He is always listening to what I am saying. He always give me a direct answer and he and staff fix the problem right on target. I had my brake pad and rotors replaced here on my rear end at the beginning of February. Mid March I started having issues and had my vehicle looked at only to be told that whoever did my brakes had only replaced the rear passenger side and not the drivers side. Brake pad was completely worn and rotor was obviously not new. I called trying to get my money back for the work they obviously did not do, and was told I must have an issue with my calipers on that side and that they surely replaced both. I even sent photos.My calipers are fine. This place will rip you off. I’m assuming they took advantage of the fact that I am a younger woman and from out of town.

I brought only the tire, without the vehicle, in order to save time and reduce costs. However, I was charged 29.99 USD for the service, and the repair performed was a plug-type patch. I also noticed that prices are not visibly displayed. I believe it is important to point out this lack of transparency in the pricing information.

I meant to write this review sooner, but time got away from me. These guys are awesome. I needed a tire mounted on a new rim for my 2013 Chevy Volt. I brought one in that I had ordered online, but it turned out to be the wrong size. Herb called me and very calmly explained ther I had brought the wrong size in, and didn’t charge me for the time or supplies of theirs that I wasted in the process. I am now waiting on the right sized rim, and will definitely be back there as soon as I have it.

Went in for an exhaust leak. A bolt had broken, and I knew (with a little research) what needed to be repaired and what the parts should cost. They performed the seal replacement and new bolts and did not try to tell me other work/replacement parts were needed. I appreciated their honesty. I can recommend this shop for professional service, a fair price and fast service on a day they were quite busy.

Herb and the crew are top notch! Won't sell you anything you don't need and run everything by you before pulling the trigger. They're a credit to their profession and that's why we keep coming back. Hell, I had a Jeep with a death rattle that they gave everything they had to but it wouldn't budge so they apologized ( not necessary) and sent me across town to the next best option. That customer focus is rare and celebrated.

Awesome experience! Genuinely, everyone there is extremely nice and goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. They’ve taken care of my truck on a couple of occasions now, both with my tire and the starter. Each time, they’ve not only been quick to get me in asap, but have also been quick to give me assessments. Repairs on my vehicle have held up great as well. 400k mile truck and they’ve managed to keep it running which is pretty hard to come by no mater where you go. Genuinely super thankful for these guys and always helping me out. Thank you!
