Vivian took the time to explain everything that was going on with my car and gave me a plan of action to make sure everything resolved and running smoothly. Best part? I was able to get some work done while waiting since they have great setup in waiting area.

I've been coming here for a long time, since 2018 at least. The staff is great and there's not much turnover, which is good. We get to establish a rapport with each other and its just nice. Everyone here, Enrique, Rafael, Christian, is very respectful, patient and kind. I ask A LOT of questions because I want to be informed and get the best deal of course and these guys are really great and do whatever they can to help me out. They always do a great job on whatever service I'm having done which is typically tire service, and my vehicle is always ready when promised, and most recently it was ready earlier than expected!! Goodyear offers great deals via email and stand by the offers. They even price match with goodyear online. I definitely recommend coming here if you want a car service center you can count on where the staff stays the same, is honest and does a great job!

This tire service shop has OUTSTANDING staff starting with David Campbell (Service Manager). Our car got a flat tire. We came here half hour prior to closing and David graciously took care of us with a big smile. This is from now on my GO TO tire shop!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Goodyear Auto Service Center in Southwest Ranches. I purchased four brand-new tires for my Silverado ZR2, totaling nearly $1,000, right before a trip to Tampa. About two hours into my drive, I received a low tire pressure warning. Upon inspection at another Goodyear location in Punta Gorda, it was revealed that the original installation team failed to replace ANY of the tire stems/valves, leaving the old ones on. This negligence caused an air leak and forced me to interrupt my trip. When I called to discuss the issue with the Southwest Ranches manager, Francisco, he casually said the technician, Xavier Ramirez, "missed it." Considering I specifically asked them to expedite the installation—which Francisco claimed involved two technicians—it's alarming how both technicians could overlook replacing all four tire stems. This experience strongly suggests either gross negligence or intentional cost-cutting at the customer's expense. Due to this unethical practice, I no longer trust this location and strongly advise potential customers to avoid it to prevent similar issues. Very disappointed.

I had a much better experience at the Goodyear location in Southwest Ranches, thanks to Service Manager David Campbell. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely listened to my concerns. Not only did he handle my tire inspection efficiently, but he even recommended a great local pizzeria to check out while I waited. David’s excellent customer service is a stark contrast to the dismissive and rude treatment I received from the Pembroke Pines Service Manager, Francisco Marino. Francisco could definitely learn a thing or two from David about how to treat customers. If you’re looking for a Goodyear location where your concerns are taken seriously, I highly recommend the Southwest Ranches service center. David sets the standard for great customer care!

I am extremely disappointed with the poor service that I received today for my 2017 challenger. I am rating this as 1 star because I don’t have the option to go any lower. I called on Tuesday to schedule an appointment for Thursday at 8am for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived in the morning today to drop off my car, there was no record of my appointment. That was issue # 1. I had spoken with David. He then called me to say that he recommended that I do a radiator flush & refill. I agreed to have him do it. He then called me just prior to my car being finished that the tech left for the day with the adapter, so it wasn’t being done. That was issue #2. Before I left the shop I asked if they rotated my tires & again, David said that they did. After I got my car home, I looked at my tires and noticed that they had NOT been rotated. That was issue #3. Lastly, David put on my invoice that not only did they rotate my tires, but that I declined to have my radiator flushed, both of which were flat out lies & incorrect. That was issue #4. I will NEVER bring my nor my wife’s car to this Goodyear ever again.

Scheduled an appointment with Enrique (super nice and educated us) to have 4 tires installed and aligned for 9:30am. Enrique ordered the tires in advance to prevent us from having to wait additional time. Arrived at the scheduled appt. Was advised once again the wait time would be 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Waited for 2-1/2 hours, was advised the car would be ready in approx 1 additional hour. Was advised by Enrique there would be a shuttle to take home if necessary. When asked for a ride, was told no one is here to provide the ride. Decided upon myself to Uber to work. At 2:02pm received a call the car was ready. Ending up to be a 4+ hour appt. When we picked up the car, paid in full, got into car and drove 3/4 of the way home to figure out the rear right tire had low pressure. We called back unhappy that we just left and drove back to Goodyear to have the tire filled properly. We checked the tires at home to find an excessive amount of petroleum like jelly all over our wheels (rims), spending 45 minutes with microfibers to remove (see pics). We understand it's needed to mount the tires, but it would be nice to see some effort in having it removed by the associate who mounted the tires. We are writing this review because we are unhappy that the wait time was much longer and twice as long as what we were originally told. In addition, having to return back after determining the tire pressure was incorrect-very low. In summary we are very disappointed with the service provided. Please do not respond with your scripted reply apologizing for the inconvenience. Take action, responsibility, and fix this. Goodyear client's need to know the the truth and facts.

I stopped here for a tire rotation and good thing I did because one of my tires had a bit tear in it from hitting a curb. (Whoops!) Unfortunately the tire was not in stock but David was nice enough to offer to order one for me; what was above and beyond is that he called the Goodyear closer to my house and had them order the tire I needed which was much more convenient for me. Would still highly recommend this location and staff.

I went for an oil change to your store in southwest ranches after being recommended by and friend to do so. I had shopped around and when I called that store, the friendly greeting from David convinced me to stop in. David was equally as friendly in person as on the phone. The service was great, I didn't need to make an appointment and they took care of my car relatively quick. Will be returning for my brake service soon.

This place sucks. I took my Tahoe in for an oil change. Agreed to have air filter changed bc it had been awhile. They changed it and it started making a sound I’d never heard before. I took it back in. They said there was probably leaves in it from parking under a tree. Mind you, I’ve lived in the same house for 15 yrs and park in the same spot every day. In the 10 years I’ve owned my Tahoe, This. Has. Never. Happened. Before. I took it back in to be fixed and they charged me $100. I was present when another employee asked if it was a ‘no charge’, so I know, they didn’t have to charge, they just felt like charging me. It’s not worth it to argue with fraudulent ppl, I just won’t ever go back and I don’t recommend anyone going there.
