my issues were going to be addressed instead of a quick alignment recheck and bump of machine calling it “good enough.” Instead he took his time realigned the car and boy what a difference!!! A+ all the way around!!!!

Made an appointment for an alignment 2/9/26 at 3pm, get to the location and were told they have no air so they can’t do the alignment. While we understood it simply couldn’t be done because if the car goes up they wouldn’t be able to get it back down, however a phone call would’ve been nice being as we had to leave work early to get this done. So, we rescheduled for the next day 2/10/26 at 9am. Get to the appointment at 8:30 just to again, be told they still have no air and the alignment cannot be done. Again, while we understand it’s no one’s fault this happened, a simple phone call would’ve have been appreciated and would’ve given me a little bit of a better feeling to reschedule again. Instead we chose to go somewhere else. You wouldn’t be happy if you went to your drs appointment after leaving work for it, just to get there to find the drs not in and you have to reschedule not once but twice. You would appreciate a phone call. Alan was great and friendly. I just feel as though whoever the manager is, should have made sure to go through the scheduled appointments and call them to let them know about this inconvenience because I’m sure we’re not the only ones who had appointments on these days.

Came in for some tires, saw Alan, who is the freaking BOMB btw. My dude was knowledgeable, polite, not overbearing, and just had a trustworthy aura about him. Tire price was reasonable, I ended up getting an alignment as well because I hadn’t had one done in a long while. Whole thing came in with parts, labor, etc under 8 Bens for some of their top grade tires. But let’s get back to my dude, Alan. He’s single-handedly convinced me that when I need service, this is where I’m going and who I’m asking for.
