UPDATE: Be aware that they charge you for parts more than other Porsche dealer. I needed a battery for my Cayenne and the costs are $1200 at all Porsche dealers from Coral Gables to Champion Porsche. At West Broward they offered me their last battery for $1650 !!!!!!! How does that work, that they make their own prices? I have a letter where they tell me that they can make their own prices and it is negotiable. Sell my car now and change to Mercedes or BMW because Porsche in South Florida is not really Porsche. Service is too low for a German luxury brand. I drive Porsche since 20 years in Germany but the service here in South Florida is the worse I have ever seen. I think they should hire some people from Germany who understand the cars. I always hear that they don´t know, nobody calls you back and if you need something it takes weeks to get it done. Now I go to Prestige Auto Tech, at least they help same day and much lower cost. It is a shame that a normal garage has a better service and better knowledge than a Porsche dealer.

From my first visit, to driving off in my new Cayenne Coupe e-hybrid, Porsche of West Broward made the experience amazing. I have bought or leased many, many vehicles in my lifetime. Porsche of West Broward reached perfection! The staff were great and super approachable. My salesman, Kurk was (and still is) on top of every detail. I have to say one of the coolest moments was when he gave me this personalized gift before I left the dealership.. It had a custom video inside showing my car and the pickup moment. Such a surprise!! I LOVE IT. It is something special where I can store all my paperwork. Honestly, stuff like that really made the experience extra special. Than you again, Kurk, for all your help and patience. EASILY THE BEST CAR BUY EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!

Very poor experience. The staff were initially unhelpful, and when they finally assisted, they ran my credit without informing me that it was not required to simply place a deposit for a vehicle build. After speaking with another Porsche dealership, I was able to complete my entire build and deposit over the phone without any credit check. There was no reason for my credit to be run in this situation. I would not recommend this dealership based on the lack of transparency and unnecessary inquiry. A week after and I still haven’t even received a call about the vehicle the ran my credit for…. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I leased my Porsche Taycan from West Broward in January and have had nothing but issues ever since. In just five months, I’ve brought the vehicle in for service four times due to repeated sensor and charging port faults that activate while driving—forcing me to disengage all safety features just to operate the vehicle. There are 7 fault warnings that pop up consistently. The third time I had this issue, I waited over a week for a loaner. During the two weeks it was in the shop, I had to consistently reach out to my advisor, Giancarlo, just to get updates. I was initially told it would be an easy resolution and they needed to perform a reset. There was minimal communication unless I initiated it. I received the car back, and the very next day the same issues returned. Once again, I was told it would be a 1–2 week wait for a loaner. The lack of follow-up, poor communication, and overall disregard for customer experience has been beyond frustrating. After bringing the vehicle in 4 times with no resolution, I contacted Porsche North America and requested their assistance. It was not until I took those steps that West Broward took the issues with my vehicle seriously. Only then did they request new parts that they believe will resolve my issues. Additionally, I have not been able to utilize the free charging for a year offer. The vehicle consistently kicks me out of my profile or the charging rejects the profile and either doesn’t work or prompts me to pay. I have addressed this concern as well as all the money I have spent on charging and the answer is that Porsche knows about it. When I ask for a solution or compensation they tell me they don’t have one. This is directly from the service manager Chris. This isn’t my first time having issues with Porsche West Broward. About five years ago, I walked away from this dealership due to a negative sales encounter and chose Champion Porsche instead. I regrettably returned to give West Broward another shot. The experience this time has been nothing short of chaotic—and completely unacceptable for a brand-new vehicle.

Exhausted from dealing with issues from my local west coast dealerships, I found a car I lived at West Broward. I called, spoke to Adrian...he was very helpful, got back to me within minutes of giving him my info for my trade. I received a very fair offer for my car. I didn't realize that they were open on Sundays (Saturday when I called), EVERYTHING handed over the phone, arrived Sunday to paperwork all finished, nothing to do but sign. Everyone I encountered at Porsche West Broward was friendly and accommodating, from Mayor, Adrian and Kevin in finance. Spectacular customer service. When Porsche tells you they are trying to build a relationship, this is the place you want to be. Of course, they're selling you an expensive car, but you also receive the professional, first class experience that you would expect from Porsche. I WILL be back. Remember, ask for Adrian, the man went above and beyond. Sunday, was his day off...he never mentioned it, we found out from someone else. THAT IS EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went back, 2 months later, bought another one. Same experience as the first. I won't go anywhere else. I've made a few modifications to my latest, 23 911 gts

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. First I will say that I was a very unorganized customer who created a lot of headaches for Jessica and Daniel. Regardless, they went above and beyond and assisted me in getting the 2025 Macan EV 4S that was too good to pass up. Separately, hands down the best trade in and paperwork process in the 30 years of buying vehicles. I’m fully devoted to driving another 240 miles if needed to get my next Porsche. Great job everyone.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but the experience I had here was worth taking the time to share. Before coming to this dealership, I visited two other Porsche stores while shopping around, and the difference in the experience was immediately noticeable. Braxton Smith was outstanding to work with from start to finish. He took the time to walk us through everything in detail, answered all of our questions patiently, and made sure we fully understood the car and all of its features. What really stood out was how much time he dedicated to making the experience enjoyable rather than rushed. Buying a Porsche should feel special, and Braxton definitely made it feel that way. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail really set him apart from the other dealerships we visited. Because of the experience we had with him, I’ll definitely be returning to order my 911, and I look forward to working with Braxton again. Very disappointing experience at West Broward Porsche. I went to the dealership today with my wife expecting at least the basic level of service you would associate with a brand like Porsche. Instead, what we experienced was completely unacceptable. When we walked in, there were more than eight employees standing around in the office talking among themselves. One person briefly came out and told us someone would come assist us, mentioning they were “short staffed.” That explanation made very little sense considering how many people were clearly inside. We waited over 30 minutes and not a single person came out to help us. Meanwhile, there were only three customers total in the entire dealership. What’s most frustrating is that Porsche is not just selling cars, they’re selling a brand, a reputation, and a level of prestige. Unfortunately, the customer service and arrogance displayed at this dealership completely undermine that reputation. It honestly makes you question how Porsche of America allows a franchise to operate at this level. This was actually the second time I’ve tried giving this dealership a chance, and once again the experience was terrible. If you’re looking to buy or even just explore a Porsche, you’re much better off driving south to Coral Gables or north to Pompano, where at least someone will acknowledge you and treat you like a customer. For a brand that represents excellence, this level of service is simply unacceptable.

I want to take a moment to share my experience with Porsche West Broward. My team was composed of Ariel and Dani, and I truly couldn’t have been happier. Their customer service was exceptional from beginning to end. Even with the small things they didn’t have to help me with, they went out of their way simply because they wanted to make the entire process easier for me. They helped me choose a car that I am absolutely in love with, and that alone would have made my day. But the reason I felt compelled to write this review is because, let’s be honest, dealer experiences can sometimes go wrong, clients often leave feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck in a deal that doesn’t feel right. In my case, it was the complete opposite. I left with a full heart and the confidence that I received the very best deal possible, all thanks to Ariel and Dani. For that, I will always be grateful. I am writing this because I am disappointed with the service management at Porsche West Broward regarding my 2025 911 S. My driver-side headlight had internal debris/hairs and was intermittently turning off, which is a major safety concern. I understand that repeat issues can be frustrating for a service department, and I truly tried to be a partner in finding a solution. After three failed attempts to clean the unit, I had to escalate to the Regional Manager just to get a replacement approved. Unfortunately, when the new unit arrived, it actually had more debris than the original one. During a conversation with Chris Moberg, the Service Manager, he told me he won’t do anything about it because he doesn’t want to go in circles. I heard him, and in an effort to be helpful and stop the circles myself, I followed up our conversation with a professional text. I offered a final compromise: let the Shop Foreman try one last cleaning so we could finally resolve the case and move forward. I even mentioned I would update the Regional Manger and corporate once we reached this resolution. Chris never responded to my message. While I understand the desire to wrap up a difficult case, being told a manager is tired of the process—and then being ignored after I offered a fair way to end it—is not the experience I expected with a brand-new 911. On other visits, my car has sat at this dealership for three weeks at a time with almost no communication and no loaner offered. I eventually took my car to another Porsche dealer. They recognized the defect immediately, provided a loaner, and replaced the unit perfectly on the first try.
