I want to give a big thank you to Patty at the Firestone on Skidaway for her outstanding customer service and professionalism. I had a frustrating experience at the Abercorn location where Laura was unwilling to help me, but Patty truly turned things around. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and treated with respect. Thanks to her help, both of my vehicles are now being serviced properly and I feel confident they’re in good hands. It’s clear that Patty genuinely cares about her customers, and I’ll definitely be sticking with the Skidaway location from now on. Firestone is lucky to have her!

I went to another Firestone on abercorn where the clerk told me she would be able to get me in at earliest a week from now then told me to hold and stated that she had an appointment ready for the guy on the phone today if available. Obviously I chose a different Firestone due to the lack of professionalism. Patty was absolutely amazing, here at this location. She let me know that even though I would have my truck towed there she would do her very best to try to get me in and out considering it was just a misfire. Spark plugs wires and intake manifold gasket replaced. The bill was about 1700.00 which I use the Firestone credit card for. Patty's professional demeanor and the fact that she was helping the guys in the shop versus just chilling in the office like a normal clerk was commendable. Even with customers who had bad attitudes she always stayed professional. 10/10 do recommend this location and her trusted technicians.

I have always been a fan of the Firestone location, but my recent experience truly stood out thanks to Brian and Andre. I arrived just minutes before closing with a tire issue that had me worried. Brian was the first to assist me. His promptness and great conversational skills made the stressful situation feel much more manageable. Brian flagged my issue for Andre and he came over immediately after completing what should have been his final job for the evening. Andre discovered a 3 1/2 inch split on the inside of my tire. I was blown away by Andre's hard work and expertise. I just want to highlight how phenomenal both of these guys were. Their top-notch service turned a potentially stressful situation into a manageable one, and I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you, Brian and Andre, for your outstanding work!

Leaving from getting an oil change. The check engine light came on. Got to destination and went to crank car ans it wouldn't start, popped hood and nothing was put back together as you see in the pics. Called the office they said well bring it back and we'll cut the check engine light off since it's put back together.....never again.

I stopped by the Firestone shop after work because I had a flat tire the guy who took care of me did an excellent job. He's going to hate me for this but I can't remember his name but I really appreciate the time he took to fix my flat and send me on my way. He is the manager and I just wanted him to know that I greatly appreciate him for taking care of my car when the store was about to close.

Started off all fine and well. They said they would have my car looked at by end of day. I called back at end of the day and was told my car was next in line, would be looked at first thing in the morning. I called back at lunch the next day to get and update and was told there were now two vehicles in front of me and would be done by end of day. That evening called again, same update…. You’ll be seen in the morning…. Finally we get to today and I called to see what the status was and was told they would pull it in 30 minutes from now…. Bottom line if time is important or you value honesty, take the care to any other place in Savannah besides these guys. If they can’t accommodate the work, then be up front and honest.

Had to have my car towed here while in Savannah from out of town. I was worried because I needed to drive back home that day, but my car got brought in at 1:00 and they closed at 5 that day. I saw how busy they were, and was told that they only had 2 technicians, so my hopes were low. By 2:30, I received a call saying they figured out the problem and that they were getting it finished up! I was out of there by 3. Wonderful, speedy service.

Compared to other firestones that I have been at across america, this one's a little bit dumpy. But they got my car in right away for an oil change and that's what I needed. So... maybe i am impatient, but an hour and a half for a simple oil change is SLOW. At home, without the benefit of a car lift, I change my own oil/filter with a floor jack and jackstands in about 40 minutes start to finish... it's not complicated.

I came in near closing and they were still more than happy to help me and even when they didn't have my battery on stock, they pointed me in the direction of a nearby shop to where I could possibly pick one up so they can continue to do what they had to do.
