Hands down the best experience I've had at a corporate auto mechanic shop. Long story short, took my truck in because of excessive oil leakage. Had recently had work done on my truck at other locations. Leo, took the time to listen to what was going on with my truck, listened to my story about the previous work done. Him and his mechanic(s) verified that my continued leakage was due to some of the previous work done. They contacted the other locations and explained to them what was happening. The other locations investigated and agreed that my continued issue was due to their errors. Leo and his team took care of me and my truck and its running like it hasn't in a long while. I thank you all so very much. I went in and for a poi change and by doing so the mechanic also saw that my brakes were worn and after closer examination found that one of my back brakes had separated from the rotors. Wow had this problem had not been serviced I could have not been able to stop and what trouble I could have been in. A crash that didn’t have to happen all because of me not realizing how bad my brakes were! Thanks again team for possibly saving lives! This is a great friendly mechanic shop that does great work and doesn't push you for upsells. I've been twice and the first time was just for an oil change and they told me that within the next 6 months, I should have all my transmission fluids changed out. Went back 6 months later and had that done and got my car back with a clean bill of health! Gas mileage improved a little bit too with the new fluids. In short, expect a friendly face at the counter and great & honest service for you car.

Leo and jose are very friendly, courteous, and communicate with us every step of the way. I don't take any of my vehicles to anyone else. Honestly, there so good I feel everyone needs to go and see for themselves. Rare these days to still have such great customer service. I'm grateful for that alone. But there service is affordable and reasonable and there very punctual when they quote a job length of time. They say 2 hours they mean 2 hours or less. Not 3-5 they know there business very well.
