I'm not happy that a credit check was ran on me when I told both the sale person & financing rep I was only looking at my options. Because I am disabled, unable to bend my knees it's difficult for me to get into most vehicles. I was just looking to see if any vehicles were available that I would be able to get my legs into without hurting myself. Since I was unable to get in any of the vehicles available I was unable to take any on a test drive, so why was a credit check done? I visited 3 different dealerships that day, Cueter was the only to do a credit check. Shady practices.

Terrible dealership from the sales department to the service department. My Wrangler spent 3 months here over 2 separate visits and both were unsatisfactory. Communication from Dominic was inadequate, they were unable to identify and repair the electrical problem, and I was eventually told that my Wrangler was only worked on for 5 hours over 8 weeks. I sold them the car for a decent price but the sales guy George was just as awful to deal with as the service department. Didn’t even shake my hand or say thanks for your business. Just walked off as I was cleaning out the last of the stuff from my car. I was a Jeep person for life but now I’ll never buy another one. Thanks Cueter, I certainly didn’t finish first this time!

In the last couple of months I've had issues with my 2025 Ram. In November of 25 I took my truck in because of a bad battery. Steve who runs the dealership and Chad who runs the service department had my truck fixed within an hour as I waited. In December of 26 , I had an issue with my trailer plug. Steve and Chad again, had my truck fixed within an hour as I waited. Steve ,Chad and the rest of the employees have always been respectful and professional and quick at what they do. Great job guys.

I drive a 300 with 207000 miles. I have been coming here for 3 years. I had a clunking noise coming from the front end near my feet. I described in detail the sound and when I hear the sound. They took it on a test drive and claimed they couldn't hear it. They listed three shafts that needed replaced totaling $6000. I went on a drive with them and they finally heard the sound. They then came back saying there was a service board post that would correct the issue and the description of the issue fit what I had been say (why that wasn't check first is beyond me.) With the computer fix I wouldn't need one of the shafts. Why would they say something was wrong with a shaft and now all of a sudden it doesn't need replaced. They seem like the type that want you to throw a lot of money first then look in more detail later. I had them do the update. I got the car back and drove to work. When I was leaving work my car didn't start. It took a few calls for them to say that the technician had to jump the car to get it into the garage. I paid a diagnostic fee. Why wasn't the battery issue (if there even was one) ever mentioned? I still believe they either didn't have my car charging during the update or didn't clear something after and I have been getting background drainage. During this time I rented a car. I didn't have a service number when I got it (so the Cueter discount wasn't applied) but was assured they would call the rental agency and correct that. The rental agency claimed they never received a call. I was told by an employee at Cueter they will speak with them to get it corrected but I doubt that will happen. 1.5 years ago I took my car in for breaks. They waited until they finished the breaks before telling me I needed more serious front end work done. The total was $4300. Had they told me the other issues first, I would have waited on the breaks since they were still useable. Another example of them trying to get the most out of you. I had two 300s. Both were purchased at dealers. My car has over 207000 miles. I am due for a new vehicle this year. I can tell you where I won't be going for that vehicle. If anyone has any good suggestions for other dealers to look into I am all ears.

We’ve been customers of this dealership for decades, including my father in law before us. To be honest, we’ve always been satisfied with the sales department and less so (sometimes much less so) with the service department. I’ve written a few reviews that reflected varying levels of dismay. However, this latest experience with Bill was fantastic! He was communicative each day about the status of my car’s progress. Even though there was a small delay, I was able to prepare for the slight disruption it caused at home because I was aware of it in plenty of time thanks to his communication. You have obviously implemented new customer service protocols and this long time customer sincerely appreciates it! I would now confidently recommend your service department to others where I would’ve done so with reservations in the past.

Can’t begin to say enough about my recent experience, thanks to Bill, who assured me that in addition to the oil change and tire rotations, the technicians would check to assess if other routine services were needed. This is a great source of comfort for a 77 year old single woman who often times is at the mercy of and have been taken advantage of by service personnel. Mohammed Omar called me, saying he saw I was looking at the Ram trucks. I told him I was, but I would never be able to afford a decent used vehicle let alone a new one. He asked me to give him a chance, that he was sure he could get me into a new 2025 Ram 1500 Bighorn at my monthly budget. I thought it would be a waste of time, but, at least get us out of the house for a while. He was very pleasant and friendly, he knew his products well. We looked at the Ram he wanted to get us into, test drove it and loved it. I again told him there was no way I could afford the large payments. He told me if I wanted it that he would make it possible to take home that same day. We started the process and lo and behold, I did drive it home. Our first new vehicle in over 40years. He worked to get the payments at my budget as well as making sure my wife would not have to struggle to get in or out of the truck. Can't really find the words to say how grateful we are to Mo for all his work making it happen. We also thank the rest of the team at Champion Cueter CDJR for the running boards and the fact that they make you feel like family.
