This was such a good experience. The people are so nice and friendly. Their work was very good. They kept me informed throughout and were finished earlier than they expected. The manager stayed after hours so I could get my car! No one wants to have body work done on their car, but if the need arises, this is the place to go.

This place it's the worst I ever had take my car to get fixed. If you can avoid it do it. They never finish the repair but they did charge insurance for the hole thing. They are not honest. Good luck if you take your car the get fixed there. DON'T DO IT.

Completely effortless on my part. After a recent accident my vehicle was brought to Fix Auto in Palmdale for repairs. My insurance company listed them as a preferred service provider and would warrantee the work for the life of the car. A ten minute visit was initially all that was required to get things started, after that I got regular text message updates from Fix Auto on the current progress of the repairs. When the vehicle was complete, a text message and phone call to informed me me it was ready. A second ten minute visit had me happily behind the wheel of my repaired car. Fix Auto washed the car and went the extra mile by buffing out some old scratches that I hadn't gotten around to. The work, which included suspension repair and other major parts, took only two weeks.

You don’t have to take it to tesla in Burbank to get your EV fixed. You can do it here locally and they will do it even better than Tesla. Communication has been great from start to finish. Great customer service and I am really happy with their service.

Most impressive part of their service was the creativity in coming up with stories about why their warranty doesn't apply after all panels they installed start popping back out. They don't stand behind their work, do yourself a favor and go somewhere more reputable.

I had a good experience with Fix Auto. I got my car back today and so far everything is good. Update: 9/28 my car won’t start. The push button on my Prius is orange which means issues with the actual Prius battery which I never had before. The gas meter is reading incorrect miles which wasn’t happening before. Prior to taking it in I didn’t have any issues with either battery for the car. Called them last night and left a voicemail. I will edit review once this issue is resolved. I never got a call back regarding this issue. I will give them 3 stars. They did a great job with the body work and I did receive good customer service from the nice lady and the man who worked in the estimate.
