I come here for every oil change for my 2013 Tacoma. Never had a problem. In and out! The guys do a good job. Update!..... After I left I went for coffee and was looking at the front of my vehicle and noticed that there was handprints and grease all over my hood and the cowel. When I was there a young kid around 18 or 19 did my oil change whom I've never seen before. When he put the sticker on to show my next oil change there was hand grease and fingerprints all over it and the windshield on the inside so I had him removed the sticker and clean my windshield but I didn't notice all the other grease all over my car. The owners and management of this shop need to tell the work is that they need to wipe down the hood and the towel and then the other place where they leave fingerprints and grease. Now I have to go get my car detailed because of that. It doesn't take away the good job they do and I will continue to go there but this is really annoying to find grease and handprints all over my hood. Update! Since my last visit I had no more issues with grease hand marks on my hood, door and steering wheel. I brought it to their attention and they resolved the issue. Thank you very much. Great experience.

Every time I came here for an oil change, the price went up. No explanation and no clear breakdown of costs. Just more expensive each visit. And let me not get into the fear-mongering they do to try and upcharge you. I respect that it's just business and employees need to be paid, but damn. On top of that, they tighten the drain plug way too much. When I went to another shop for my next oil change, the mechanics were actually nervous to remove it because of how tight it was. They mentioned that forcing it could crack my oil pan. I didn’t realize how much I was being charged until I went somewhere else and got the same oil and the same service for $85. Meanwhile, this place was charging me over $100 for the exact same thing. There are definitely hidden fees in there because nothing about the service changed. Simple takeaway. Do your research and go to a good independent shop. There are better places that do honest work without squeezing extra money out of you.
