I've been coming here for years. They have consistently been polite, full of integrity, efficient, and very reasonably priced. I've brought 5 vehicles here for repair for nearly a decade. They've beaten every estimate I've gotten from the competition without even knowing what their competitors quoted me. Very much worth the wait when they're busy. 5 stars is not enough

Extremely disappointed. I took my car in to have an oil change as I have done multiple times here but this time I asked if they could just do a general check also and make sure everything was okay. They assured me everything was fine and I let them know i would come back in a few weeks for an alignment. When I brought it back they maybe had it for 20 mins before they called me and informed me they would not be doing the alignment because something was wrong with my ball joint and axel and wanted to charge me $920. I knew that was ridiculous because my car was fine and I have had a messed up ball joint in the past and knew exactly what that felt like. I took my car to Fisher Tire on Kingston Pike. They did an overall review and let me know all I need was an alignment and charged me $100. Hilarious right? They informed that the man that was going to charge me $920 was named Cody when I was originally there. It is extremely disappointing that just because I am a young woman with little knowledge on cars I was taken advantage of. Not only that this company is located in a lower income area. So if they tried to scam me I’m sure I’m not the only one. Not to mention about a year before this incident happened they claimed my breaks would be $600 I went somewhere else and was charged $200. Why I went back after that i don’t know but after this last time i will absolutely never be back. I hope karma slaps Cody in the face. Definitely would recommend Fisher Tire on Kingston Pike!!

Had a great experience here! Brought in my brand new vehicle that got a flat after hitting a major pothole last Friday. I brought in in around 2pm and they said they would be able to get to it, but may be about 2 hours. Less than a hour later they called and advised that my tire could not be fixed and needed to be replaced, however that specific tire was on back order and could not be ordered. They had similar tires in stock of a different brand, but being a brand new vehicle I preferred them to match. They said they would continue to look and let me know. I called 4 different Lexus dealers and they were all out and could also not order them. Fisher called me back after I’d almost given up hope and said they found one and that it would take 2 days to be shipped in. I was going out of town for work so told them to keep it for repairs and I’d be in the following Thursday for pick up. The entire time they were very communicative and friendly, and found the unicorn tire nobody else could. Thank you!

It's always a pleasure doing business with these folks. I came in for My front rotors to be replaced, they quoted me a very reasonable price and said they would have me done by about noon. I got a call at 9:00 a.m. saying that my car was ready to be picked up. Extremely fast service, extremely friendly staff, definitely recommend.

I’ve been getting tires and oil changes here for ten years. I recommend speaking to Spencer for your tire needs when you come here. Spencer is very professional and actually cares about the people he helps. I tried another shop on recommendation just because it was closer to my home, and quickly found out why I’ve always done business with Fisher instead. They’re the best in Knoxville for getting tires. Edit: I want to add how clean this place is. The lobby is emaculate, which is ultra rare in this line of business.

Great people, they fixed my jeep when no one else could. I had done everything I knew to do for the vibration in the front of my jeep and still it was terrible. I went in and talked to Bobby Fisher and he knew exactly what I needed. Due to their expertise and equipment. I went there on a Saturday morning at 8 o'clock (get there early there was already a line waiting, they open at 8) it took about 3 hrs total, 2 hrs was waiting for them to get to me. But it was SO! worth the wait. Me jeep drives like a new one. And I want to add that my jeep has a 3.5" lift on it, and I've not been able to drive at interstate speeds in a long time but those days are gone I can drive at 70+ with no pulling or vibrations. Happy new and forever customer.

Spencer and his team refused to honor interstate batteries warranty. Then their little liberal receptionist decided to record me for being upset that they would not honor what they sell. Terrible service all the way around. To chase me out of the store several times recording me for writing a review.

Fisher came highly recommended from friends. Had an oil change and 4 new tires. There was a small mistake made- the oil filter used in my car had a puncture hole. This caused all the oil to spew out a few days later while out of town. It was Labor Day weekend so not much could be done. Walmart gave me a new filter to get home. Upon my return I had fisher take a second look, and brought them the punctured filter. They refunded me for the oil change and were extremely apologetic. I appreciated their customer service and their urgency throughout the situation. Overall it seems like it was a rare error that can happen when getting oil changes. I plan on returning for my next oil change and continuing to recommend them to others. It’s rare to find an honest, family run business like this.

I have had two flat tires in the past two months and Fisher tire was able to get them replaced with used tires for extremely reasonable prices, very efficiently! I was back on the road in a days time. I truly can’t thank them enough.

I do not recommend this company with doing custom rims. I brought my 2013 Audi A4 in that was fully blacked out with red candy/ gloss black rims with black lugs. I have took pictures of the rims/lugs before I gave them the keys. I also had them dismount 4 tires and mount 2 of them i have mk18 Volkswagen rims that they dug into not carrying at all and scratched my lugs all to crap and instead of trying to figure out the problem they would rather argue with you then take the time to look and help. They do not care about custom/ lowered cars the owner and people that work there don't know nothing about rims or cars. Definitely will not be bringing my cars back here.

This place does great work! Normally they have very friendly and considerate staff but today I had a weird experience where I believe they forgot I was waiting in the lobby (I was there 8am-11am and had a few things I was getting done to my car)so after waiting for around 40 minutes after seeing them pull my car around I decided to check and see if they knew how much longer it would be. They immediately said it was ready, so that’s why I think they forgot about me being on site. It was a bummer because I spent $500 I was maybe expecting a “sorry, we forgot you were here! Our bad” but it was just shrugged off. Other than that, always a lovely experience and I’ll continue coming here. Definitely wouldn’t recommend waiting in the lobby if getting more than an oil change done though!

Incredible staff & service. More than just tires, Fisher is THE place to go for all of your basic auto maintenance from oil changes & routine maintenance to yes, of course, TIRES. Their friendly & helpful staff will consistently charge you a fair & honest price. They will never try to upsell you or try to get you to do service that you don't actually need. If someone at Fisher is recommending a particular service to you, it's genuinely in your best interest to listen! In an industry where fairness & honesty isn't always the norm, Fisher stands above the crowd. I've been taking all of my vehicles to Fisher consistantly for several years now & have sent many friends, family, & acquaintances there --every single person I've referred there has become another loyal customer for all of the reasons I detailed above.
