Special order steel rims where available exactly when promised. All tires were spin-balanced. Extra care was taken to place rims w/o weights in the most visible positions. Offset of new tire sizes on dually rims was verified. Jamy's staff were careful and efficient. Had no problem handling my 9,000 lb vehicle. Looked like doors were 14' tall. Service was much appreciated. I definitely recommend for bigger/heavier vehicles, including commercial, motor homes, big rigs, etc.

Usually these people deal with semi truck tires and work trucks fleet trucks etc. I just needed a wheel change on a car. And they were happy to help, not sure if they do much in the way of standard cars. Either way a bunch of professionals in that building!

I asked a bunch of questions on other tires and sizes in case I was in a jam .. and they went out of their way by looking sizes up a checking to answer all of my questions ... Chris was Awesome! Called and communicate to get right location, arrived the time frame they quoted. Did a heck of a job changing the Rim and tire, rim was stuck on pretty tight, tire debris all around the axle, wasn't easy plus it was freezing. Really appreciate the great service.

They know the importance of us truckers not affording down time. They work as a unit and get it done. On top of changing 4 of my tires in ample time, they checked the air pressure in all my other tires to make sure I was balanced with my air. I had a tire blow on my trailer so my company called Shrader Tire & Oil to come take care of it for me. They came out immediately, the young man (sorry that I didn’t catch his name) got right to work, he was very personable when we spoke, and he went above and beyond by collecting my triangles for me. Oh yeah, and all is fine with the tire he put on. I highly recommend Shrader should you need tire work.

HUGE SHOUT OUT TO SHRADER'S!! One of our drivers trailers froze up. A Shrader's locations was about 15 minutes away and they were willing to bring in our trailer (without an appointment), diagnose the issue, warmed up the value, and helped our company continue on our way.
