I have a 2019 ram v6 3.6 pentastar absolutely garbage this truck had been in and out the shop several times for a misfire that they say they cant find . do yourself a favor..do not purchase a vehicle from here .DO NOT BUY these new vehicles as they cant fix them period. I had to give one star but don't deserve any stars RUN FROM THIS PLACE...

This Chrysler dealership wouldn't contact my claims adjuster at my insurance company. I was without my vehicle for 5 days while they refused to communicate with my insurance company. It was ridiculous. I finally paid and got reimbursed by my insurance company. THIS SHOULDN'T HAPPEN!! They've been getting a lot of one star reviews. They sold my mother a bad vehicle. She had car less than 6 months, 1 months after purchasing the transmission went bad. Credit acceptance paid to get it fixed. She took it back now after a month an a half from the first repair now they are telling her that it’s not covered, an she has to pay $2300 to get her vehicle repaired. Do not buy from this dealership. They take advantage of people in need of a vehicle

Cueter dodge is the best dealer around. The staff is friendly, helpful and can definitely get business accomplished. I went in to check on a last call Challenger. Don Byrd had me walking out of the dealer the same day with that last call Challenger. The service department is also as friendly and efficient. The bodyshop is also a great department to deal with. I would highly recommend Cueter Dodge to friends and family.

An absolute abomination of a service department. Took them 2 weeks to diagnose a broken valve spring on a 1 1/2 year old Ram No issues getting the replacement part. But then started “your vehicle will be done tomorrow “ which lasted 4 days I reached out to the general manager and service manager multiple times but they avoid their phones like the plague. Finally took me contacting Stalantis to see some movement All in all my vehicle was there for 21 days for a 3 hour repair Avoid this dealership and treat it like Mexican food when you have an unsettled stomach. You’ll be glad you did

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Chrysler Cueter. When I purchased a Chrysler Pacifica in December, I had hoped to find a reliable vehicle. However, my hopes were shattered as the car has been nothing but a headache since then. I have had to return it to the dealership over 5 times, despite the fact that they are located an hour away from my residence. The inconvenience of the distance is only compounded by the fact that the manager has consistently ignored my attempts to contact them. The issues with the car have persisted, and it's disheartening that the dealership seems content with selling a vehicle that clearly has problems. I find myself writing this review in the hopes of finding solutions, as the lack of communication and resolution from the dealership is both frustrating and unacceptable. To add to my frustration, my car has been in their possession for over a week now, and I have not received a single phone call about its status—only a text message. This lack of communication further reflects their disregard for customer satisfaction. I'm saddened to learn that I'm not the only one facing these problems, as it appears that other customers have experienced similar issues with this dealership. In light of my experience, I strongly advise against purchasing from Chrysler Cueter. Their approach to customer service and the quality of the vehicles they sell leave much to be desired. It's disappointing to see a dealership that should be providing reliable transportation contribute to such frustration and inconvenience for their customers. It's my hope that potential buyers will heed this warning and explore other options before making a decision.

In order to leave a review I had to give them a star. This dealership service department is full of immature unprofessional workers. They took a whole week to let me know what’s wrong with my car. The charged me twelve hundred for labor to not do nothing. They labeled my car as dirt. They laughed in my face. They asked for a deposit half down before doing the work. Treated me like a non paying customer who just wanted my car back in one peace. Wouldn’t provide a ride so I can pick up my car.

Update 9/20/23 we did get our car back and $300. They still owe us $800, but I am not holding my breath on getting that money. We are going on 45 days, with nothing but empty promises. Update: The general manager called me and said they would pick up the cost of the rental car from the date they made they offer. I appreciate the callback and look forward to seeing if they follow through. Cueter has had our vehicle since the end of May in their body shop. The coverage for the rental car ran out 30 days in the shop. This is costing us a fortune. They verbally said they would pay for the rental car, but they have never put that in writing. We have lease two cars and bought this car from them. At this point, I would never buy another vehicle from them.

The people in the service department are genuinely incompetent. I have had negative experiences each of the three times that I have taken my new vehicle there for routine maintenance. One of the times, they even managed to return my car with a dent in the door. I strongly suggest that you take your vehicle elsewhere.
