Made an appointment, they were busy but I waited in the shop. Wasn't in a hurry to get anywhere so I was ok with waiting. After I left I noticed some smoke, I turned around and it seemed to have stopped. So either there was some oil spilled or idk what happed. No issues, no leak, so it's all good.

I had a 12:00 appointment for 4 tires to be put on it is now 3:00 and they have not touched it yet. Meanwhile, I’m missing work, which I guess adds to the cost of the tires. I did not make any arrangements for somebody to pick me up because when I made the appointment in person I asked how long it would take. I was told it would probably take a little over an hour.

Was told there was a lot of play in the front bearings. And they needed replaced. I approved the repair. When I went to pickup I noticed the bill showed reinstalled bearings and not replaced. Had I been told that the bearings were great but just installed incorrectly I would have taken the car back to the person the installed them incorrectly to fix. Now I am stuck paying two different people labor fees for the same repair.

This location has worked on our Toyota Avalon and our Honda Odyssey - both older, higher-mile vehicles. Team members Matt and Brady have been highly personable, prompt, and honest. It'd be easy to suggest up-sells on older vehicles because, frankly, who wouldn't like a new 'everything' on their old car? Estimates before work were comprehensive and the final invoice as expected. And our vehicles are always back to performing as they should be. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS location and team!

I am beyond disappointed with the service here. For a business that claims to specialize in tires, taking nearly two hours for a simple tire plug—a 30-minute job at most—is unacceptable. The delay was apparently due to the staff losing their tire buffer, which I overheard them discussing. I didn't just pay for a repair; I paid a 'time tax' for their lack of organization and incompetence. I won’t be returning.

Showed up at 816 for an 830 appointment. Pulled back at 930 and it only took until 1126 to get four tires changed. Discount would blow them out of the water with speed and efficiency and also with price. Would never recommend.

I have an appointment at 11 for 4 new tires. Arrived on time . Sat and waited until 3 o'clock? 4 hours waited Really? All everyone that had appointments after me , all in and out .. I'm Asian .. is that racist, discrimination? My fiance event paid them as soon as I walked in the store. I'm doing nails , I missed 2 appointments with my customers which I lost 200.00 . Call BBB or Should I take it to the small Court? Please advise . Thanks so much in advance 🙏

Appointment not honored and unprofessional and disrespectful management! I had a confirmed appointment at 10 am and was there 10 minutes early, then after waiting 25 minutes past appointment time I was told by the manager that appointments still have to wait for "open racks" just like walk-ins, which makes the appointment system is a "false promise." Ontop of that I had to overhear the manager making derogatory and sexist remarks about women for 20 minutes in the public waiting area. I felt so uncomfortable and disrespected that I was forced to take my keys back and leave without getting the services I needed. I had to wait 25 minutes past my appointment and my car had not even been moved after I told them that I had to wait there for my service's to be performed. while waiting I had to listen to who may or may not have been a manager talk to some woman who he obviously knew from high school bad mouth women talking about all the 'ugly girls". from high school and how they don't get any better looking afterwards, this man looked 40 he should have been ashamed talking about how women looked anyway. after waiting 25 minutes past my appointment i asked for my keys back because they obviously were not in a hurry to start my oil change and new tires. I am.not in a hurry to drop $970 after feeling so disrespected. The same man told me that I would be waiting that long or longer with any appointment because I would have to wait for a rack to open up. What is the point of making qn appointment if a walk in is treated with priority? I don't care how close this place is to my house I will not be returning to this location ever!!
