Very friendly, professional, on time, the only complaint would be the oil change was not done well, when I checked the oil it was a shade cleaner then when i brought it in, will be doing my own oil changes myself .

I had my car serviced in march 2024. Service team forgot to put the engine splash guard clips back. Because of that while driving on freeway front half of splash guard came off and kept scratching the road which made the splash guard damaged and i need to drop my vehicle in the middle of the road and it costed me to take uber and go back home. Your negligence costed me so much stress and many of my plans got spoiled as I don’t have my car at right time. Also, they haven’t reset the maintenance options.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. I initially liked a car and was ready to finalize, but after some research, I realized the pricing was way above market value. When I pointed it out, the manager—who was extremely rude and dismissive—refused to negotiate even a penny. His attitude felt racially biased and unprofessional. I was offered a high interest rate and no flexibility. Thankfully, I found the exact same certified car the next day at another dealership for $3,000 less and a 6% interest rate. This place felt like a total ripoff. Would not recommend.

Buddy of mine went in here today for a case of grinding brakes and very nearly got scammed. After a supposed "inspection" of the vehicle, the service department wrote him up for pads and rotors, and BOTH CALIPERS. My friend knew this sounded fishy so he asked me for a second opinion, low and behold both calipers that the service writer told him were SIEZED were PERFECTLY FINE. No rust on the calipers, no torn boots, smooth piston retraction into the bore, nothing to indicate a possible siezure visually or otherwise. It's almost like they never even took the wheel off to inspect the vehicle properly, I mean come on the vehicle is less than 4 years old and has less than 70k miles on it... I've been an ASE master technician for almost a decade and it sickens me to see shops and dealerships alike who are aparently hurting for money SO BAD that they need to LIE to people to make money. Cars break all the time, there is always HONEST money to be made in this industry and there is NO REASON EVER to try and defraud customers out of money they don't need to spend. If the manager is reading these reviews I sincerely hope you fire whoever was either lazy enough or scummy enough to do this because at the end of the day it makes the whole buisness look bad. Until something changes I strongly suggest that anyone needing service find a different Honda dealer to go to unless they feel like parting with money that they didn't need to spend. Disgusting and sad.

Charged me for work they never did — dishonest, condescending, and borderline fraudulent. On Oct 3. 2025 I dropped my car off for oil and fluid service. I waited in the lounge for 20 minutes and Kyle Turman (service rep) literally said he had forgotten about me. I had phone and in‑person confirmation that specific service items would be completed — they were not. The invoice shows I was billed for those exact services anyway. When I confronted Kyle Turman and manager Daryl they talked over me, blamed me for the “confusion,” and lied that the work had been completed. When I pushed back they hung up on me or talked over me, raising their voices. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I will be filing formal complaints with both the Michigan Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division and Honda Corporate to ensure these deceptive and dishonest practices are thoroughly investigated. Do NOT bring your car here. I care about my car and the Honda community and will spread this word like wildfire.
