I recently was involved in a hit and run accident decided to go back to this shop because of the great work Phil did for me in the past. Unfortunately he doesn’t work there any more but I still decided to use them because they offered to pay my deductible. John the front desk guy seemed helpful in the beginning but was useless as the process moved forward. I went in to get a cash price estimate for repairs to avoid a insurance claim which he provided with a 5 day turn around time to fix. The repairs were a little out of range for my budge so I filed the claim. Once claim was filed it ended up being a 2 week turn around to get my car back. Only to find out my car was covered in overspray, the repairs weren’t completed 100% and also found white finger prints inside my vehicle which was only a month old. I spoke back with my insurance company and the shop to have the issues fixed they ended up keeping my car another week to only get it back to still have poor paint work and some repairs were not fixed even though they were paid by progressive to fix. John caught a attitude with me didn’t want to reimburse me for none of my inconvenience or there poor repair work on my car. He informed my insurance agent I could drop car back off to them to fix which I refused because I can’t continue to go weeks at a time with no vehicle. They have poor communication never meet any of the deadlines they promise and there work is terrible. Don’t waste your time here. God forbid there’s a next time but if there is I will definitely be using a “in channel” repair shop that offers guaranteed work.

Brought my truck in for mechanical and they found the issue the dealership did not and fixed it. The were very friendly and explained everything to me. The were very reasonable in price I will be a life long customer. I recommended the shop to my mom she used them as well. Keep up great work.

Deb was sincere and seemed to be fair, concerned about pricing. She walked me through the visible damage and spoke on possible underlying issues to be clear about what to expect as full needs/pricing. They offer a loaner car, WHEN AVAILABLE and competitive rental discounts at enterprise and Hertz. My vehicle was in and out within a 3 day period. The work I had done was primarily a paint job. It was pretty and shiny like new.

I rarely post reviews, but here goes: I had a splash guard hanging down from the underside of my 2019 Honda Fit. I contacted my Honda dealership, and they said 1 week. I contacted another fairly local Honda dealership, and they said booked up today, put me on waitlist. This was before 8 am this morning. It dawned on me that Northside Collision might be able to fix my car issue (I had not thought of them at first since it seemed specific to my car.....a Honda). I used them to do body work from a deer strike 2 years ago, and they did good work. At a good price. So, I arrived at Northside before they opened, hoping that they could help me since I did not want to have to rent a vehicle until the dealership could work on my car. And....YES!!!! Mechanic Jeffrey got underneath my car, said it should be a quick fix, gave me a fair price, opened up a bay door and fixed my Fit in 15 minutes. I am forever grateful. I hope someone reads this, and Northside gets more business. AAAA+++++ all the way.

They are awesome! It’s odd to be excited about fixing a damaged car (someone ran into the back of my car), but they did a great job. Joe and his staff were easy to work with, reasonably priced and made a follow-up issue totally painless. Fingers crossed that I don’t have to fix a broken car, but I’d be excited to use these guys again.

These guys are amazing! I’ve been there once before, and after needing a tire put back on I made sure to go back. They’re as nice as could be, honest and I’ve never had to bring my vehicle back or had to have something fixed after they’ve worked on my van. I need my brake pads done, and I’ll definitely be going back to them. Shout out to Joe for always helping me out! 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve had my car worked on at several different shops, but this was by far my best experience yet. The team here at Northside kept me informed on the timing and went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed to be back on the road safely. The reason my experience was so great was because of one of their employees named Joe. He was accommodating beyond my expectations (which are inherently high to begin with). Because of his hard work and excellent communication, I will use this shop moving forward. Also, because of Joe, I will be recommending Northside to everyone who needs a car repair or maintenance. Excellent overall experience with Northside Collision. Their prices were FAR better than any of the other places I went to for an estimate. The manager was very helpful and was willing to explain things to me when I asked, without being patronizing, which I appreciate greatly. The work was done in a timely manner and was FANTASTIC! It looks like a whole new car!! They even SANITIZED the inside of my car! With the world in chaos, it was really nice to not have to stress about that. 10/10 would recommend. Great experience overall. I have a Chrysler 300 that needed the rear bumper replaced and repainted, and these guys did a great job doing so. Very reasonable price, and the quality of work was great. They color matched it perfectly and the finish looks OEM. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful as well. I'll definitely use Northside again if I need anymore bodywork done in the future.

Got in an accident a month back, with some pretty intense body damage in the front of the car. The customer service was great, everything was done in a really timely manner. They also kept in contact with my insurance as much as possible trying to get my our of pocket cost as low as they can be. They even spotted some shotty work a previous repairman did and fixed it up for absolutely free. Subtracting what the insurance covered, it was $700 out the door. Car came back better than when I got it. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

Northside collision review I just recently moved to the area so I had no idea where to go when I hit a deer and busted my Chevy Tahoe’s headlight and bumper. I found this collision shop by using google reviews. I called on a Saturday and talked to a guy he was super nice and professional, I wanted to come in and get a quote but I didn’t know around what time I would be in the area seems how I am over in Manchester. I asked him if I needed an appointment and he said just to come in whenever was convenient with me. I really appreciated that. I ended up stopping in and showed the damage to the guy. The gentlemen who helped me was professional, honest, and just incredibly nice. He went in and quoted he right there and the price seemed super fair so I scheduled them with with my insurance. Everything went super smooth and they finished the car in a timely manner. Unfortunately for me I live in the middle of the country so will most likely hit another deer, I will always be coming back to this place. Can’t thank them enough for the hard awesome quality work they did. They even worked with me on my deductible. Highly would recommend to any person needing any services done. 🙂🙂

I had a very pleasant experience at Northside Collision. Getting an estimate was easy, and the price was also fairly reasonable. While another shop said they would need to replace both door panels, Northside was confident they could fix the damage without needing to replace any parts, and I think they did a great job. The timeline was also good, my appointment was scheduled a few weeks after I came in for the estimate and was done in a week (in line with their initial estimate of 5-7 business days). They also fixed some small scratches on my front bumper as a bonus. Prompt, stress-free, and good work.

I just had my front fender replaced here and the experience was great. Dropped off my car Monday morning, picked it up Friday afternoon. Quick turnaround and the paint job was perfect.
