Want updates on your car? Forget it. You’ll have a better chance of getting a response from a message in a bottle tossed into the Pacific. Even when you somehow manage to get a manager on the phone (a rare event, like spotting a unicorn), they’ll apologize for their team’s lack of communication and personally promise to call you back. Spoiler alert: they won’t. It’s like their phones only dial out into the void. Incredible experience, Andrea and Tanya are professional and intelligent office intake secretaries, Vincent was also extremely professional and assessed our damage within minutes. He graciously took our vehicle in, and had the repair done in less than 15 minutes. Your vehicle might need more repair than ours, but the amazing quality and experience of professionalism is second to none. I am a disabled Vietnam vet, and the respect they provide military members are a stand alone part of their quality. In my 70 years of life, this was the best in body repair.

lack of transparency and communication. We are out of state, I’m 25+ weeks pregnant, I’ve put off an appointment up to another week. Beating around the bush, instead of being transparent is why this review is being written. We’ve also escalated it with State Farm to flag this shop. If you have a Tesla beware. It’s been 3+ weeks btw. Let me preference by saying, our Tesla should’ve never left Tesla initially until they fixed the coolant issue. What happened was the body shop picked it up prematurely (we assumed everybody in this situation knew what they were doing) the body shop also claimed they do “everything”. The car was picked up, the car overheated AT fix auto and wouldn’t open. On the phone call we just had, they claimed they couldn’t get into it initially. ThankGod State Farm was listening to the blatant lie, because then they admitted after we left it overheated. Let me also note, the car WOULDNT have over heated if Tesla did what they needed to do before the car got picked up. When we FIRST initially went to do the walk thru, she even noted it was still leaking coolant (hehe ha ha )- I’m not a mechanic or familiar with cars but I even know leaking coolant could lead to overheating issues, and it’s a TESLA. The next day, the car overheated. In short, negligence happened from that very FIRST week in the first pick up that happened. We called them and they kept trying to make us feel like retards by saying “we don’t control when the parts come” - we know that, we get that. That’s why we’ve graciously WAITED for OVER 3 WEEKS NOW. The PROBLEM is, due to their negligence with lack of communication between them, and tesla at the VERY BEGINNING. IF the issue was fixed before being taken to the body shop, the car in turn WOULD NOT have over heated. The issue is NOT JUST how long it takes the parts to get there.. and even then with that, we were given a time frame, instead of just saying “parts are en route, we don’t know”. We are MORE than understanding, but don’t beat around the bush especially when your customers are out of state. State Farm has already said they’re escalating, as they can see the damage estimate went up from around 2K to 4K+ due to overheating. I’m sure they do good work, but learn to communicate better, and don’t make your customers feel like retards when you guys can’t just be straightforward. All of this and the audacity to say “well whose gonna pay me for the 400$ part because Tesla doesn’t do returns” I don’t know, but not us. AGAIN, you pay for your negligence at the beginning, NOT US. And thank God it’s documented. The audacity to say that to a customer who’s been more than patient? For the part time issue, She texted us Thursday she was waiting on a PART, and it would be in Monday. It came Monday but then told us today (Tuesday) there is MAGICALLY another part she didn’t initially tell us about. So apparently it was TWO parts but only told us one? You see how confusing and frustrating this is?? and then say “whose gonna pay me for it?” Because we are leaving and taking the car to another shop where we are from… What?? Attached are the text messages. Notice how it’s ONE PART. Again, communication. Even Tesla said they weren’t sure why it was picked up pre maturely. We also had to stay on top of the issue to make sure it didn’t get dragged on any longer. It was all extremely stressful. It took them 4 days (closed 2) to get someone from Tesla to go to their shop-to try to open the car after overheating and they couldn’t do it there .. so it was another day or two of just sending it BACK to Tesla. A whole week was wasted at the beginning. And then to try to lecture us on how long parts take and we have a new Tesla. We know this … the primary issue was the first week, PLUS the lack of proper communication. If you wait on one part, and then communicate that (in texts) - then we don’t expect another magical part to appear. DO BETTER. We picked up the car and it was just the bottom part that had a scratch. Could’ve told us earlier to just let us take it back home and finish the work LOL

Extremely disappointed with Fix it Auto. Brought my car in right after my December accident for what I thought would be routine repairs. They took possession and started the process but provided zero meaningful updates for months—no progress reports, no calls returned promptly, nothing. I had to chase them repeatedly just to get basic info. After all this waiting, they finally said it’s a total loss. Why wasn’t this assessed much earlier? The poor communication and long hold on my vehicle made an already bad situation much worse, costing me time, money, and peace of mind. Avoid this shop if you value clear, timely communication—there are better options out there.”

They literally employ the best painter in town (Carlos) I've known him for years. They replaced the rocker panel part of the B pillar and the Front door and you cannot tell, I know what I'm looking for. Nice Job!!! They also deal with Turn 4 Automotive on their alignments and that's a plus!!
