Fleet Farm was a very good store to shop out especially for car washes. The only problem that I had there was that the car washes stopped working after I put in money to get a car wash they did fix it though. The vacuum cleaners at Fleet Farm also decides to eat up $0.75 and we don't have a chance to get them back. However if the car wash has stopped working, they will give you a code so that you get a car wash you already paid for. It's not the best experience in the world, but they definitely do deliver on their customer service.

On 12/13/2021. I went in to schedule a tire rotation and get a leaky tire fixed. The week prior, I had called twice to schedule an appointment, with no answer and no return call from the voicemails I left which is why I went in person. When I tried to schedule an appointment, I was told nothing was available until after Xmas and that I should "call and schedule an appointment." I asked them why I should call when they are not taking or returning calls. The response was that they were overwhelmed. Why would I call when they wouldn't bother to take or return my calls in the first place? It was a slap in the face. This is in addition to last year when I got my tires with them they destroyed 16 of my 20 lug nuts. I will never use fleet farm for tires again.

Ridiculous!! Initially good service when I had my tires changed but then went to schedule my rotation later in the year and it went on from there. I’ve made probably 4-6 phone calls, left messages and they were never returned. Made multiple stops in to make an appointment, and each time i was pushed out, had to cancel due to life events or they couldn’t get to it. I went there mid November cause I had an appointment as they “didn’t get the chance to put it in and they would call me after the thanksgiving holiday cause the tech was out….never called me back. So I’m back to calling them back to make an appointment and making a visit. Today, I go their and they got defensive and lippy when I’ve told them I’ve been making multiple attempts to schedule my rotation. Meanwhile, my front tires are now balding. I’m done with this place…Sad when the customer has made multiple attempts to keep up on his cars safety.

Better double check before they do anything! When I made the appt for an oil change the employee asked me over the phone if I wanted full synthetic, to which I replied, "I don't think so, what did I do last time?" He looked it up, which was nice of him, and I had gotten, essentially, a basic oil change for $29. I said I would just do the same again. When I dropped off my vehicle it was quite busy and the person at the counter was curt and cut me off, but I chocked that up to the stress of the line of customers. I signed where they told me and didn't look too closely as I felt an oil change was pretty simple and I wanted to be quick . Turns out, they put me down for the full synthetic despite me declining it. I was pretty shocked when my oil change bill came to $80 (I did also get an air filter that cost about $6.50). But at that point, what can I do? Make them take the oil back out?!? To add insult to injury, my roommate does have to get full synthetic oil changes for his vehicle type but he gets them at Auto Aces and they charge him less than $60. I guess I know where go go from now on.

Had a flat and they found the screw that caused it and patched the tire. Only issue was it took over and hour and they kept telling me different times. I would have appreciated an accurate timeline so I could have told my wife to get the kids. Everyone was nice and the repair is solid. Also their waiting area is huge. Lots of room for everyone to spread out.

Had a great experience with Doug at Fleet Farm West Auto center. We hit it off right away, he was very personable. My wife's car tire had a slow leak andi knew we had gotten tires there, but couldn't find our packet at home at the time. Doug looked up our info, and we had purchased the extra protection plan. Hadn't realized that, so covered expense, as we needed a new tire, wasn't repairable. I generally pass on those extra service plans, glad I didn't this time. Thanks Doug for your help and knowledge!

I should have paid more attention to the google reviews here. I had them install a set of winter tires which were unidirectional tires. The tires clearly had the arrows marked on the sidewall. They installed all tires the wrong way. What this means is that i would need to drive in reverse in order to get any benefits out of the expensive snow tires I bought. My van also needed some brake work which I refuse to take back to them to get it done because if they can't even put tires on the right way who knows what else they will mess up. I will however give them 1 star for finishing the job within a reasonable time frame, 1 hr 30 mins) even though I had to wait 2 weeks for an open appointment. Mistakes happen, but unfortunately this will be my first and last time there. Attention to detail matters! If I didn't know much about tires I would be driving around with tires mounted on the wrong way. Glad I caught it within 10 miles of driving the vehicle. Trust is something we give away all too freely, don't make my mistake. Go to a small local shop instead that deserves your business and can get u in same day and get the job done right.

Couldn't even do a simple wheel swap as my tires are over 6 years old. Per their "policy," they can't touch them. Took time out of my day for this all for nothing. Ask your customers for more specifics up front or hire people that have enough common sense to check all the boxes before they schedule work.

Good prices, quick service, got a appointment right away to get tires installed on my wife's car. They were very knowledgeable and very helpful. Update now that the tires are installed. They take forever to install 4 tires. Almost 3 hours for 4 tires, that's about 45 min per tire. Prices are good but I won't come back due to the long wait times. This is a shame because I like fleet farm. Who has 3 hours during the week to take off of work to get tires installed.

I had such an amazing experience with this facility. I was helped by a gentleman named Mark who was very friendly and helpful. I was offered a same day appointment the day I called to reschedule my Sunday appointment which was amazing! He also got me set up with the buy 3 get one free deal. I told him I could make the time that day as long as my appointment was complete before I had to leave for work. He told the mechanic's(whom unfortunately I do not know the names of)I needed it done before my work time and they did just that! They actually finished half an hour sooner than quoted just to ensure I made it to work in a timely fashion. I am very impressed with their kindness, professionalism, and efficiency. I will definitely recommend them and will be coming back for future appointments.

One star seems generous. I used to like the auto service department here but I have had some pretty major problems over the last 4 years. Here is a run-down of the issues. My last vehicle was serviced exclusively by them and they managed to leave the oil fill cap off of the motor resulting in 3 quarts of oil being blown out of the motor on my drive home. I had to fill the oil back up and drive it back to have them change the oil again and detail the engine bay. Another time with that vehicle, they managed to drain the transmission fluid instead of the motor oil when doing an oil change. Then they told me they don't have the ability to service that transmission so they had to tow it over to the dealer to have a full transmission service done on it. Meanwhile, my wife and baby were waiting for the vehicle for over an hour before they even told her they had to bring it to the dealer. Same vehicle, I had new tires put on and they managed to mount one of the tires the wrong way on the rim. Noticed when I got home and had to call them and bring it back in to have the tire re-mounted. After that, I was done having them service my vehicles. Bought a new vehicle and it is serviced strictly by the dealer, however, new tires were $500 cheaper at Fleet Farm because of the sale they had going on. Had them put them on and within 10,000 miles I was having vibration issues. My wife brought the car in last week, they balanced the tires which took over an hour, told her they were only off by a 1/2 ounce so we shouldn't have felt it and sent her on her way. Still had vibration issues. I brought it in today and they found both front tires with belt slippage (manufacturer defect) so it needed 2 new tires. I asked why that wasn't found 4 days ago and they gave me some excuse about how the hood of the balancer covers the tire so they don't see it. Seems like something they should have checked when it came in for vibration issues and the balancing wasn't the problem. I highly recommend finding somewhere else to bring your vehicles for service.

Customer service was excellent. Went in for a front end alignment. Everyone i encountered were extremely helpful. The technician who was working on my vehicle went above and beyond to assure that I was satisfied and all of my concerns were addressed.

I had new tires put on. They broke off my wheel stud and they threw my locking lug nuts in the garbage and refused initially to take responsibility for it. They sent my truck out the door with 4 lug nuts on three wheels and three lug nuts and broken studs on the other and claimed that it was safe to drive 60 miles back home at 70 mph. I told them it was unsafe and they told me it wasn’t their problem because they’re short handed and it was close to closing time. I also SPECIFICALLY told them DO NOT USE THE PARKING BRAKE! They decided to use it anyhow and left me stuck trying to get it to release. I’ve had issues with my brakes since then and struggled to find the problem. I brought the truck back and told them that there were issues since they had worked on the truck. They looked at the brakes and parking brake and said nothing was wrong. I finally figured it out when I took the rotor off of my truck only to discover my springs for the parking brake were broken and smashed on the inside of my rotor. Obviously they never looked at anything at all. I spoke with management and with HR and was told it’s not their problem because the staff is shorthanded and uneducated in what they’re doing because of that. That is one seriously poor excuse!!! I went to the East Green Bay Fleet Farm center and those employees told me that they’re constantly getting complaints about the West Side Green Bay Fleet Farm due to problems and poor quality service. I cannot morally recommend going to these auto centers in Green Bay due to safety issues that could potentially cause harm or death to those driving vehicles they send back out in unsafe conditions and tell their customers that they’re safe to drive.

Watch for the deals and you can do real well. I was greeted upon arriving and my tire work was started immediately. The waiting area is nothing fancy. Just chairs on the concrete floor. Still,it was comfortable enough.

I use their automatic car wash which I absolutely love and it's open 24 hours. I started using this car wash when I moved to that part of Green Bay. And like to do things very early in the morning or very late at night which this car wash accommodates. For the first time since 2013 the car wash didn't work. I sent an email to fleet farm leaving my phone number and what happened. My call was returned promptly and easily remedied I was given the choice of cash back or a ticket with a code to get a car wash I chose the ticket because I like their car wash. I was told to go to the gas station at fleet farm to pick up my refund I was promptly and politely taking care of no fuss no questions just wonderful service. I will always recommend fleet farm car Wash.

Other people came and went while I was waiting for 4 tires to be put on. Got a buy 3 get one free deal. The online system kept telling me ‘oops, those tires are not available’ - so I had to start the process all over. Finally called and got tranfered by 2 people until I got to talk to the right person. I’ll never wait again (maybe never go there again either).

My first time getting an oil change at Fleet Farm. 44 days later my vehicle needed to be towed to the dealership because it stopped functioning. Dealership did an investigation and come to find out the oil filter was missing the cylinder piece that goes inside the filter. This caused the oil filter to collapse and destroy my engine. I was told by the dealership my engine needs to completely be replaced due to this mistake. $10,000 + cost. Fleet farm was the last place to change my oil August 27,2025. They charged me for an oil filter, but the one the dealership took out was from my previous oil change at the shell quicklube. Strange because Fleet Farm was my last oil change. Needless to say Fleet Farm said they won’t pay because it’s not their filter. They said they have video footage of the oil change but won’t let me see the video of this. What their claim seems to be is that within 44 days I must have gotten my oil changed again because it’s not the filters they use. I was not yet due for an oil change either, so there’s no way I would have decided to get yet another one a month later. The only conclusion I can come to is that the tech don’t change out the oil filter. It’s very disappointing to see a business not take accountability for something I’m positive they know they did wrong. I hope know one else ever has to experience a situation like this.

I had to get four new Michelin tires put on my vehicle and Mills Fleet Farm made the process very easy! I was already nervous about the fact I had to have it towed in and that my vehicle would have to sit at least one night there, but they assured me everything would be alright and they handled my ride with respect and care. Mills Fleet Farm also cares about your safety! They will re-torque your lug nuts within 100 miles of getting your fresh tires put on FREE OF CHARGE to make sure everything is good! I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service and the peace of mind I received at Mills Fleet Farm when I needed quality tires put on my vehicle, I will definitely be back and I highly recommend going here if anyone is reading this and is still undecided.
