The quality of the service is unmatched they took care of my car and then when my car had an issue on my way out, they covered the rental. They made sure that I was completely satisfied. I looked all the way around the car and everything and then on top of that, they clean the car so good I could’ve sworn I just bought it at the dealership. The customer service here is unmatched and on top of that they have a guarantee so if anything happens with the paint or the parts it’s guaranteed. They also have a cute little snack, bar, and coffee machine. This place I recommend 10 out of 10 amazing service.

My experience was flawless from beginning to end. Patricia who works the front counter and coordinates the beginning process was very knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. I received occasional update texts regarding the progress of my car repairs. On the day of pick up, Raphael was very helpful in expediting a pick up for some parts for my car so that I could pick up my car a few hours earlier. Upon pick up, my car looked PERFECT! Really the repairs exceeded my expectations. Both Patricia and Raphael personally thanked me for my business as I departed. My experience was pleasant and usually I don’t leave such raving reviews, but for this experience, LET THE ACCOLADES HAIL!!!!

Experience at fix auto Pasadena has been rough. My car was given back to me with a trunk bolt missing (this caused misalignment and damage to the trunk), all rear bumper bolts missing, fuel door put on incorrectly, missing mud guard and black paint underneath the passenger side. There is a dent in my exhaust pipe that was never addressed (car is a 2021, there is no chance that it was dented before it went into this shop), multiple paint chips on the trunk, bumper, and quarter panels from the lack of bolts, passenger side skirt sloppily aligned, the trunk liner was not tucked in, and some more. I keep finding problems related to their work. The only thing that would make me change my review is if they fix all of these problems properly, and properly inspect my car, it was clearly never inspected the two times I have gone back for problems on my car. I have also had to call back 3+ times before I could get a hold of my estimator, they never called back (as promised). I'm hoping that this can be fixed, but it is hard to be hopeful with my experience so far UPDATE: I called back and they said they would order all parts needed to properly fix my car, and that was 2 months ago... I tried ordering the parts myself (only about $30, OEM) and I received the parts in a week (no parts shortage for the parts I need, which they claimed parts shortages was causing the delay) It seems as if they try to take so long that you eventually give up or forget about them even needing to fix your car. I'm not taking it back, as last time I did they ended up damaging more parts on my car by dropping them (dented/chipped paint). I'm so disappointed that I am now switching from Geico to Triple AAA just so that I do not ever have to deal with this shop ever again (Geico will force you to use this shop, and will not let you go anywhere else after you've started work with them)

The service was excellent! They have a partnership with Enterprise which picks you up to go to the rental place and makes the whole experience seamless! The cleaning was excellent, my car looked like a new car outside and inside! The cleanliness was beyond expectations because I have a toddler that makes the car extremely messy inside. Finally, the service people were diligent to notice my garage door opener I left in the rental after dropping it, and I was able to get it the next day early in the morning because they already kept it for me before they returned the rental on my behalf. Excellent service all around! Highly recommend.

AVOID at all costs!! I have a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee and this body shop RUINED my car! I got rear-ended back in June so my insurance (Geico) sent me here. The process when dropping it off was fast and simple. The workers were friendly and my rental was ready which was great. When I got the call to pick up my car I came in and I had to wait a while since it was not ready. I looked at the area where the damage was and it looked fine so I left. The following day I noticed there was paint all over my car in areas where there was no damage, my sensors were not working properly, the rubber around the door was ripped, the bumper was not placed properly and I also noticed that they hit my car. The rims and the fender were damaged and the Cherokee sign was completely scratched. I came in the following Monday they took a look at my car and agreed to cover the damages since they knew they did it. I left my car again because my insurance was not going to help and said that it was my problem with the body shop and that they have to fix it. When I picked up my car again it took a while since it was not ready. I inspected the car and there was still a lot of paint all over the car, the bumper was still not placed correctly, the sensors were still not working, there was a new scratch in the front, and there was a new scratch in my window tint and the rims still had a dent from the scratch. At this point, I didn't want to take it back again so they can fix all the previous damages and the new damages. I ended up taking my car to the Jeep dealer and they placed my bumper correctly and fixed my sensors. Diana is the worker that was helping me but when I would call for an update on my car she was always busy and had to call me back or she would promise to call me back but wouldn't do so. Overall my experience with Fix Auto was horrible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! GO HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR RUINED.

So I’ve had experience now with three different fix autos. One of which made a very similar repair to my back rear quarter panel. This is the best of all three locations. They are better at communicating and are more organized. They are faster at doing the repair. They preorder parts so your car doesn’t wait if it can still be driven. The staff is very friendly. And most importantly, they returned the car to like new condition. Even the most trained eye couldn’t tell it had been repaired. Also they seem to check the Tesla approved and Wawanesa approved boxes that many other repair shops are not authorized to do.
