I appreciate the honest and efficient way that Manny the mechanic did a thorough inspection of my car and provided detailed results on the needed urgent services. Separation of my car tires was a serious issue that needed immediate attention and I proceeded accordingly. This was in great contrast to the false diagnostics of having to replace the front stabilizer bars and bushings that was given to me at the dealer resulting in catastrophic costs unnecessarily . Thanks to both Manny and the service manager Ryan for the excellent work done at a reasonable cost. I will no longer take my car to the dealer and will have it serviced instead at Coconut Creek Firestone. Keep up the excellent and caring work and thank you for all you do!

The staff was courteous and the service was quick. However, they replaced one of my brand-new lug nuts with a completely damaged and rusted one. They also did not use a torque wrench when tightening the nuts, I checked this when I got home, because I have a torque wrench.

I arrived at 7:50 AM for an 8 AM appointment. Even though I had filled out all of the information about my vehicle online, it seems they did not know any of it when I arrived and did not have the proper oil filter. They said it would only take about 20 minutes to get so I was not too worried. At about 8:30 AM they told me my car was next so I figured it would take 30 to 60 more minutes at the most. After multiple people who arrived after I did had already come and gone, I went to the counter to find out what was going on with my vehicle. I was told it won’t be too much longer and that they were working on it. At 11 AM, which was over three hours after I arrived, my car was finally finished and I spoke to the technician who worked on it and he told me that my car was last on his list after he arrived at 8:30 a.m. That means several vehicles that came in after mine and had later or no appointments were done first. He had no idea why it was done like that and apologized. Even the person who checked me in initially, was kind of surprised that I was still there. Everybody was very nice and the price I paid was significantly less than the dealership, but I don’t think I would return if this is the way they do things at this location. Seems like somebody dropped the ball and there was a total lack of communication between everyone.

I dropped my car off at 10:20 am on a Monday morning, handed my keys in and was told i’d be given a call when ready (i’ve had oil changes before it is not an all day process) So i give them some time and it’s now 1:30pm and I haven’t heard anything, so i call and it’s not until I initiate the call that i’m told they’re understaffed and “they’ll get to my car next” mind you this is one of two days i get off a week, i had things to do. Another 2 hours go by and i call again, still haven’t even touched my car. Finally at 6:30pm I show up to the physical store and my car is JUST NOW in the bay-the store closes at 7. If i knew it was going to be an 8 hour ordeal to change my oil I would’ve gladly taken it somewhere else, so please be more transparent with your customers before I am without a vehicle for 8 hours.

I take my vehicle here for all my tires and repairs. Excellent service. Recently as a widow things get difficult for me to do. I had a problem with my front headlight. They did not have my bulb, but Everton was so compassionate and helpful that he went out of his way once I got the bulb to help me replace it. Walk in, after a puncture while driving. The shop was really busy and Everton was running the front desk. Despite the fact he was so busy, he was extremely polite to all of the customers and apologized for the delay. Everyone who came in after me was greeted professionally and courteously. He never lost his cool. I was there for 3 hours and he didn’t stop for one second. What an absolute exemplary employee- you are really lucky to have him at the front desk. I was satisfied with the tire sale and package I received. Service could improve somewhat. My car was in the shop for 6 hours for four new tires and alignment. I was told that the delay was due to not having the tires in stock which originally I was told they were. It would also have been nice to receive a call on update status.

Ryan and Gene were awesome. I had a pinhole leak and was losing air daily. I had it fixed in the morning and was in and out within the hour. However, the next day the tire was flat again. I went back and saw Ryan who immediately took the car in and check the tire again. Another small nail was found in the tire and that was also patched up right away without waiting. They didn't even charge me for the second patch. Fast and efficient service, I highly recommend Firestone.
