I took my car to Flash Lube a 2 months ago to get the engine oil changed. I opted for their “Package 5” and was charged around $250 some change, expecting quality service. However, just recently, my engine check light came on. I took my car to another mechanic to diagnose the issue, and he found something shocking. He informed me that the oil had not actually been changed. Instead, it looked like simply filtered the old, dirty oil from the bottom, as no new oil came out during the inspection. I feel extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the service I received. I trusted Flash Lube with my car’s maintenance, only to find that they did not perform the oil change as promised. This level of service is unacceptable, especially after charging a significant amount for what was supposed to be a premium package. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and honest auto service.★☆☆☆☆ 2 months ago

If I could not give them a star, I would, but I had no choice. I had to give them one star trust me they don’t even deserve that, I came into the shop and asked for a synthetic Oil change and paid for a synthetic oil change and was given a regular oil change. They didn’t even change my oil filter, but decided not to tell me that they didn’t change my oil filter. And to make it even worse, they didn’t top off my windshield wiper Didn’t add air to my tires and they didn’t top off Any of the fluids. Terrible experience. I asked for the oil change price over the phone with the exact model number. I confirmed it twice. When I got to the shop, the mechanic quoted $20 more and the billing lady was also surprised. I told the mechanic that these are their published rates and he said, either it pay that much or I will not change the oil for your car. Stay away from this scam.★☆☆☆☆ 5 months ago
