I have no words how to describe this shop-robbers , layers , very unprofessional. My truck did not start in the morning,I called them and ask if they can fix it , Kacie said they have very good electrician and as soon they got they truck I Start hearing new stories every day. They have been holding my truck for 3 weeks and did not fix it, now I have to tow it to the dealer. They charge 40% on top of the dealers price for the parts . Kacie always says that will cal with an update but never call. May be they are good in oil changes ,but not in fixing trucks. Even after I paid by credit card they hold my truck for tree days . After that when the tow truck came to pick it up he said that all the plastics and wires were taken a part and the did not want to put back together . Peterbilt dealer found a problem within a day , it was just an ECU !!! I would never advice them to no one even to my enemy.

I recently had this shop, work on my dump truck, and let me just say, I am now a happy customer. Even though it took a couple of weeks to diagnose, trouble shoot and fix the problem. Have always really liked the mechanics here. You do pay a little extra than other places, but they have always fitted me in when I’m in SoCal, so worth the little extra money. If I could give Fix-It Diesel 100 stars, I would! I just want to express my gratitude to everyone at Fix-It Diesel for doing such an incredible job on my work truck. They not only called me to explain the problems they found, but they also took the initiative to fix other issues that other places had completely missed. They got my truck back to me in just two days, which was impressively fast. A huge thanks to Jacob, Victor, and the whole team for their excellent service. They even discovered an exhaust leak in my muffler and went the extra mile by reaching out to a muffler shop to get it sorted. This is a fantastic company, and I highly recommend them to all my family, friends, and now to you as well.

NEED A ZERO, went in here for a inspection required by my carrier, I own the truck and trailer, six month old truck, one year old trailer, they spent two hours going over my new truck, DOT spends thirty minutes, makes me sit inside the building so I cannot watch, really you make the owner stay inside! My first clue, second they find a metal to metal rub mark on a leaf spring, (new truck) 64,000 miles, I could not find it, failed inspection! truck is under warranty, they wanted 5 hours of labor and parts, towed to dealer, Four ASE certified factory trained techs, could find nothing, just as I did, cost me hundreds of dollars, two days down time, on top of that they did not fill out Inspection form properly, had to get that redone, young kid inspected my truck, this is a scam! FRAUD BEWARE!!!!! SEVERS TRUCKING LLC/Owner UPDATE: 02.18.20, California Level 1 DOT INSPECTION, passed with decal, picture attached.

Ok I usually don’t write reviews however this is something I have to share. I own a 42 ft Rv. And it broke down on the fwy. Not only did Fix it diesel fix it. They sent a guy out too! All the guys in the shop did an amazing job replacing my injector pump. Not an ez fix. In 3 days I was back on the road. You guys get five stars! Thank you for getting the job done! Happy Camper

I towed my ram 3500 to their shop a couple of years ago because it was having trouble starting. They did a diagnostics on it and charged me $800-$900 just to check the batteries but never found the issue. I wanted them to keep working on my truck but they told me it was going to be more money. This is how they scam people with their ridiculous high prices. I trusted them with my truck but these people are not honest. I got my truck out of there and took it somewhere else.

Victor and his crew helped me quickly diagnose an issue in our work truck. He worked diligently and efficiently to replace all the necessary parts, and repair what he possibly could. He kept me updated and allowed me to ask as many questions as I had. In the end, he gave me a great price and the truck is working fantastic again. To top it off, it was an old truck and parts were difficult to find, and Victor took time out of his own day to give me a hand. I see old reviews on this business may not seem the best, however the recent reviews are all 5 stars and I'm glad I trusted those recent reviews and came to this shop.
