I arrived with a right rear flat at 7am. It took a long time to be seen, even longer to have my truck moved into the bay. When the old guy who opened my invoice informed me that my tire was not serviceable, I asked what my options were. He told me that I would have to buy one tire at $349. I said that was too much what other options were available. He immediately got an attitude like I was infringing on his time, went back inside the mechanics Bay and told the young man to put my tire and wheel back on and roll my truck out of the garage. He then said there was nothing else he could do for me. Not understanding what his attitude was about and why he was projecting that on me, I stood there baffled with no further dialogue so I sat down. He then pointed to a young counter employee and said something to the effect of here, you close him out, as if I was a nuisance. very disrespectful. Gave me no options. I said I would not buy one tire at 3:49, I would gladly have purchased four tires for at or around $1,000. He never talk to me about that. I drove my truck on a flat tire and purchased a tire elsewhere. Total was a 3-hour waste of time. Firestone, determine the customer's need and work to meet that need!

Made an appt on a Wednesday for an oil change and was told it would be an hour by a representative. Showed up 15 min before schedule and was informed it would be 3 hours or more. Rescheduled with same representative for the same time on Thursday and was promised there would be out in an hour or less. Showed up at next appt time and was informed it would be “1 1/2 hours maybe more…maybe less.” Finally after two hours had to check my car out to make it back to work. Don’t come here unless you have two more hours than is promised.

My dad went in to get a flat repair taken care of at this Location come to find out when he Was putting air in the tire he ripped the valve stem. so The service advisor or the manager came and told him he needed to replace the TPS sensor which was a total of $280 for one sensor so my dad called me and asked me if that was the correct price to charge for just one sensor so I asked him let me talk to the manager in charge when I asked him. Why is it so much? He says he was told to charge that price. so I told him the sensor does not cost that much $40-$50 And less than half an hour to install per Mitchell So my dad asked him to put the spare on was charged almost $17 to do that which I understand but he took it somewhere else and all they did was just replace the valve stem. Nothing was wrong with the sensor. $15 fix talk about price gouging at its worse at this location. Be careful taking your car to this location

Wife got an oil change there on Aug 15th at 1000am, here it is Aug 16th at 8:45pm and the car is dry on oil and the oil filter cap was lose, and all oil on the ground. If this is 100 settled to my satisfaction a lawsuit will be filed.

Came to this location after having four new tires placed on at another service center. Turns out my rim was bent and the other place didn’t even notice or tell me. So the tire kept losing air. Firestone on Dyer was efficient and quick to make a repair so that I could be on the road safely.

The employees were polite and that’s about it. I had a noise on the front end of my truck, I made an appointment and brought it in for them to look at, they spent the whole day scratching their heads unable to figure it out. They even re-greased my front right sway bar end link cause maybe that was it they said. The next day, I brought it to my buddies house, we spent a total of two minutes and immediately found out, it was the exact same sway bar end link making the noise. The bottom nut was loose causing the end link to move where it shouldn’t have been moving. As soon as my buddy and I tightened it, issue solved. I knew I could figure it out, but I figured bringing it to some MECHANICS, whose whole job is to WORK ON VEHICLES, would have more knowledge than me. Absolute waste of time, money and energy. Don’t bring your vehicle to these clueless people.

Life Savers! Was on my way when my tire PSI had dropped ten since last night after adding air. Christmas Eve not sure if my nearby store was open but it was! I'm so glad since holiday coming and nothing is open. I did have some issues with my account but Henry at the front helped us recover all our info and we were able to get our tire replaced. These people like to up sell instead of actually do their job. Needed my tire patched up from a screw and an alignment. So I thought they’d patch it up and do the alignment so while I waited I went to a nearby restaurant for lunch, came back and they had my car on the lift and wanted to show me how bad my NEW tires were. they said all 3 other tires need to be changed because they were bad. I bought them brand new back in December! Which is bs because I was just there for them to fix the damn tire with a screw and the alignment. Never asked about my other tires and could care less! I excepted the job to have been done or close to being done! when I got back instead they barely started and my car was in the same position when I got back. I feel like they were taking advantage for the fact that I was a WOMAN! There was another elder lady that they were also taking advantage of while I was there. THEY bent her lug nuts and tried making HER pay because “they were like that already” $8 per lug nut. Then they changed their reason and said that her lug nuts had expanded because of heat. I told the lady that was wrong and to take it somewhere else for another opinion like I am doing! I let them hear it from me because they are not getting their way nor more money out of me and plus they thought I was a “clueless” woman. Don’t trust the manager either he’s full of it too. Management sucked, mechanics sucked, and my car is still messed up and pulling to the right still! Ladies don’t go here! Avoid at all costs! Waste of money and time!

The staff is incredibly friendly, the pricing is fair, and most importantly, the technicians are honest and professional. I purchased brand new tires, and they really went the extra mile. Before mounting them, they actually contacted me to ask whether I wanted the white letters facing inward or outward—something small, but it shows how much they care about doing things right. The quality of the work was exceptional. I also asked about getting an alignment. Instead of automatically upselling me, they checked it thoroughly and told me the vehicle didn’t need one. That level of honesty is rare and very appreciated. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely look out for their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others.
