Do Not Visit … Awful customer services. Went for oil change and tires, but after seeing delays only got the oil change done. 2.5 hour for a simple oil change !!! Specially when not buddy and place was empty. Not acceptable. Lack of courtesy, and stone-face response to any simple question question… “well it is company policy“ The front desk staff sitting in garage killing time. Wait and wait. Ruined my evening. Never going there again Wish there was a minus one star. You do not deserve even a zero star. Want my money back , Firestone !!!

I took my car to this shop the fix the AC. They initially charged me $60 for inspection. On hour later they called me and said the refrigerant was low and they will charge me $300 for refrigerant. I thought that will fix the problem. Then two hours later they called me again and said the compressor is dead and it costs $2800 to replace it. I felt I got ripped off. If the compressor was dead why did they charge me $300 for refrigerant first? I called a car dealer and the replacement of a compressor only costs $2300. I will not go back to that store again.

These guys are textbook scammers. Do not come here under any circumstances. They won’t actually rotate your tires so you wear them down more and have to buy new tires from them. I will be getting legal action very soon. Avoid at all costs!!! Manager didnt apologize and a former employee said they are told not to rotate them. Silly.

To start off, I have been a long time customer and have taken multiple vehicles to this location for many years. However last week on October 25th, one of my vehicles got a nail in the tire so I brought it in to get it patched. When the employee inspected the tire, I was told that the tire had to be changed since it was too close to the sidewall, which is fine. The issue arose when I got the truck returned to me. Since I had gone in late and the employees had taken a strangely long time to replace the tire, by the time I left it was dark, but in the morning when I checked the tire I noticed that whoever had done the work was a total butcher. There was significant damage on the spokes of the wheel and even on the outer rim, which the employee had tried to cover up using none other then the finest batch of plasti-dip. When I went back later that day to bring the issue to the attention of the store's staff, they simply denied all responsibility and claimed that the damage could not have been them and their machine, and even tried to say it was there beforehand (this is also not the first time their employees have damaged a wheel on one of my vehicles). To top everything off, the employees did not even replace the damaged tire, despite saying that they would, they only patched it from the inside. Keep in mind, while telling me that it would have been dangerous to do so. If you scroll down, you can see that the date code on all 4 tires matches. If this tire was actually replaced, it would most likely have a 2024 date code, and it also would not match the wear of the tire on the back right (the back left was the one that was supposedly replaced). If I could slap a -5 review on this, I would. My advice to anyone that may read this is to avoid this store, and take your money and business somewhere else.

Specified prior to service that I would be paying with in-laws check and was advised that it would not be a problem. If I would have been advised prior that they would not accept I would have gone to the bank. After paying uber to go to the location as they do not offer any pick up and drop off I was immediately told that the check machine may not accept my check even before running it. I asked to be taken to a bank or to my house and no help was given. My time was waisted not only did I advise them that I had to pick up my kids at 2 pm prior to dropping off the car but got a call 10 minutes before 2pm to say my car was ready. Very unprofessional as if I was told this in the beginning I would have gone to the bank first.

I came in for one simple thing: replace a flat tire and put the spare away. Without my permission, they performed a full alignment that dragged on for two and a half hours! The entire time, the employees dodged my questions, no one could give me a straight answer, and the manager was nowhere to be found. As if that wasn’t enough, they chipped the paint next to my door handle and never said a word about it. This place is unprofessional, careless, and dishonest. They do unauthorized work, waste your time, damage your car, and take no responsibility. If you value your vehicle, your money, or your time, stay far away from here. Here is how they “Care” for your car **UPDATE** After visiting this location, I had to take my vehicle to a Chevy dealer due to knocking noises. It was discovered that not only had the alignment never been completed, but several bolts in the front end were missing. I’m fortunate this negligence didn’t cause a serious accident. When my fleet manager contacted Duany (the Manager) about the incomplete work and the damage to the exterior door handle, his response was simply that their shop was not responsible. However, Derek, one of the front desk clerks, even took a photo on his phone at the time we noticed the issue, so the denial is unacceptable. Firestone, your staff at this location is not only damaging your brand but also engaging in unethical and unsafe practices. As a corporation, we will be escalating this matter to the highest level to ensure accountability and prevent this from happening to others.

Very disappointed. Definitely be ready to pay a higher price than your first quote. I called 2 firestones and they quoted be a similar (yet different) price on my oil change. When I got here she quoted me another priced around the same and she said she just threw in a $35 discount as well. Well wasn’t that nice? She took my keys and I left. I get a call apologizing saying they quoted me incorrectly and that my oil was more expensive. It’s the same oil I had last time. Then she said oh I’m sorry the oil change price went up. Now I’m basically held hostage because I have things to do and you already have my car. It’s unfortunate we live in a day where you feel you can’t trust companies or people anymore. I don’t know what their process is or what they tell their employees but I’m sure she was just “doing her job”. Unfortunate.

This Firestone in Southwest Ranches is a must avoid. I left my car for a simple tire patch and was told it would take two hours. Six hours later, my car was still sitting in the same spot untouched while everyone inside lounged around. They also charged a lady $165 for a check engine diagnostic you can get for free at AutoZone. Absolutely terrible service — you’re better off calling a tow truck and taking your car somewhere else.
