Picked up a set of wheels and tires for a good price. The staff was helpful and knowledgable, they take you out so you can choose what you want and they pull it for you and bring it to you. The wait was a bit long but they were busy. I'll be back if I ever need anything else.

Def not a good place to trust… very bad customer service lack of communication… they sell u cores instead the good parts….a month dealing with this people never solve the issue…..this place should not be open

This place is great. The main man in the office is always helpful and friendly! I've gone there 4 or 5 times and have been satisfied every time. It doesn't take long to pull a part if you just walk in, or call ahead and it will be waiting for you. Great prices and way more professional than the other places around riverview. I've told many friends about them and I hear nothing but good things after they have gotten parts. Gotta give them a try!

This place is AWESOME! They are honest and keep their word. Which is so hard to find these days. We bought a part from them that wasn't working ( which is a risk you take with buying used parts) and they changed it out no problems at all. We drive all the way from Port Richey just to come to them! We will never use anyone else. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a part! The guys working within the established are very kind, knowledgeable and helpful! Great place all around!

Drove an hour and a half for the wrong parts. We spoke on the phone asking if it’s from the exact car I was coming for and they assured me saying yes. When’s get there it was inside a Nissan and I have a ram. Parts didn’t fit and they told me 125. When I got there they said it was 600. Do not do business with this place. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Kinda p.o I live in Spring Hill and I called first to see if they had the part, which the gentleman told me yes they have it and it was pulled and ready to go. So I drive and hour in a half out my way and at first the gentleman comes out and says he can’t find it then 10 minutes later the other gentleman comes back and tells me it’s been sitting on the shelf for 2 years and the alternator is locked up….so I wasted my time to come out here and left with nothing

I placed an order for two parts on the phone for over a month ago, they told me that they will call when it is ready to pick up. But, I never received a call back, I had to call them back several times to find out what was the status, and they kept telling me that they will call me once it's ready to pick up. When I called back after a month, I spoke with Joe and said that that the parts were all torn and nonfunctional. When I asked why nobody called to let me know, they said they didn't know. They also said the order didn't go through and they thought it was cancelled but when I checked the order was processed on my card and have waited 5 days without refund. Save yourself time and money, DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!

Wish I could give no stars! This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. Joel is very unprofessional, I called him at 2ish asked to make sure it was okay that I came and picked up the part I needed, told him I was about 2 hours away, he had an attitude but said it was okay. The whole way to get here I was in back to back traffic. I was 2 miles away which should have taken me maybe 5 mins to get there but there was a double accident on the road so I called him and said I’m literally right down the road but there is traffic, he again had an attitude and was very rude saying the door is closing at 5 o’clock and to get there quickly. I told him I’m trying but there’s not much I can do bc of the traffic and that I’ve come from 2 hours away. He did not care, did not want to wait a few extra minutes to help me out when the part is already paid for. I’m so frustrated and I understand they close at a certain time but when I left the house I was going to be there at 4 but I could not help the traffic that I kept getting stuck in. Told my husband he would deliver the part next day, next day comes at end of day my husband calls and text and they tell him that they had to turn around because the truck broke so they said they would come next day. Next day comes and still nothing. Also kept ignoring my husband’s calls and text to get a refund since we never got the part. Do not do business with them!!

Dennis was awesome! Told me he had my part, when I first called, and said I could pick it up anytime. I shared which day I would be making the trip, (160 miles RT), and hung up. On that day, he called me @8:00 a.m., and warned me of very bad weather in his area. I was amazed at his thoughtfulness! I went the next day, got my part at a very reasonable price, and he disposed of the old part for me. All staff were friendly as well. Would not hesitate making another trip, if needed. I've used them several times in the past but unfortunately due to the amount of issues I have had with high ticket items like engines and transmissions, we will have to stop using them. Most of the transmissions we get from them either have issues or the Strategy ID and Body ID's are not available. And they charge a 25% Restocking fee knowing full well these high ticket items are faulty and that is what gets me the most.

I've seen a wide array of reviews on here about Dial-A-Part. My experience was stellar. I worked with Chris who was nothing but courteous and prompt in my dealings with the business. I got quotes on a Toyota 4.7 V8 engine and he advised that I consider the lowest mileage unit they had (choice of 3). I paid via credit card using the form provided and the engine was delivered to my door the next day at no extra charge. This engine looked almost new! It was obviously stored in a clean environment and not exposed to the weather. I am extremely satisfied with my transaction and cant think of any way they could have improved. Even their delivery guy was extremely courteous and helpful. I will look to do business with them in the future.

Terrible Place I don’t recommend buying anything here. full of liars paid basically an arm and a leg for a cab and was told it was perfect and it’s far from it. Told it was rust free and it had rust starting on the 3rd brake light and in the fender well. Also on top of that told it was in great shape was never told the clear coat was peeling off the roof and hood not to mention the dent i wasn’t told about and all the touch up paint. Terrible customer service was offered 500 dollars to “paint” but they clearly have no idea what they’re doing because paint is 100 dollars a pint. I was told I would get all my money back but they wanted me to pay to ship it back they wouldn’t pay for it. They dont stand behind nothing they own. Then he told me they don’t guarantee paint but they don’t mention to the customer they expect you to know that. Will never purchase anything from this location again. Terrible experience with them and the owner tries to talk down on you if you mention something

Drive over an hour to get the part I ordered. Got there had to walk the yard with a worker to find the truck and pick a part that wasn’t damaged. Then wait in the parking lot for an hour for them to tell me their puller went to lunch and they would deliver the part next day. Next day came and went so I sent my wife to drive back there and get it. They gave her a damaged part. Have been told daily for a week they were sending a new door panel haven’t gotten one no my cash back. Do not do business with this place.. THE REVIEWS DONT LIE!!!!
