I feel like there are dishonest and unreliable people working there. They told me the oil change was good for 5,000 miles, but the technician gave me a tag showing 3,000 miles. When I told him it wasn’t correct, he said he forgot and told me I could just handwrite it myself. When I returned after driving the full 5,000 miles, they told me the oil level was very low. They also said they would email me the receipt, but I never received it—even though my email is already in their system, and they specifically asked me to avoid printing it. That is other than they didn’t check any fluids, tire pressure or signals.

First and last time coming to this location. I’m sure they can change oil just fine (it’s not why they get a bad review) but they have poor customer service. They treat fleet drivers like we don’t matter. I’m going to valvoline or Firestone next time, they don’t disrespect fleet drivers.

Ive been going to this shop for decades. At least 5 cars have had 90% of thier oil changes here. 10% at respective dealerships. Ive always been happy with thier work, except yesterday. Lets go back to the early 2007. I got my oil change, pulled out, and started hearing a loud flapping under the car. They forgot to secure the splash plate they removed to do the work. I went back and had them fix it. Now yesterday, they did it again probubly because the staff is having issues. All 3 bays were full. It was like only 2 guys knew what was going on and 3 seemed like rookies and needed hand holding with everything they were asked to do. I will be taking my oil change buisness somewhere else.

So I can into the location near my job and as always they took Amazing care of my car. But the star of the show was Andres, He was caring and showed genuine concern for my engine. The gentleman who ran point on my service was outstanding! The vehicle I brought in was a 2009 Ford Focus. I explained that I had bought the car a couple of months ago for a couple of grand and that it was my winter vehicle as my wife and I were recently retired and I didn't want to drive my brand new Tahoe because I don't trust morons driving in the winter around us. He treated me and my vehicle like it was the most important thing in my life. I get free maintenance on my Tahoe and my wife gets the same on her Malibu for the next two years. Irrespective, we'll be long term customers. Well done!

Before I went in, I spoke with Josh and he was so polite it was almost closing. I got there about 7:45. His customer service was amazing. He didn't judge me for my low oil or make me feel bad. He was so professional. Everyone in there was so polite and everyone worked like the most well oiled machine. I was only getting my oil changed but felt like I was the most important person. I didn't even feel like I was being sold to but GENUINELY cared about. That mattered so much to me. I never had a place that I went back for repeat service for oil I usually just went where ever the wind blew but I'll come back here over and over again. Highly recommended.

Normally this location does great. However this visit wasn't what im use to. I had to ask for my tire pressure to be checked, and for my fluids to be topped off. I was there all but 10min and thats because I asked for those services that are usually automatically done. It just seemed very fast to me which makes me question the quality of my oil change.
