I had an appointment at 9:30 am, got there at 9:10, stood in line for 15 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me, finally got my truck in at 9:50. All they needed to do was rotate balance and check the tire pressure. I doubt if they did any of it. I know they didn't check the tire pressure. By 10: 20 I was out. I won't return to this store. Jason claimed they would call or email me when I made them aware of the situation. Nothing. Nothing. No response.

I bought a full set of tires. We had some pressure issues with two of them. I brought the car back and they fixed everything in 45 min no additional charge. Great customer service.

Well, went in for a simple road force balance. #1 they came out and said they only had one 17mm socket. So, I had to buy them a standard 1/2" 17mm deep well impact socket from Home Depot to complete the balancing... #2 They found 1 centric ring (size 75mm -> 57.1mm) to be damaged, awesome! They said they would replace all 4 centric rings. PERFECT! (This is actually an incredibly good thing, it was the ring that was causing the issues, shows expertise) #3 When I got my keys, they informed me they didn't have any centric rings so they removed the 3 remaining good ones and it might cause a misbalance. It did. I spent my Saturday installing new ones. #4 Finally, I woke up to a notification from my credit card company, they double charged me. #5 Corporate said someone from the store would reach out to figure out the issues in <2 days & they never did. fun..

Just wanted to thank the team here especially Antonio for working swiftly to get my vehicle returned to me after I came back because the light didn’t go off the first time. He was very professional and ensured me he’d handle the situation and he did just that. I feel safe driving out of town now. Thank you

I’ve noticed a decline in customer satisfaction at Discount Tire after decades of being a dedicated customer. My experience buying my last set of tires was not good. Your company’s service team forgot to check my tires valve stems and I had a low tire warning light appearing just a few miles away from the store. I couldn’t even make it home. Also, your team did not log in the proper mileage. They had used 111,111 miles when it was about 70,000 miles, which was confusing since I need a rotation and balance, but the exact mileage was unknown due to your company’s error in properly documenting the mileage. This last visit was not good either. I schedule an appointment online, but I still had to wait almost two hours. I asked the store employee as I drove up how long it would take and was told 30-40 minutes. In reality, it took much longer as I had to wait for a special bay to open up since I drive a BMW. Your company needs to better manage expectations. I’ve been a loyal customer for over three decades, but I’m no questioning whether I should explore other companies due to the lack of customer service over the past two visits to your store.

The gentleman that helped me, the gentleman that fixed my tire and the gentleman that brought car out after it was fixed were THE BEST! I got a flat on the way to day trip in Battle Creek. Needed my tire fixed immediately because driving on a donut spare is not safe. Discount Tire made it happen in about an hour and we were back on the road and on our way. Thank you all so much for providing PHENOMENAL customer service! I will definitely be back if I need tire service. You all made my day!!!

Be aware, you might get old stock tires or refurbished tires from this place. The car is rarely driven and the 6 years old tires starting to show cracks which need to be replaced. We paid over $2000 for 4 tires and guess what we got? 2 years old stock tires! The manager denied the responsibility by saying they can't guarantee how old those tires are. First of all, its unacceptable that a tire store can't guarantee the quality of their tires. Second, the customer has the right to know how old those tires are and make choices. I can't believe the tire store manager would say they can't guarantee their tires! That's just ridiculous.

Discount tire is a lifesaver. Needed a tire repair because of a nail in my tire and Discount fixed it even though it was end of day on Saturday during a cold snap in Michigan. There is a reason we always buy our tires here! Great customer services!

I got a nail in one of my tires and have always taken my car to Discount Tire for tire work. I booked an appointment on line and they were right on time. The service adviser Luke came out and looked at the tire with low air and spotted a nail in the tire. In about 30 minutes they had the tire repaired and they checked the tire pressure on the other 3 tires. The service ended up being free. You can't beat that service!! I will always go there for tires and tire repair. (Carpenter Road store Ann Arbor MI).

Got a flat tire on Friday and put a spare on. Ordered tires from Discount Tire online at a very reasonable price, set up an appointment for next day. Right when I pulled in and parked, my man Luke looked at my car and got me all set up! Painless, and literally took them 15 mins! Watched em do it. Great service, would definitely recommend! Left this review before I left 🫡

I have been a loyal customer to Discount Tire for 40 years. I remember when I would go there with my father when they would work on the car while you were in it and those were fond memories. I purchased 5 new 35" for my Jeep back in June. Fast forward to today, 6,000 later and time for a tire rotation. I do my own rotations because it faster than going to Discount and what am I me with, two cross threaded studs. I replaced the studs, went to the Carpenter road location to request replacement lug nuts and reimbursement for the wheel stud repair. They did give me the replacement lugs but would not reimburse the $260 for the two studs. They stated they have a shop that does them and "they don't charge them when they send down for a wheel stud replacement". I assume this is a lie as no shop works for free, there is an agreed payment method between the two companies. Shameful way to speak to a customer but is all to common these days. This is very sad, after 40+ years of going to Discount tire, this was my last. I will find a local shop that is not a chain and pay a little more. I am done with Discount Tire.

I came in to have a flat tire repaired. Antonio tried to sell me four new tires and rims before my tire was evaluated. The associate, Henry, was helpful after I waited over 40 minutes with no follow-up. Although my tires were almost new, I was told I needed to replace two tires rather than just the damaged one to ensure the tread matched. Two hours and $500+ later, I am now noticing less control over my vehicle and terrible gas mileage. Unfortunately, my first time at Discount Tire was not the best experience.

The employees at this location were amazing! So helpful and courteous. They were able to take care of my tire crisis 3 hours from home, quickly and completely. I don't remember the store front employee's name that assisted me but he was very extremely gracious and respectful. As a woman, he did not speak down to me either, which was much appreciated. Thank you everyone!

They provided me service in like 20 minutes. I brought him a full spare tire that I keep in my trunk. I don’t use a donut tire. they were friendly. They didn’t make a mistake like the one off Jackson Road. This location told me 20 minutes and the tire was ready on time. Discount off Jackson Road didn’t have the tires in stock. told me they’d have the tire on in the morning sometime around 2pm. They called later at 2 PM and told me 20 minutes when I got to Jackson Road Discount tire they hadn’t even installed the tire…. This location didn’t do me like that. They were fast! Discount tire carpenter Road is a much better for in stock items and good technicians that provide the proper tire pressure as the tire that I got from the Discount tire on Jackson Road didn’t have the proper amount of tire pressure on it.

I called them up on a Friday and said I needed new tires on my vehicle, they said they could get the ones I wanted the next day. Went in on Saturday and they were pretty busy. Waited there for 2-3 hrs but once they got my Jeep in the shop it was done within 30 minues I'd say. All the guys there were very helpful & professional. Highly recommend them.

Luke got me taken care of pretty quickly, listened to my needs and got me set up with tires that we both agreed would be worth the investment. Carlos and the rest of the team got all 4 tires put on and balanced within 30 minutes! Highly recommend shopping here!

When I installed the spare tire in the morning, I was in a rush so I just put the jack and tools in random places in the trunk. They not only installed new tires quickly, and, to my surprise, they put everything neatly back to where they belong to. I mean I paid them to replace tires, but they cleaned up my mess too. I think this tells a lot about their professionalism and how much they pay attention to details. Totally satisfied with their 5 star service.

Yesterday I had an appointment with a local warehouse club to install a bad TPMS sensor. I had an 8 o'clock appointment and they called me at 755am to tell me no tech was available and the soonest they could get me in was 4 days later. I decided to go down the street to see if Discount tire could get me in. There was only a $20 difference in price. Patrick greeted me and I explained I wanted to see if they could squeeze me in, but it had to be done within two hours in order to make it to work. He immediately went to my car and scanned the tires on my Ford Fusion, turned out I had two dead sensors, one low battery sensor and one that was reporting normal. His scan tool made it easy to see they were bad and he wasn't just upselling me. The car is 14 years old, and the sensors are all original. Partick offered me a deal on all 4 sensors that ended up being only $8 more than the warehouse club. I game him my keys, walked to the GFS next door, purchased a handful of items and came back and my car was done. From start to finish it took 35-40 minutes. The sensors have a 6 year / 72,000-mile warranty. I used to use discount tire all the time but honestly, I have purchased my last 3 sets at the warehouse club. With discount offering a price match and their service being superior to my warehouse club, I will give them a shot at my next set.

The gentleman are welcoming polite and knowledgeable. They handle my service in a timely matter. Prices were reasonable. 2-18 Side note - the patience I seen with a customer who was having a hard time understanding. Was awesome to see he didn’t rush he took his time. Heart warming. I believe his name was Luke. The other gentleman name that assisted me was Antonio and Carlos who brought the truck out. Wonderful service! Well done
